Dining Hall
At night in the dining hall, the students were all eating their dinner before they all headed straight to their dorm rooms for the night. Teams RWBY, JNPR, GRMA, and CFDT were all seated in the same table.
"Do any of you guys have any plans for the weekend?" Kelly asked.
"None that I can think of," Ruby answered.
"Just reading," Blake said.
"No surprise from you," Kendra said.
"I guess we could binge watch some movies or something," Ricky said.
"Can it be the MCU?" Jaune asked.
"Sure, I guess," Jacob answered.
"Hey guys," a voice called.
Everyone turned to see Teams OBSA and JAAR holding food trays.
"Mind if we all sit with you guys?" Oscar asked.
"No, not at all," Ruby answered.
'The two teams then sit next to the other four teams.
"So what are you guys up to?" Jesse asked.
"Trying to find something to do for the weekend," Ren answered.
"I don't want to fight any boredom tomorrow!" Nora said.
"Nobody does, Nora," Pyrrha said.
"I suggested watching some movies," Ricky said.
"Can we join?" Watson asked.
"If you want to, then sure you can," Britney answered.
"How about we watch that Amazon TV series The Boys? I heard that the show is good," Mercury suggested.
"If Oscar is joining, then that's a no. He's a little too young for that show," Rebecca said.
"I'm sure he can handle it," Jacket said.
"Yeah. A show that includes rape, hardcore nudity, and bloody graphic violence is fine for Oscar," Kelly sarcastically said.
"And the comics are arguably much worse than the show," Azumi added. "And also, I won't be joining you guys this weekend. I've got to go out into Vale and do my patrols. Crime isn't gonna clean up itself you know."
"Yeah. Sonic String is here," Emerald said with an eye roll.
"Would all students please report to the amphitheater in ten minutes, please," Glynda spoke over the PA system.
Everyone in the dining hall heard the message as several of the students got up from their seats and began to leave for the amphitheater.
"Wonder what's up," Allen said.
"Probably something important," Weiss said.
"Let's finish up here real quick and go see what the fuss is about," Yang said.

Amphitheater
Several minutes later, the student body was all being gathered in the amphitheater. Teams RWBY, JNPR, OBSA, GRMA, JAAR, and CFDT had just entered inside the amphitheater. Up on the stage, Professor Ozpin and Glynda walked up to the microphone and Glynda then spoke.
"Quiet! Quiet please. Professor Ozpin has something to tell you all," she said.
The students all went silent as Glynda steps to the side and Ozpin steps up to the microphone.
"I have some terrible news to tell you all. Two days ago, a fanatical cult known as the Order of Salem's Temple had just broken Arthur Watts, Adam Taurus, and Tyrian Callows out of captivity. But that's not the worst of it. Yesterday morning, The U.S. government had attempted to launch Salem out of orbit as punishment for all of her crimes. But, there was an attack and now she's on the loose somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean," he explained.
The students started mummering upon listening to this disturbing news. The ones who were the most shocked were RWBY, GRMA, CFVY, CFDT, JNPR, and OBSA. Ozpin raised his hand, gesturing everyone to be quiet as the students grew silent again.
"Starting from tomorrow to next Saturday, I'm holding a sign up for all students who volunteer themselves to be a part of the United Hunters League in my office. I'll be testing those who want to join to see if you are qualified. Atlas, Haven, and Shade are all doing the same. I'm not forcing anybody to do this, I just ask that you all think about this before you make your decision," Ozpin said.
Ozpin steps aside as Glynda steps in front of the microphone.
"Those of you who are already in the U.H.L., please report to the Professor Port's Lecture hall," Glynda said. "The rest of you can head back to your dorms."
The students then began to leave the amphitheater all thinking about the decision to whether to sign up for the U.H.L. or not.

Lecture Hall
Later in Professor Port's lecture hall, Teams RWBY, JNPR, GRMA, CFDT, CFVY, and CRDL (Cardinal) were all seated behind their desks as Professor Ozpin and Glynda were standing out in front of everyone.
"Well, that's just great! After all the stuff we all went through, Salem is out on the loose again!" Rebecca sarcastically shouted.
"And somewhere in the Atlantic in between America and Saunus!" Robert added.
"And while we're at it, let's talk about this cult that broke Salem's associates out!" Weiss said.
"According to their website, the number of members they have ranges in the millions. Meaning, Salem has millions of followers backing her now," Jaune said, looking at his Scroll.
"Who knows what she'll be using them for!" Yang said.
"Please! We'll just find her and take her down. Problem solved," Cardin Winchester said.
"It's not that simple, Cardin!" Ren said
"Yeah! You weren't in Knoxville when we fought her and her associates," Ruby added.
"It took us everything we've got and the added help from the U.S. National Guard to take them down. And we almost lost our lives from that," Coco said.
"Not to mention, I lost my fucking arm over it!" Ricky added, while waving his prosthetic arm.
"Children, please! I know you guys all are upset, but complaining about the situation isn't going to help," Glynda said.
"The point is, you got lucky last time. Now, Salem will try a lot harder than ever to get what she wants. Which is why we all need to work twice as hard if we are to defeat Salem," Ozpin said.
"Which is where the U.H.L. steps in," Yatsuhashi said.
"Yes. With their help, we won't have to face her alone. And in a couple weeks, we will begin," Ozpin said.

Dorm Building
Meanwhile inside the dorm building, Teams OBSA and JAAR are walking down the hall, heading to their dorm rooms for the night. Emerald had a nervous look on her face as they all walked down the hall.
"So we got ourselves an immortal witch on the loose now?" Jacket asked.
"A villain of that kind of caliber sounds like she can not be underestimated," Azumi said.
"You newbies have no idea," Mercury said.
"You should know because you and Emerald worked for Cinder, who worked for Salem," Watson said.
"Use to. Besides, we turned against them eventually," Mercury argued.
"Hey Emerald, what, the matter? You look nervous," Jacket said.
Everyone turned to see Emerald who still carried that nervous look on her face.
"She's afraid," Oscar said. "Afraid that she would come across Salem."
"Maybe we should join the U.H.L. like Ozpin said back in the amphitheater," Jesse said.
"I'm already a part of the U.H.L.," Oscar answered.
"Unofficially me too, but I want to make it official," Ilia said.
"Mercury. Emerald. Do you two want to sign up?" Oscar asked.
The two were silent for a moment until Mercury broke the silence.
"I guess I'll give it a shot."
"I better not get killed for this," Emerald sighed.
Oscar smiled then turned his head at the other team.
"What about you guys? You want to join in?" he asked.
"Sure. Why not?" Jesse replied.
"I'm in," Watson said.
"Helping and protecting people and fighting off villainy internationally? How can I say no to that?!" Azumi asked excitingly.
"Alright, I guess," Jacket said with a shrug.
"Then I guess tomorrow we will talk to Professor Ozpin and sign ourselves up," Watson said.

Lecture Hall
Meanwhile inside the lecture hall, Roman was sitting at his desk doing some paper work, while Neopolitian was sitting on the edge of his desk kicking her dangling legs up and down.
"This is so boring. Grading these brats classwork and homework," Roman said.
Neo playfully stuck her tongue out as she drags her finger across her neck, making a slit throat motion.
"Yes Neo, this sucks," Roman said.
The door opens and walking inside was Glynda.
"Let me guess, more paperwork?" Roman asked
"Professor Ozpin has plans for you both, and for Hazel," Glynda said.
