Mehendi was applied on MaNan's hands. Manik looked towards Nandini smiling. All he could think at that time was that the soft and pure hearted girl sitting there was his bride and soon she would be His Wife. And for him she was the most beautiful girl on this planet and would be his Princess just like she was for her dad. In such little time she had made room in his family's heart and had already become a member of their family. He felt Lucky. Nandini saw him looking at her and asked through her eyes if something happened but he nodded and gave her the most beautiful and genuine smile. He was happy with all his heart.
Ragini - (on Mic) This performance is for world's best Sister and Daughter, My Di!!! I have grown up copying you and trying to be just like you. That grace, sensitivity, intelligence and strength that you carry is impossible to achieve yet i try every day too. Though we have separate rooms yet i don't remember when I last slept in mine. (Everyone smiled. Nandini had tears in her eyes but a smile too on her lips.) Di I Love You and this one is for you.
Ragini - (with moist eyes was singing while a slide show played on the projector just beside her of their all the pictures since childhood)

Ragini wiped Nandini's tears. By now Nandini's 1/4th hand was done with Mehendi and Manik's 1 hand since he applied mehendi on only palm section.

Manik then wiped Nandini's tears with the hand in which Mehendi was pending.
By now Nandini's 1/2 hand was completed.
Ragini - okay now i promise you guys no Rona dhona just fun.

And the dhol waalas started while Ragini brought everyone on the dance floor. She was dancing with full Josh and also pulling me on the floor. She saw Nyonika sitting so she ran to her and brought her to the dance floor and danced with her. She didn't let a single person sit no matter what age they were except for Nandini who had to sit for the Mehendi. Manik was free by now with the Mehendi so he was pulled too. He then came to Nandini and asked the Mehendi waali to take a break of 5 mins and brought Nandini too. Everyone danced. MaNan too couldn't resist the beats and for a moment forgot that they were the bride and groom and danced like no one was watching. Nandini then went back. Her front part of the hand was completed so she turned it for the next side.
While people were still dancing.
Finally Ragini sat for applying mehendi along with other members of the family. Nandini was now tired of sitting in the same position for hours. However she had to sit for another hour. She saw Manik drinking a glass of juice since his mehendi was completed hours ago and now it had even dried while she was still applying. Manik saw her and smiled while she made a face. He took another glass and teased her while she made a crying face and shifted a bit due to discomfort. He brought a pillow and placed it behind her which brought a smile on her face instantly. He then forwarded the glass of juice to her which she refused since her both hands were with the Mehendi artists. He then held it near her lips which made her smile once again. And then she drank the juice while Manik was just smiling.
Laksh saw Ragini applying Mehendi. He went near Ragini looked here and there confirming no one was watching and whispered in her ear.
Laksh - I hope tumne Mera naam bohot ache se chupaya hai.
she smiled. He looked here and there once again and gave a quick peck on her cheeks surprising her. She looked at him with surprise and he winked which brought a blush on her face.
Everyone had applied Mehendi now it was dinner time. All sat down on a big table. By now even Nandini's Mehendi had dried but Manik took full advantage of her Mehendi and fed her.
Manish - beta tumhare bhi haath mein mehendi hai lao main khila deta hoon.
Manik - but uncle aapki mehendi?
Manish - woh toh nikal gyi hai ab bs rang aana baaki hai aur waise bhi for kab mauka milega meri bachi ko khana khilane kaa (he cupped her 1 cheek)
Their eyes were teary. He fed her with all love while Manik let them have their moment though he really wanted to feed her.
Swarna came and fed her, Nandini's favourite sweet. Ragini then came with Nandini's favourite ice cream and fed her with moist eyes. Nandini also took a spoonful of ice cream and fed Ragini.
@ night
Everyone went to their rooms, changed into comfortable clothes and rested. Ragini received a message from Laksh.
"Came to the garden area quickly. I am waiting!!!!"
Nandini was still in the washroom taking shower so she shouted from outside.
Ragini - di main thodi der mein aati hoon
And she left
She saw Laksh sitting on a bench with a bag beside him. She sat beside him. Laksh looked at her and he was right, she didn't seem very cheerful. However fun and joyful the functions were at the back of her mind was her sister will have to leave her and the countdown had begun.
Laksh - puchogi nahi bag mein kya hai?
Ragini - (slowly) kya hai?
Laksh - tan tana
And he removed a chocolate from inside. It was a small kit kat. Well it did make her smile. She took it and opened it. She offered it to laksh and he took a small bite.
Ragini - yeh chocolate ke liye tum itna bada bag laaye?
Laksh - no no no my darling just wait and watch.... And here comes the second one. This time it was Oreo silk which was her favourite in chocolates. And there was a bigger smile. She took it and he again removed something from the bag this time it was lollipop. And then a tub full of vanilla ice cream
Ragini- (with eye touching smile) ohh God laksh tumne kitna kuch laaye ho?
Then kit kat shake, then kaju katli and finally he turned the bag upside down and all the eclairs fell down.
By now she was jumping with happiness. She gave him a tight hug. And a long kiss on the cheek.
Ragini - I Love You.... And you are the best boyfriend in the world...
Laksh - (proud smile) well i know that
And she was busy with sweets. She was having them with such happiness that he just lost himself in her.
Laksh - I Love You (still looking at her while she was in her own zone)
She offered him a spoonful of ice cream but he refused with a smile. He couldn't take his eyes from her.

Someone knocked on Manik's room. He opened the door and saw Nandini standing there with a bowl full of Cheese Chipotle Fries and a smile that directly touched his heart.
Nandini - andr nahi aane doge?
Manik then realised. He was embarrassed and gave her way, scratching the back of his neck making her smile. She sat on the sofa and asked him to sit beside her through her eyes.
Manik- (sitting beside her) tum yaha kaisa woh bhi iske (fries) saath
Nandini - woh issiliye ke, aapko mujh jaisi beautiful ladki ko khilana kaa mauka nahi mila so here I am, by the way let me tell you ke aap kitneblucky kya hai har kissiko yeh mauka nahi milta woh bhi jaha main khud chal kar aayi hoon aapke pass

Nandini - woh kya hai naa main apne fans ko disappoint nahi karti, u know mera dil bohot bada hai
Manik - ohh achaaa and he pulled her to him and tickled her. She was laughing while he was smiling.
Nandini - bas bas (still laughing)
he stopped. She was breathing a bit haevy due to non stop laughing. He then picked up a fries and fed her. She too did the same.
Nandini - I Loveeeeeee Friesss (she closed her eyes and savoured the taste)
Manik - and I Loveeeeeee You (he applied a little cheese on the tip of her nose and quickly gave a peck on her cheek)
Her eyes opened wide in surprise.
Nandini - Youuuu!!!
she went closer to him and rubbed her nose against his making him smile. And gave a peck on his lips. This was a surprise for him. She gave him a wink. He pulled her closer to him and kissed her. Without breaking the kiss Nandini went closer and say on his lap while Manik made her comfortable. Manik's hands were on her back and while hers locked around the back of his neck.
They finally broke the kiss and joined their foreheads. Both had a smile on their faces.
