The dimension could collapse at any minute, they both knew that but one of them didn't care and that was Izou, as he kept destroying everything to defeat her.
Izou: Santoryu: Oni giri!
Three blades wielded by the next Lucifer went straight at her and she leaned back to dodge the attack but he wasn't done as he changed direction in mid air to land an overhead kick which was blocked by her, seeing his leg was turning to ice he used fire magic to melt it but It didn't work at all.
*DING*
Observation haki warned him of her next attack but even then-
Serafall: Too slow!
Out of the corner of his eye he saw her with Frostmourne ready to impale him but he did a backflip to avoid it and went to slam his hand on the ground.
Serafall: Tch!
Using ice magic she froze it in place and landed a kick to his jaw sending him back a few feet but cathcign himself and looked at her with those souless eyes,
Izou: Well, it seems you weren't just all talk.
Not even bothering to respond she just readied herself again making him smirk.
Izou: This is entertaining!
More and more power began to flow through him, making him laugh like a psychopath making her flinch a little.
Just how much of Izou is left in there? Shaking her head of those thoughts.
Serafall: Will you give up?
He looked at her like she had grown another head or something he responded,
Izou: Hell no. Not until I beat you.
Looking around the dimension noticing all the damage and nodded with approval. It was simply beautiful.
Izou: All of this destruction and it was caused by me?
He went silent for a few seconds before putting a hand to his head and began laughing startling Serafall and also making her a bit angry
Serafall: What the fuck are you laughing at?!
There was nothing to laugh about!
Izou: Oh nothing, nothing at all, I'm just amazed that I've gotten so strong! I've worked day in and day out and it's finally payed off, how could I not laugh?! Hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!
Serafall just had a solemn look on her face, that psychotic laugh with the malicious energy surrounding him, reminding her of the first time he was let out of Cocytus. People have been telling her that Izou Sitri was dead the moment they put him in that frozen hell. And now looking at the results of the bad decisions they've made, it was a loss too great for her to handle by herself.
Serafall: (If only.... I had done things differently we wouldn't be fighting right now. I'm the only one that will fight him.)
She won't allow anybody else to fight him while he's like this, she was the biggest reason for his insanity but that doesn't mean it's all on her some of it is on Izou himself, he was power hungry and the feet of him losing himself to power has became more and more prominent.
Serafall: (If I can take out his regeneration it'll make the fight a little bit more easier.)
Izou: Hehe, now let's have some more fun!
Teleporting right behind her and went for the killing blow but she grabbed his wrist and snapping it and kicking him in the stomach making him cough up some blood. Seeing his wrist began to heal itself she noticed an important detail.
Serafall: (His regeneration has slowed down by four seconds.)
Some ground was being made, that's good news. Izou began channeling his new Dark-Light magic surrounding him, getting stronger and stronger making the winds blow harsher then before and then....
Izou: Chaos Blast!
A dome of dark light burned and decayed everything in it's path and once the smoke dispersed he didn't see Serafall anywhere near him.
Izou: (Hiding won't do you any good.)
Still searching for her, using haki to find her but didn't sense her, he figured that she hid her presence from him.
So where could she be at this very moment?
Izou: (Hmph, guess she's done for, how disappointing.)
Opening a portal he walked towards and-
Izou: *Cough* *Cough* *Cough*
He started cough up blood and his vision got blurry, his mind began to wonder what the hell happened. He heard footsteps right behind him and turned around to look at the woman who he was just fighting.
Tch, so she's still alive.
Serafall: Your regeneration is slowing down, pretty soon it'll stop working. And then your finished.
She was cold and calculative in her explanation, something he hasn't seen in a while.
Izou: Talking shit now?
Slowly getting up before falling back down a second time making grit his teeth in frustration.
Even after training his ass off for most of his life he still couldn't beat her, it infuriated him. Serafall just kept that cold look in her eyes but wasn't trying anything.
He threw a punch which she dodged, went for a kick she dodged that as well, he really was slowing down, the burns caused by Gabriel was still burning, he didn't know how but even after he healed them they still kept burning. A series of punches and kicks were thrown from each of them but the next punch he threw at her, she caught it.
