Emilie was getting ready for the masquerade ball but she didn't want to be with Gabriel since he has the brooch butterfly he stole during the fashion show. Nothing ever satisfies him more than greed. She hopes that her son will do anything to expose Gabriel in front of Paris.
"Looking lovely as ever, my dear" Gabriel said.
"Thanks," Emilie said without emotion.
"Darling, our son is gone. He chose to run away as a monster" Gabriel said.
"He's not a monster. He's a victim of the curse" Emilie said.
"That was his choice to run away," Gabriel said.
Emilie simply leaves the room since she hates how uncaring and irresponsible he is to not see that it was his own fault.
"The only one who's a monster is him," She said to herself.
She saw Kagami getting ready too but her mother was still frustrated that Takeshi disappeared, "Where is Takeshi?!" Tomao demanded to know.
"Tomao, calm down," Emilie said, knowing that this woman is literally blind.
"He hasn't been seen since this morning. I may be blind but I'm not deaf" Tomao replied.
"Tomao, maybe you should trust your daughter. She's building her own future" Emilie said, knowing that Kagami likes Felix.
"She told me she met someone else named Felix," Tomao said.
"That's my nephew," Emilie said.
"Your what?!" Tomao gasped.
"Yes. Trust your daughter, Tomao. Even if you can't truly see" Emilie said.

Adrien was wearing his black cat-themed formal attire along with the mask. He had to maintain control of his inner feline to not draw too much attention.
"You look purrfect, Kitty" Marinette said, wearing her ladybug-themed dress.
"Was that a cat pun I heard, milady?" Adrien smirked.
"Yes. You heard me right" Marinette teased.
"I don't think my cat ears heard it" He teased back and made his human ears shift to black cat ears.
"You look purrfect" Marinette repeated.
"Much better" Adrien purred.
"Thanks. Well, I'll be your princess for tonight's ball, my knight" Marinette said.
"The only thing I'm worried about is my cousin's pissed-off attitude," Adrien said.
"Yeah, me too if he transforms and starts chewing on the people inside," Marinette said.
"As long as Kagami tames him, he'll regain his conscience," Adrien said.
"Good. Speaking of which, is Felix ready?" Marinette wondered.
"Here I am, Riding Hood" Félix was dressed in a peacock-themed attire along with the blue mask.
"Wow, that looks great," Adrien said.
"My favorite childhood animal," Felix said.
"But your animal spirit is a puppy" Adrien pets his cousin's head.
"Urgh! Yeah, yeah. But I'll be dancing with the dragon girl" Felix said.
"You love her but you barely know her," Marinette said.
"I need to get to know her more," Felix said.
"And let's hope you be a good puppy this time" Adrien teased him.
"Call me that one more time, I'll bite your hand" Felix growled.
"Relax bird boy," Adrien said.
"Still not funny" Felix shook his head.
"Now let's go. With our masks on, no one is gonna recognize us but stay focused, guys" Marinette said.
"Got it" Adrien nodded.
"Remember, act formal," Marinette said.
"Alright" Felix nods.

Once they arrived, they met up with Emilie, "Lady Agreste, it's such an honor" Marinette said.
"Welcome Miss Dupain-Cheng" Emilie smiled.
"Evening. I am Argos" Felix said with his mask on.
"And I'm Cat Noir," Adrien said.
"Aka my boy" Emilie smirked.
The orchestra starts to play for the ball to begin and the guests all gather to dance with their partners.
"Shall we, milady?" Adrien offered his hand like a gentleman.
"Of course, Adrien" Marinette accepted.
Adrien started by bowing and held his lady's hand to move forward together. After Adrien did another bow Marinette bowed as well. He held her right arm out while placing his other hand on her back while she placed her left hand on his shoulder as they slowly waltzed.
"Not bad for a wild feline," Marinette said.
"And for a ladybug like you," Adrien said and lifted their right up and spin the other way slowly.
Felix was doing the same with Kagami, she wore a red and black dress with golden accents and a dragon pattern.
"For a wild wolf you know how to dance," Kagami said.
"Yeah, I do dragon lady," Felix said.
"And I thought wolves hunt birds" Kagami teased.
