Let the hate out,
That's what they say,
Keep it inside,
It will eat you away,
So hurt somebody,
Make them cry,
It might make you feel better,
But you're still the bad guy,
If you hurt somebody,
Because you're hurting inside,
It makes the hurt worse,
And the hate won't hide,
A million wishes,
Won't take it away,
The hate lingers on,
To kill another day,
It grows like a rose,
Wilting you inside,
Nowhere to run,
Nowhere to hide,
Inside or out,
The hate will live on,
Crushing you slowly,
Till you're gone.

I know this poem isn't one of my best, but i couldn't sleep so...again, I'm just gonna point out, I didn't run out of rhymes but I used inside,hide in two stanzas to emphasise the main point of the poem: you can't hide from what's inside/yourself.