Izou: I'll kill you!
Serafall: .....This has to stop Izou. This path you're going down is hurting you.
How could he not see that?
Izou: It's the path that was chosen for me and I intend to walk it! Don't act like you haven't had a part in it either!
'I know I played a big part of how you turned out to be.'
The ice demon let out a sigh, before shaking her head. The only way he's going understand is to make him understand, and no matter how much it hurts her, she's going to have to do it the hard way.
Serafall: You haven't noticed it?
Izou: Tch, noticed what?!
Serafall: Your power is fading, Izou. Now stand down. (Please, just stand down.)
All she got was more of his power that he called upon to match her, and she slipped under the punch and decked him in the temple sending him flying, he caught himself landed but not noticing a key detail.
Izou: What the?
A giant glowing snowflakes was under him they looked as big as a continent, looking up and seeing his mother with glowing white eyes. Closing her eyes and taking a deep breath before closing her fist and sharp spears made of ice converged to Izou, trying to get out of the way the giant snowflake symbol was holding him place and he glared at her with hate in his eyes making her flinch but she didn't show it
Serafall: (That look in his eyes again....)
No, she can't get distracted, Charging up her power and the skies to white and snow began to fall and snowfalke under Izou glowed the same color as her eyes and taking one more look at him.
I wanna surpass you momma! I'll be the greatest leader the underworld has ever seen!
Those were his words when he was just eight years old.
*SNAP*
Serafall: Frozen Funeral!
And the spears of ice pierced him each and every one of them making scream in pain that sounded horrible to her ears but once all of them hit he fell forward and hit the ground.
It was over.
Landing back down on the ground and approaching his unmoving body, seeing so much of his blood splattered all over the ice spears made her sick to her stomach but how else was he going to stay down?
Serafall: (I'm sorry, I'm so sorry Izou.)
A few seconds later Shiva made his appearance.
Shiva: Serafall, what happened-
Noticing the unconscious body of Izou.... Or was he dead, from the sheer amount of blood he will need to go to a hospital fast! And the dead look in Serafall's eyes he made the connection that they fought and she had no other choice but to do this.
Shiva: Serafall, we need to get outta here before this dimension collapses.
Serafall: Yeah....
Picking up Izous body with blood still flowing out of him getting all over her, she started to shake before trying to calm herself after a few minutes she did. Shiva puts a hand on her shoulder and teleported back to Shinto.

Back in Shinto, most of the repairs we're done in quick and timely manner but that didn't erase the fear of what happened just a few moments ago.
Most of the leaders were in a blocked off room, on the other side of Shinto, more specifically Tsukyomi's territory.
Sirzechs: Nothing at all?
Ajuka shook his head, sirzechs and himself were worried for their friend but Shiva said not to worry since he went after them.
But the worrying part was finally over, as the portal opened up to reveal Shiva and Serafall.
Sirzechs: Sera! You're okay!
Serafall didn't respond and they all knew something was up.
Azazel: What the hell happened?
Shiva gently lays down the body of Izou onto the ground causing Serafall to look away, she couldn't bare to look at all the wounds she had caused.
Cuts.
Burns.
Lacerations.
Sirzechs: Shit Serafall, what the hell did you do?
Serafall: I-I didn't, he wouldn't stay down.... And the place we were in was starting to collapse, I didn't mean to cause all this pain for him but what the hell was I supposed to do?!
Clenching her teeth and her fists.
Before anything else could be explained the doors were swung open and they saw two young kids and their appearance made Serafall look down at the floor in shame.
Mittelt: Dad! Where... Are
Morgiana was right behind her and noticing how Mittelt eyes looked like she saw the most horrifying thing in her life.
Morgiana: What's going on.... Where is...
Until she saw what made her have that look in her eyes, the bloodied body of their father.
He didn't look like he had much life left.
Mittelt: What....The hell did you do to my Dad?!!!!
Morgiana: Dad? Dad?! Wake up!
And they only watched in silence as Serafall cried to herself putting a hand over mouth to block the sob from escaping. Shiva comforted the two kids as best he could before taking Izou's body to the med bay and the ice demon could only ask one question to herself-
'Why did it come to this?'
