part two of left out
tw/ anxiety and depression
life at karl's was great. even though karl was often gone filming with mr. beast for his channel, he made sure to not exclude the texan.
but sapnap couldn't help but to miss his friends. he wished everything stayed the same before george moved in. or at least the way it was the first few months george was there.
he had blocked both dream and george, since they wouldn't stop texting and calling him. all he wanted was space to think to himself about what he wanted to do.
sapnap stood up to go to karl's room and knocked on his door.
"come in!" he heard and he opened the door.
karl was in front of his computer playing minecraft. he removed his headphones and smiled.
"what's up?"
"i think im ready to talk to them."
karl's smile dropped. "are you sure? it's okay if you want to or not! i just don't want to see you hurt again."
sapnap nodded, "yeah. i don't know what will happen, or if i'll go back, but i just want to talk."
karl nodded, "i understand. how do you want to do it? we can make a discord group, and i can stay here or leave the room."
"you can stay. i don't want to call them right now though. i'm thinking tomorrow, if you're not busy."
"i'm not! ok, just let me know when you're ready, and i'll be here for you."
"thank you, karl."
the next day came by, and sapnap was back in his boyfriend's room. karl set up the group for him, and he pressed call.
the sound of ringing came through the speakers, filling sapnap with anxiety. he began to shake, fearing what was to come.
but when karl placed his hand on sapnap's lap, his anxiety lessen.
then the ringing stopped, and there was a quiet "hello".
he recognized it to be george's voice, and he responded with another quiet "hi".
"sapnap! are you okay? i'm so sorry for how we treated you! we regret it so much!" dream exclaimed on the other side, and sapnap glanced at karl.
karl gave him a reassuring smile, so sapnap turned back to the computer.
"yeah, im fine. um, how are you guys?"
"honestly, we miss you so much. it's not the same without you here, and i know that we haven't been a great friend to you, but you're our best friend!" george answered.
then dream added, "and you're my brother. you've been in my life for as long as i can remember, and i swear i regret how i just ignored you. that's not what you deserve at all."
sapnap couldn't help but to let some tears fall, which karl wiped away for him.
"it just hurts. especially when i was in my room, and you just assumed i was with my parents or karl. and all those time we made plans, and you guys just up and left me. it made me feel like i'm not important or that you don't care about me."
"we're so sorry for making you feel that way, but you are so so important to us, and we do care about you. so so so much."
sapnap smiled, "okay. well, karl and i have plans, so i have to go. i'll unblock you guys."
they said their goodbyes, then they hang up.
"so how do you feel?" karl asked as he took the smaller into a hug.
"great, but now i feel like i don't want to leave you."
they had a long discussion, and they included dream and george as well.
finally sapnap decided he'll live with karl, and visit dream and george as much as he could.
and of course, his best friends can visit him.
which they do, a lot.
