"We need to talk" She said
~POV Y/n~
"What's wrong?" Leah asked
"Please Leah"
"What baby?"
"Sit down please"
She sat down
I did the same
"I'm really sorry but-"
"No don't break up with me" She said
"I really love you but I can't-"
"You can't-?"
"I can't be with you- I'm in Germany and you're here"
"So you're breaking up with me?"
I nodded
"I'm really sorry maybe in the future we can be together but right now I can't, I want to focus on my career" I said
She had tears in her eyes
"You promised me" Her voice broke
"What?"
"You promised me that your move to Germany wouldn't break us. I was dunk but I do remember that" She said
"I'm sorry"
"Right before my fucking game" She said and got up
"I'm sorry"
She shook her head no and walked away
She was crying
I waited for a couple minutes before walking upstairs
"Leah?" I said and knocked on the bedroom door
I slowly opened the door
She was staring out of the window
I walked over to her
She turned around, I embraced her in a hugged
She broke down crying
"I'm sorry but it's the best for you. I can't give you the things you deserv-"
"What did I do wrong?"
"Nothing Leah- I just want to focus on my career" I said
"You promised me-"
"I know"
"You also promised me to love me forever- that's also not true"
"I will always love you but I can't be in a relationship right now"
"Can you leave?" She asked
I nodded
"I'm just gonna grab my clothes and then I'll be gone"
~POV Leah~
It's been a couple hours later
I just arrived at the club
I ignored everyone
"Are you okay?" Caitlin asked and sat down beside me
I nodded
"Are you sure?"
I got up and walked away
I broke down crying
"Hey, hey, what's wrong?" Katie asked and embraced me in a hug
I tried to walk away
"No talk to me" She said
I ignored her and walked away
I entered the bathroom
"Leah talk to me, what's wrong?"Katie said
"I'm fine"
"Are you sure?"
"No Y/n broke up with me"
"What. Why?"
I shrugged
"You don't know"
"It's because of the distance"
"That's so stupid" Katie said

it's been a couple months later
Today we're playing against Japan
The World Cup is coming soon so we're playing some friendly games
We won 4-1
I was sitting next to Georgia in the dressingroom
"Georgia we're gonna beat you" Leah said
I looked up from my phone
I've been trying to ignoring Leah for a couple days now, we're not really talking
"That's not gonna happen" Georgia said
"You guys aren't even that good" Leah said
"We are good" Georgia said
Leah laughed
"You and Y/n are the only decent players" Leah said
"We will see Leah, we will see"
"Y/n be honest- Arsenal is the better team right?" Leah asked
"I mean- Jordan is gone- Viv and Beth are still injured"
"Y/n is gone" Georgia said
"Yeah so it's gonna be difficult for Arsenal" I said
"Bullshit" Leah said
"We will see Leah" I said
It's been a couple days later
We're playing against Bayern today
I greeted my old teammates
"I missed you" Katie said and hugged me
"I missed you too"
I greeted some more teammates
"Hi Leah" I said
"Hey"
"Good to see you" I said and hugged her
"Happy to be back?"
"Yes, I love it here" I said
"Regret the decision?" She asked
"I don't"
"Okay well- goodluck tonight, you guys will need it" Leah said and walked away
The game started an hour later
We were up by 1 when Katie tackled my teammate
"Get up loser" Katie said
I pushed Katie away
"Go away" I said
"Shut up, don't fucking touch me" Katie said and pushed me back
"Or what?" I said
"You will see"
I smiled at her
"I'm not scared of you Katie" I said and turned around
"What are you trying to do?" Leah asked
"Hmm?"
"What's your problem?" Leah said
"I don't have a problem"
"Then don't push my teammates"
"Leah- Katie is my friend you know that but that tackle wasn't okay"
"It's football Y/n"
"I know but that wasn't okay"
~POV Leah~
"That was a lucky goal" I said
"Just a bad defense" Y/n said
"I'm way better than you" I said
"True, your defense is good but our striker is better" She said
"Yes sure whatever" I said
The game continued
Minute 56, corner Bayern
I jumped up when someone pushed me in my back, I fell down
"Hey ref"
The referee blew her whistle
I got up and turned around
Y/n and our goalkeeper Manuela were laying down on the ground
Some of the girls were helping Y/n and some others were helping Manu
"She needs help" Katie said
She was helping Y/n
"What happened?" I asked Georgia
"Collision with your goalkeeper" Georgia said
"Was it bad?"
"Your goalkeeper jumped up and she hit Y/n in the head with her knee I guess"
I looked at Y/n, her eyes were closed
She wasn't moving
"Oh my god this doesn't look good, she needs help. Come on guys, hurry" Katie said
