8:45 AM nang tumawag sakin ang Mommy ko from the Philippines, papunta na sana ako ng school for our cheerleading practice kaso lang nag message na sakin ang mga ka groupmates ko na cancelled daw, so I spent my time chatting with my Mom.
"Anak naka prepare na lahat para sa wedding namin ng Tito Francis mo for the other day, tutal we've been doing all the necessary preparations since the last month pa, ang samin lang anak at di ka makakapunta''
''Sorry mommy gusto ko naman talagang pumunta, pero finals na namin kaya pagkatapos nalang ako uuwi para dyan narin ako mag patuloy ok ba yon mommy?''
''Oh, sige anak ingat ka dyan ha?''
"Yes Mom, congratulations and goodluck! I love you Mom!''
''Same to you too anak''

After our conversation I took a walk for a while.
By the way let me introduce myself first my name is Sarah Christie Arcilla, but I'm just commonly known as Sarah,
I'm currently living here at Oxnard, California with my Tita Rose my mom's adoptive elder sister.
It had been 4 years ago since my dad passed away due to a heart disease, and I never expected that my mom will be marrying again.
I love my mom so much that's why I gave her my full support when she told me that's she's going to marry again. Syempre inalam ko muna yung magiging asawa ng Mommy ko, at sa totoo nga we already met here sa US nung dinalaw ako nila. Mabait si Tito Francis just like Dad, sweet and caring kaya I wanted him too for my mom.
Di ako makaka uwi sa Pilipinas for the wedding dahil finals na namin, sayang naman kung di ko pa abutin bakasyon na din lang naman pagkatapos, and my mom told me na sa Pilipinas nalang ako mag papatuloy ng pag-aaral. So I was super excited to go back to the Philippines.

After matapos ang exam the class was immediately dismissed.
*sigh*
"Thank God I reviewed so hard yesterday! Now all my worries are gone!'' I blurted out.
"Hey Sarah! Your driver is already waiting.'' Stela told me. Stela had been my long time best friend ever since I moved here.
''Oh, thanks Stela see you around! Good bye!''
I gave her a tight hug and a peck on her cheeks before leaving.
Alam nya naman ng aalis ako.
Mabilis naman akong sumakay agad sa sasakyan, para mabilis akong makapag impake sa bahay, ang Tita Rose ko na lang kase ang kukuha ng card ko sa school since naka pa booked nako ng flight to Philippines para bukas.
Pagpasok ng sasakyan sa gates bumaba agad ako and I saw my Tita Rose smiling at me at the front door.
''Nagmamadali ka naman ata Sarah?'' Tita Rose told me.
''Ah-eh I'll pack my things pa kasi Tita."
''No need to Sarah pinaempake ko na kanila Yheng at Celly, just go get a rest nalang, ok?''
''Wow Tita thanks!''
Mahal talaga ako ng Tita Rose ko, palibhasa kase walang asawa at ako na ang tinuring na anak dito sa US.
After kong kumain ng hapunan umakyat na ko sa room ko para matulog, but before that I checked my phone first and I noticed that it was 9:23 pm already, medyo natagalan naman ata ako sa pagkain ko. Then I went to sleep.

*alarm rings*
*yawns*
8:30 AM na ng magising ako, kaya gaya nga ng sinabi ko mamaya ng 10 AM ang alis ko kaya, inayos ko nalang uli ang mga gamit ko at nakipag kita sa friends ko lalo na kay Stela para makapag paalam man lang ulit.
Then my Tita texted me na ihahatid na daw niya ako sa airport.
Sa airport bago ko tuluyang umalis of course I said my goodbyes to my Tita Rose who had been my mother here at the US for almost 4 years. Then finally lumipad na rin ang eroplano.
Mom here I come.
