Y/n POV-
Today was the day I was going to meet Neteyams parents, well I already know them and stuff but like as in GET TO KNOW them. And seeing if they both approve of our relationship, I'm hopping that they do approve. If they don't, there really no point in living anymore (🤷♀️)
Neteyam was showing me his way to his home tree, as we went past, I saw Kiri and Tuk playing hide n seek. You have no idea how bad I wanted to playyy But I had to resist (😔) and finally... we made it (😗😅), as we went in I was greeted by Jake
"Hello Y/n" he said while we both shook our hands "Hello Mr.Sully" I replied stif "Call me Jake, Neytiri is just down there, go see her" he said happy, he seemed nicer than I thought he would, I walked down the hall with Neteyam. Look I loved Neytiri and stuff, but she can be scary asf most of the time.. I held Neteyams hand tightly and he looked at me with soft eyes and said "hey, it's alright. She's going to love you, more than me even" he said, I felt more confident
"Hello Mrs.Sully" I said behind her and she turned "Oh, I'm so sorry for asking, I have a lot on my mind, Who are you?" I just smiled a bit and introduced myself "I'm Y/n Aly'ara" I said "Ah..
So your her.. my son has told me a lot about you my dear"
As soon as she said that I could feel myself heat up a little knowing that Neteyam has been telling his family about me "Dinner is almost done, have time to spare with us?" She asked "Y- yes I do" I was still shocked, as soon as she left I spoke "Y/n you coming?.. OH MY EYWA YOUR RED!" Neteyam said while I just stood there. "I- Wow, life is s- so great, how's the air taste?" I blurted "Ohhhh this is about the part when I talked about you to my family right" he realised "maybe." He just smirked at me "Let's go have dinner now my love" he said intertwining his hand into mine "alright alright" I giggled
