March 27th, 1986
When Steve made it to Eddie's trailer, we didn't all just run inside and get the show on the road, we stopped and made sure that the plan was well thought out. I was shaking as I sat in the RV next to Steve, listening to Nancy who looked apprehensive.
"Okay. I wanna run through it one more time. Phase one," she said and turned to Robin.
"We meet Erica at the playground. She'll signal Max and Lucas when we're ready."
"Phase two," Nancy continued and turned to Steve.
"Max baits Vecna. He'll go after her which will put him in his trance."
"Phase three?" Nancy asked and looked over at Dustin.
"Me and Eddie draw the bats away."
"Four?"
"We head into Vecna's newly bat free lair and flambe the shit out of him," I said and grinned as Steve did the same, wrapping an arm around me.
"Nobody moves onto the next phase until we've all copied. Nobody deviates from the plan, no matter what. Got it?"
"Got it," we all said together and headed out of the RV and over to the trailer.
We headed in and wandered over to the gate which still had the rope made of bed sheets sticking out of it. Since Steve's arguably the strongest he went first and grabbed the rope with a sigh.
"Be careful," Dustin said and Steve nodded before grabbing it.
"Here goes nothing," he muttered and climbed up the rope before holding on as gravity dropped him into the Upside Down.
Steve stood and smiled at the the lot of us, waiting for something as Robin raised a brow.
"What does he want us to do, applaud?" She inquired and I chuckled.
"Most likely," I muttered and grabbed the rope before following Steve's lead and dropping into the Upside Down.
I faltered for a second and placed a hand on my head as it began to pulse with energy from being in the same realm as Vecna.
"You good?" Steve inquired and I nodded before shaking my head in order to clear it.
"Yeah...just getting used to the extra power. I'll be fine, don't worry," I assured and Steve and I grabbed the mattress off Eddie's bed before putting it in position.
"All right, let's go," Steve said and the others all began to climb through.
Nancy climbed through the first and then the supplies followed by Robin, Dustin and Eddie. We all headed outside and Steve stopped, turning back to Eddie and Dustin before we headed off.
"Hey guys listen. If things here start to go south, I mean, at all, you abort. Okay?" Steve said and they both nodded. "Draw the attention of the bats. Keep em busy for a minute or two. We'll take care of Vecna. Don't try to be cute or be a hero or something. Okay...you guys are just..."
"Decoys. Don't worry. You can be the hero Steve," Dustin assured and rolled his eyes.
"Absolutely, I mean, look at us. We are not heroes," Eddie said and sighed as I rolled my eyes.
"Exactly...you're badasses. Keep safe," I told him and squeezed his shoulder before Steve and I turned. We were about to walk off when Eddie stopped us. "Hey Steve, Ren? Make him pay."
"We'll do it for Chrissy, I promise," I told him and wrapped Eddie in a tight hug before following Steve and the others.
Since my powers were kicked into high gear in the Upside Down I could hear Eddie's thoughts pretty clearly and didn't like them one bit. He kept muttering about sacrificing himself and guaranteeing that Dustin was safe even if he didn't make it. I trusted Eddie to make the right decision and guarantee that they were both safe but a part of was worried. I was worried that Eddie was going to try and be the hero at the expense of his own life and really hoped I was dead wrong.

A little while after saying goodbye and we were walking through the woods towards the Creel House. I had my hand in Steve's and he was swinging it as we walked next to Nancy. Robin was running around like her head was cut off and looked absolutely paranoid.
"Uh...I don't mean to freak anyone out, but I swear I've seen this tree before," Robin muttered as her mind started going at a million miles a minute.
"That's impossible," Nancy assured.
"That would suck, right? If Vecna destroyed the world because we got lost in the woods."
"We're not lost, Robin," Nancy reiterated but Robin ignored her and started running ahead. "Robin, hey! Watch out for the vines! Hive mind! Remember?"
"Thank you," Robin called and jumped over one before she kept going out of sight.
"Uh...don't worry about her. She's just stressed. You know, scared," Steve muttered and Nancy sighed.
"Yeah...I know. It's just..."
"She's like horribly ditzy?" I guessed and Nancy chuckled.
"She did tell me that it took her longer to walk than most babies, so..." We all laughed as Steve sighed and rubbed the back of his neck.
"I really shouldn't laugh. When I was a baby, I actually crawled backwards."
