I groaned entering the apartment , and not seeing Lovee for a moment I thought I'd seen his car outside but then walking inside made it clear he wasn't home yet. Putting down my bag, and removing my jacket and shoes, I made my way towards the bedroom to grab some clothes before heading to the bathroom to shower.
After I'd gotten out of the shower I heard my phone going off, and when I looked at the screen it was a facetime call from Lovee. I smiled answering it, and propping up my phone on the counter. "Baby!" Lovee yelled
I smiled, "Why my quiet man so loud?" I asked chuckling
"Who quiet?" Lovee asked confused
"You Babe, your quiet"
He waved his hand, "Whatchu up to BabyLovee?"
"I actually just got out the shower, what about you?" I asked
Lovee put the phone close to his eyes, and I laughed. "You weird as hell you know that?" I said laughing
"I ain't weird, I'm just tryna see if you was in the shower" He said
I rolled my eyes, "Righttttt"
He laughed, "You got plans later?" He asked
I shook my head, "No you not here"I said in a duh tone
"I know I'm sorry bout that, after this tour just know I ain't doin one for a while, this shit tirin' and my girl ain't with me so it's longer than ever" He said as he messed with his dreads
"Where y'all at now?"
Lovee looked away from the phone for a moment talking to someone up front before turning his attention back to the phone, "We in ATL right now" He said
I nodded, "Ya mom hit me up today, so I could go over tomorrow for Christmas" I told him
A smile appeared on his face, "Aw my two girls hanging out for Christmas without me, don't tell her anything" He said quickly
I laughed, "What you don't want me to tell her how you are?"
Lovee smacked his lips, "She just gon be weird about whatever you tell her bout our relationship" He said
I smiled, "No promises"
Lovee shook his head before someone had pulled his attention away again, and he nodded in response. When he looked back at the phone he sighed, "Aight BabyLovee, I gotta go these Niggah's buggin on this bus" He said shaking his head
I chuckled, "You guys be safe on the road, and behave" I said pointing at him
He smiled slight and nodded his head, "We always good"He said
I nodded my head, "Right sure y'all are"
He laughed, "Aight safety" He said waving
I waved back, as he ended the call and I placed my phone down sighing. I looked around the apartment before going to the couch and falling asleep.
>> NEXT DAY <<
I woke up early as hell this morning, and made my way over to Lovee's Mom's place. Before I could even knock on the door she had already opened it and was giving me a hug, "My daughter's here!" She exclaimed huggin me
I smiled, "How you been Moms?" I asked hugging her back
She sighed, "I'd be better if that child of mine would be back from that tour already" She said as we walked inside the house
I nodded, "I can agree with that" I muttered
As we walked inside a lot of Lovee's family was over already, from some cousins to aunts/uncles and some of his friends as well like Dougie, Kay, Blu, and Setty. They offered smiles and hugs before we all started a conversation about whatever the hell came to our minds. "Yo all I'm sayin is if my girl looked half as good as Y/N I would neva leave shorty's body alone" Dougie said shrugging
I laughed, "What about when you gotta do somethin and she got somethin goin on?" I asked
Kay smacked his lips, "Don't mind this Niggah, he know he get irritated with bitches after a 2 minute conversation" He said waving Dougie off
"Yo bro don't lie on me like that"
Kay looked over to Setty and Blu, as the two nodded in agreement with Kay. "Y'all coakin' hard" He said
"Alright everybody, I need y'all to come to the living room and Y/n I need you with me" Lovee's Mom said smiling
I gave her a smile back, walking over to stand next to her. Once everyone had made it over I saw she'd had her phone in her hand, and on Facetime was Lovee . "Since he couldn't make it for Christmas, we have him on Factime for this part" She started
Everyone clapped and cheered as Lovee's smiling face was faced outwards towards them. She continued talking for a while, and to be honest I tuned it out slightly just because it didn't really feel like the Christmas spirit I mean we were missing the person who connects all of us together.
I eventually tuned back in when she mentioned my name, "Y/N this gift is for you" She said handing me something
I looked at her and then the box she handed to me, she walked me over to the couch everyone still watching and Lovee still on the phone. "Are they gon watch the whole time?" I asked pointing to everyone
Everyone including Lovee laughed, "Well duh we're here to see what he got you" She said
I chuckled, "Right I forgot about that part"
Looking down at the box I carefully unwrapped it, and once the wrapping paper was off I was just left with a brown box. Kay walked over from the kitchen handing me a knife, "Don't cut yourself you heard, I ain't gon be held responsible for your accident" He said
I rolled my eyes, "The amount of times I've cooked for you guys and only now you have a concern with my knife skills?" I questioned
Kay shrugged stepping back , as I opened the brown box. "What the hell?" I muttered as I looked into the box to find a piece of paper.
Picking it up and opening it I read it aloud confused, "Turn around?"
Looking up at Lovee's mom, I turned to look outside her window and was even more confused when all I saw was the snowy streets of the bronx. "He's playin with me ain't he?" I asked
I heard someone smack their lips, "Now why would I be playin with you my heart?"
My head whipped around, and walking into the middle of the living room was Lovee. Confused I looked from the phone to him and pointed my finger at him, "Y-You were- wait what are you doing?" I asked at a loss for words
He smirked coming over and kneeling in front of me, "Y/N the two of us been together since we was young. You , Kaykay, Dougz and I running around bein the badass lil' kids of the neighborhood. I was on you bad, worse than Blu's on Murda" He began
Everyone in the room laughed, minus Cblu who didn't find it funny, "Yo bro don't drag me into ya problems, I'm tryna be happy for you" He said pointing at the two of us
"Aight aight, anyways what I'm tryna say or I guess ask you is if you'd continue to be my lil' badass forever" When he finished, he pulled out a box from his jacket and opened it revealing a very beautiful and big ring
I had to cover my mouth, as it dropped open and I'm sure I was crying but I couldn't really tell. "Qway" was the only thing I could muster up to say
He chuckled, "So what do you say?"
All I could do was nod my head, as the words couldn't really come out due to the shock of him appearing for one and this proposal for two. Everyone who I had completely forgotten was in the living room, began cheering as Lovee slipped the ring on my finger. I wrapped my arms around him placing a kiss on his lips, when we pulled back from each other he wiped the tears that were on my cheeks.
"How you gon be a badass but you cryin'?" He asked chuckling
I sniffled, "Well when you spring things on someone that's what happens" I said pouting
He smiled, "Alright, alright loveeeee birdsssss let's wrap this up so we can eat some food" Cblu exclaimed
Lovee's mom placed her arm around my shoulders, "Listen you better be nice to my daughter or its gon be problems you hear me" She said
I smiled, "Ma I'm your son" Lovee said
She shrugged, "And she's my daughter for life now"
I chuckled sticking my tongue out at him, "Wow you got Madukes on your side, I'm done for now"
We laughed, "As long as you know it"

I had this idea for sometime now and I just couldn't find a way to write it 😭 but after sitting on it and listening to some music here it is. So I hope y'all enjoyed this Blovee story, I feel like although he's quiet and a dancer on TikTok 😂 he's also very loving towards his girl so yeah.