"Well, peacocks beat cats," Felix said.
"Dragons are mighty" Kagami was dipped by him.
"Yes they are but peacocks are also mighty too" Felix pulls her up.
"Ah, yes" Kagami smiled.
Adrien was still waltzing with Marinette but glanced at his cruel father waltzing with Emilie. He can't wait to expose his father's dark secrets to Paris but he has to make sure he's wearing gloves since the amulet is made of pure gold. Marinette soon rests her head on his chest. He purred lowly from feeling all the attention from her.
"Am I dreaming or did you just purr?" Marinette heard him purr.
"Was it cute?" Adrien purred again.
"Yeah, my prince," Marinette said.
"Meow" Adrien dipped her.
Marinette looked into his green eyes and smiled holding his neck. They lean into each other as Adrien brought her up.
"You're too beautiful" He purred in her neck.
"And you're too handsome" Marinette whispered.
"Not yet when my father is exposed. Mom has the amulet" Adrien said.
"Alright. Soon enough" Marinette looks over.
She saw Gabriel chat with Kagami's mother over something. Adrien has super hearing and heard it was about owning Paris.
"What is it?" Marinette asked him.
"He's buying Paris for himself" Adrien growled.
"Unbelievable!" Marinette said quietly.
Emilie was about to put the amulet on Gabriel but then, the glass broke through the window and there stood a black werewolf. Takeshi survived the fall.
"GWAAOOOOH!!!" The black werewolf roared to scare off the other guests.
"Everyone out!" Marinette shouted.
Felix grabs Kagami and hides behind the table, hiding from the beast, "I thought you beat him!" Kagami said.
"I did! He fell off the cliff and somehow, he survived!" Felix guessed.
"This is not good!" Kagami saw Takeshi run towards them.
"GRAAAAGH!" He lunged at them.
"Get back!" Felix was forced to transform to protect her.
Everyone gasped at Félix transforming, hearing the clothes ripping and the skin turning into brown fur. Howling out loud and gestures to Kagami to get to safety and quickly.
"What are you waiting for?! GET OUT OF HERE NOW!" Kagami shouted.
Felix roared and strikes at Takeshi with his paw, biting and clawing at each other.
Adrien had to help his cousin or he'll get killed, "Marinette. Get to safety, now!" He slowly transformed.
"Kitty, be careful" She kissed him before leaving.
Adrien's clothes got torn, growling in agony from the transformation as his black fur grew in his body, "RAAAAAAAAGH!" His eyes glowed as he faced Werewolf Takeshi.
The black werewolf already pinned Felix, trying to break his neck but the Werecat tackled him, biting and clawing the beast.
"RRRAAAAAAAGH!" Takeshi roared in pain and then swipes him off.
Felix got up and smacked Takeshi aside, helping his Werecat cousin up, "Grargh!" He nodded to work together to stop Takeshi.
So they ran on all four and pounced at Takeshi. Takeshi growls and tries to break free from the two cousins. Felix gestures to the silverware that it's a way to defeat Takeshi. Adrien nods and runs over grabbing a silver knife to stab Takeshi in the shoulder. Takeshi felt the silver burn like fire in his flesh and he roars in pain. He was slowly transforming back and so did the two of them, ending up almost naked again and the guests gasped that the monsters were just teenagers. Adrien groaned and fell on his knees, his pants torn up.
Felix was holding down the naked Takeshi from trying to find Kagami, "Stay down, stalker! Kagami has told you she doesn't like you!"
"You did this!" Takeshi groaned.
Emilie approached and covered up her son with a torn curtain, "Gracias, mama" Adrien said.
"Kagami was my everything! You turned me into a monster!" Takeshi tried to smack Felix but the blond was too strong.
"By making her fall in love against her will?! And I never intended to turn you!" Felix shouted, knocks Takeshi out, and pulled his torn pants up, realizing he was exposed.
"Adrien?" Gabriel can't believe that his son is alive.
"Uncle" Felix snarled at him.
"It's time that everyone sees the truth, Gabriel!" Emilie puts the amulet of Maat on him.
"NO!" Gabriel screamed in horror.
"Tell them what you did to our son and nephew!" Emilie demanded.