"Excuse me?" I asked and Steve glanced at me with a nod.
"Crawled backwards?" Nancy reiterated and he nodded.
"You know, I'd push with my hands like this. Beep, beep. Always in reverse, you know?" Steve said and mimicked crawling backwards as I laughed.
"This is a very enlightening conversation. It explains a lot," I told him and he glared at me.
"Oh haha. And besides, it wasn't all that funny. I reversed my baby butt down a flight of stairs and thumped my head real good."
"Oh you poor thing. And that...that explains the most."
"Agreed," Nancy said and I smiled at her.
"Yeah...maybe you're both right," Steve muttered as Nancy chuckled.
"God...when you two have kids, I'll come over and assist I promise. That poor baby."
Nancy kept laughing but stopped when she noticed that both Steve and I didn't look all that amused.
"Uh..yeah...kids...babies."
"Nance...uh..." Steve began but I stopped him.
"No...I wanna tell her."
"You sure?" He asked and I nodded.
"Yep...so...here's the thing. Before we got married, I discovered that the lab had forced me to undergo an involuntary hysterectomy before I left. They didn't want me to carry on my genes and make more weird lab freaks so they guaranteed I can't...and now...babies are out of picture."
Nancy stared at me in mild shock, her jaw hanging open as I rubbed my neck.
"Oh my god...I'm so sorry."
"No...it's fine. We're gonna foster and adopt and have a giant collection of little Harrington's by the time we're retired," I told her and smiled at the thought, Steve doing the same. "And one day, we'll have this giant family reunion and like 60 of our fosters are gonna show up. Cause it doesn't matter if we look after the kid for a day or years, I still want to make a difference, make an impact in their life. I wanna see my little found family grow and change and thrive."
"That's beautiful. Truly. I'm happy for you both," Nancy assured and I smiled.
"You are?"
"Of course I am. I was jealous at first but when I saw you two together it all made sense and you guys getting married is amazing. You make the perfect couple, trust me."
"What about you and Jonathan?" I inquired and she frowned.
"We've changed...maybe I'll go to college alone and actually be my own person...not have a guy in my life for a change, just be Nancy."
"I like that idea," I told her.
"Besides, a badass like you doesn't need a man in your life, you can kick butt just as good as any old guy."
Nancy smiled at the two of us. "Thank you...it means a lot."
Steve and I pulled Nancy into a group hug just as Robin came running back and jumped over a vine.
"Hey! You guys! Awesome news! Looks like we weren't going the wrong way after all. Come on. Let's go."
She grinned and turned before bolting back the way she came.
"Okay. Robin...slow down!" Steve yelled and we all ran after Robin before exiting the woods to find the Creel House right in front of us.
On a broken down piece of playground equipment was the same sparkles indicating a light was on in the real world. We walked over and a very faint and familiar voice was coming through the sparkles.
"Erica," Steve muttered as we got ever closer.
"Max is moving into phase 2, distracting Vecna," Erica said and we all sighed.
"So far so smooth," Robin muttered.
"Yeah, we're not even at the hard part yet," Steve said and we glanced at the house just as the millions of bats flying around it dissipated thanks to Eddie.
"That's phase 3. We're good," I said just as a feeling dread came over me.
"What about Vecna?" Steve asked and I locked onto the dread feeling to find it was Max and she seemed to be in danger.
"He's with Max, I can feel it," I muttered and we all moved over to the house before slowly entering it.
The whole place was covered in vines, even more so than outside which made navigating a tad bit tricky.
"Oh shit...that's not good," Steve muttered and stepped inside, narrowly avoiding a vine.
I followed but the moment my foot hit the ground a vine appeared and grabbed my ankle.
"Crap!!" I yelled and was suddenly yanked to the ground and dragged through the house.
I ended up in the attic and glared at Vecna who was covered in vines with his eyes closed as he tormented Max. I was trapped against the far wall and glared before closing my eyes and jumping into Max's mind. In seconds, I was at the Snowball from last December and glanced around before catching sight of Max sitting at a table. I ran over and she stared at me in mild shock as I wrapped her in a hug.
"Ren?" Max asked and I nodded.
"Funny seeing you here," I said and grinned.
"Did Vecna bring you here?"
"No, I did. I used my new powers, they're pretty fancy. My body is stuck to a wall by some vines in the Upside Down Creel House right now...so yeah. This is more exciting. Also...what is this?"
"A strong memory. I kissed Lucas here, it felt right," Max said and I nodded, liking the decorations and the music playing.
"I like it." I grinned just as a balloon on the table exploded, nearly drenching Max and I in blood. "I like it less."
Max and I backed up as more started exploding, spewing blood everywhere and frankly ruining the aesthetic. The record player also started to warp and a very creepy version of Dream a Little Dream began to play as the Snowball morphed into an Upside Down version.
"Ren? What do we do?" She inquired and I shook my head, not really sure as spores began to fall.
"I don't know."
"Shit...he knows where I am," Max muttered and I made her stand behind me.
"I'll protect you...I promise. I'm separate from his mind, I can hurt him," I assured as Max moved away from me and began to stack chairs in front of the door. "Good idea...make it like a mental block."
We piled up some more chairs and turned in order to get more only to have the door shift and the chair disappear. It was replaced by the door to the Creel House with the same creepy stained glass rose.
"Ren?" Max asked, slowly staring to sound scared.
"That's not good. Stay back," I ordered as the door began to slowly open.
"You can't hide from me Max," Vecna as he stepped through and Max shut her eyes. "You think I don't see what you're doing? You think I don't see everything? You thought you could trick me? You thought your friends could stop me? I see them. I see your friends. Just as clearly as I see you. I can feel them. I can feel them dying." The familiar chime of a clock began and I cursed. "It's time, Max."
"Don't listen to him! You got this!" I assured and Max kept her eyes shut tight.
"It's time!!" Vecna roared and tossed the two of us aside like we were rag dolls.
Max was thrown against the wall as I landed hard on the other side of the gym and stood, wiping some blood from my chin. I growled and stepped forward as Vecna loomed over Max attempting to suck the life out of her.
"Did you forget about me? Huh? I can stop you!" I declared and was just about to hold out my hand when he grabbed me, locking me in place.
I didn't know why but my connection to him felt like it had faded a tad bit and my powers lost some of their intensity.
"You can also assist," he declared and pulled me closer before holding up a hand and siphoning power from me. "So much power...it feels good."
"No...stop...." I cried out as I got weaker, our connection nearly fading and I could feel my presence in Max's mind start to fade.
Vecna chuckled and dropped me before walked over to Max and pinning her against the back wall.
"You are brave, Maxine. Much braver than your brother. But in the end...you are weak and fragile, just like him. Like all the rest of them. And you will break."
"No...stop!!!" I yelled and reached out a hand but nothing happened, he had done something and at the moment I was powerless to stop him.
I dropped to the ground and let out a sob at the fact that I failed Max, that I couldn't save her. I looked up in order to say sorry when Vecna stopped and was held in the air. I blinked at him in shock before noticing a new face standing at the edge of the gym, one I knew very well.
"Holy shit," I declared and El smiled at me.
"You," Vecna hissed and she grinned at him.
"Hi," El greeted before slamming him into the bleachers, Max dropping and El running over.
My strength also returned and I let out a sigh before bolting over to El and Max to make sure they were both alright.
"Now those are powers, great job sis," I told her and wrapped her in a tight hug before she looked over Max.
"Max, are you okay?" El asked and Max stared at her in mild shock.
"Huh?"
"Are you okay?" El reiterated and Max blinked before nodding.
"Yeah. Are you real? Did I make you?"
"I'm real," El assured.
"How?" Max asked and El smiled.
"I piggybacked from a pizza dough freezer," she explained as if that was perfectly obvious and everyone would know exactly what she meant.
"What?" Max said and I blinked at El, trying to guess what she did to get here.
"Yeah...lost me at that. I just used freaky mind powers and jumped in...so...I'm confused."
El sighed and was about to explain what happened to her when Vecna got back up and climbed out of his spot in the crushed bleachers. El glared and walked over to confront him, her hands both tightening into fists and I could feel the anger just radiating off of her.
"Stay back," she declared. "If you touch either of them again, I will kill you again."
"Is that what you did? Did you kill me? I am so glad you are here, Eleven. This is going to be beautiful. So beautiful. And it's all thanks to you."
Vecna laughed and tossed a chunk of wood at El but she dodged it, throwing it into a pile of tables. I glared and stepped up, locking onto his power and feeling a lot more of my strength return.
"Lets try it again...STOP!!" I held out my hand and this time he did as I grinned before turning to El. "El!!! Nows your shot!!"
El nodded and moved to attack but Vecna beat her to it and locked her in that same helpless position as before.
"Before...I kill you...I want you to watch."
Vecna opened up a portal to that same blood realm that I was in before tossed El inside before turning to Max.
"El!!!" I screamed and ran forward to help but was stopped before I could.
"I also don't need you," Vecna declared and snapped his fingers before I was shot out of his mind.
Before I could blink I dropped to the floor of the attic and let out a gasp, still next to the sleeping Vecna. I glared at him before standing and rubbing my head, wondering why Steve and others hadn't come up there yet. But it was likely because of a whole other more deadly reason and I cursed.
"God damn...Steve..." I bolted back downstairs to find Steve and the others trapped by veins as they slowly got choked. I ran over to Steve and his eyes widened as I focused my attention on the vines. "I got this, I got it." I held out my hand and really concentrated on all the power flowing around me and the connection I still had with Vecna. He was only right upstairs and I could feel a small semblance of his powers running through my veins as I kept my attention on the vines. I breathed out one last sigh before holding up my hand. "For the last time...stop."
The vines listened and immediately retreated as Steve and the others dropped to the floor breathing in large gulps of air. I wrapped my arms around Steve as Robin stood and let out a loud sigh before gulping down huge lungfuls of air.
"I don't know if you believe in a higher power or divine intervention but that was a miracle."
"No...it was me," I told and grinned as Robin smiled and wrapped me in a very tight hug.
"I'll take it," she declared and I chuckled.
"Come on, this son of a bitch is dying," Nancy said and readied her shotgun before matching her way upstairs.
"I agree," I said and followed her, Steve and Robin doing the same.
"Phase four," Steve said and Robin nodded, pulling out a Molotov.
"Flambé."
We all made it to the attic and Vecna was still there, surrounded by vines and basically asleep as he fought El in his stupid little mind world. Robin lit the first Molotov and handed it Steve who grinned before launching it towards Vecna. It made contact and fire began to spread and Vecna roared, attempting to flee.
I glared and stepped up, holding out my hand with a grin. "Nope...stay..."
Vecna stopped, rooted in place before Steve tossed the second Molotov and he screamed even louder. He grinned and stepped back, allowing Nancy to move in and she shot off her shotgun, slowly knocking him back towards the window. Nancy pumped the shotgun, looking like a total badass as she did before letting off one last shot, Robin throwing the final Molotov. The two combined sent Vecna out of the window and he plummeted to what I first assumed was his death. But as he fell that familiar chime sounded in the back of my mind and I gulped.
"Did we do it?" Nancy asked and I shook my head.
"No...it failed...he did it," I muttered as the chimed began to bellow in the real world and the Upside Down began to shake.
"Max," Nancy said and I let a tear fall before grabbing onto Steve, hating the fact that I failed her.
"What did he do?" Steve asked and I shook my head.
"I don't know...nothing good. If I had to guess...I'd say he got the town."
"Why?" Nancy asked and I sighed.
"Because the next step is the rest."
We all stood there in silence for an extra beat as the really of our situation started to really sink in. For the first time we lost and lost big time for Vecna's wasn't gonna stop at just Hawkins, the town was only a stepping stone and a small one at that.
Two Days Later
It was a nightmare to get out of the Upside Down since when Max 'died' the town was ripped apart by four massive gates that all started at where the teens were killed. They caused a huge wave of destruction to crash through the centre of town and hundreds of people were still missing and dozens dead after two days. We took our time when we got out and spent it recovering in the Wheeler's basement since we lost two people that night. One for only a second since El managed to start Max's heart in her mind world but the other was gone for good. Eddie didn't make it and saving Dustin from a swarm of bats had cost him his life. I know that he died a hero, we all do but I just wished that Eddie would've lived and proven that to the town as well. But he never got the chance and I promised his body, since we found Dustin crying on top of it, that I would avenge and give him a shot at redemption. After that it got mauled by bats which was pretty tragic and we didn't have any method of getting it out of the Upside Down. Sure he was now stuck in there but we at least put up a little cross by his destroyed trailer in order to remember him.
The lot of us then all slept for almost a day and were at the moment gathering supplies in order to give to the emergency shelter at the school. I was standing by Steve's car with him as we packed up some boxes on blankets the Wheelers donated. Steve sighed and finished taping his box as I raised a brow at him.
"Well this all sucks doesn't it," he muttered and I chuckled.
"Helping people?" I inquired and Steve rolled his eyes.
"No...I meant the town."
"Yeah...right...it does."
"It also means we can't go back to Purdue," Steve said and I nodded.
"I agree. We need to see what Vecna did, what he changed," I added and thought of the scar he left on the town and how open the Upside Down now was.
"He changed a lot. The world is different," Dustin piped up and I nodded in agreement.
"Someone order a pizza?" Karen asked and I turned to find a van driving up to the Wheelers.
"Pizza?" Dustin asked as it parked and I grinned, already spotting the guy that was driving it.
"Is that?" I inquired as they all got out.
"Holy shit," Dustin declared and grinned as Mike, Jonathan, Will and some random dude with long hair all stepped out of the van.
Mike ran right over to his mom as Will and El hugged Dustin before she turned to me. I wrapped my sister in the tightest hug I could muster, shocked that I could actually feel her and we weren't in a crazy mind world.
"Finally! Not in a mind world!"
"I missed you," El said and I nodded.
"I did to," I assured and smiled before grabbing Steve. "And I'd like you to meet you official brother-in-law."
"You got married?" El accused and I nodded before holding up my ring as Steve did the same.
"We did. Surprise!" El grinned and turned to Steve before wrapping him in a very tight hug as the guy smiled.
"Will you stop threatening me?" He asked and El shook her head.
"I'll do it more. We're family now."
"Great," Steve muttered and I rolled my eyes as Will wandered over.
I wrapped him in a quick hug before he turned to Dustin, a confused look on his face.
"Where's Lucas?" Will asked.
"He's at the hospital."
"Was he hurt?" El inquired and Dustin eyed her.
"No...no he's...."
"They don't know," I said and El's eyes widened.
"Oh god...you don't know."
"You guys take the van and go visit, we'll take the car and head to the school," I said and they all nodded.
"I was gonna fix up the old cabin, to live there while we figure this out," El informed and I nodded, loving that idea, Steve giving her a thumbs up from behind.
In two days we also discovered that his parents had moved to Florida full time so unless we headed back to Lafayette we were kinda homeless.
"I like that idea, stay with them. I need to help some people," I told her and she nodded as her, Will, Jonathan, Mike and Nancy all hopped in the van.
Myself, Steve, Robin and Dustin all jumped into Steve's car and he drove us over to the hospital which was packed full of people. I eyed them as we walked towards the front desk, shocked that Vecna managed to do all this damage and they all thought it was just an earthquake. There was so much more going on beneath the surface and I was terrified to think what these people would do if they knew the truth. I shook my head and turned to the receptionist as Robin dropped a box on the table.
"Hi. Uh...so these are blankets and sheets. And some clothes and some toys."
"Wow...it's already so organized. We appreciate that. Do you want a tax receipt for it?" She inquired and Robin shook her head before looking around.
"Um...no I don't think we need one thank you. But, is there anything else that we can do to help?"
The woman smiled and we were put to work almost instantly as Robin was ushered to the kitchen, Dustin to fetch and Steve and I were tasked with sorting clothes. We followed a lady as she told us the basics and I nodded, impressed by the sheer amount of donations.
"Okay...then we sort by age. We got infants, girls, boys, men, women...oh, if anything is in real bad shape we don't want it."
"Sounds good, I bet we can figure it out," I assured and she smiled before wandering off.
Steve and I sorted through the clothes for a small bit before getting distracted by the fact that Robin was talking with someone. I glanced up and sure enough she was talking with Vickie and they looked like they were getting and truly enjoying each others company.
"God, Robin and Vickie...they finally did it," Steve said grinned.
"Huh, watching them talk just feels so normal. After everything that's happened and all the shit that went down...it's just crazy."
"Yeah, no kidding...so I wanted to ask...are we going back to Purdue? We only briefly discussed it earlier."
"No, I wanna stay here, the town needs us more than ever before," I declared and stared out at all the people.
"Sounds good. So...I'm guessing you've also been thinking a lot about Joyce huh," Steve said and I nodded.
"Jonathan, Will, Mike and El return and yet...no Joyce. I get that she's at a conference but you think someone would've called."
I let out a sigh just at the head volunteer, a very nice lady called Mrs. B walked over to Steve and I.
"Excuse me...are you Ren Harrington?" She asked and I nodded.
"Uh...yeah."
"There's someone on the office phone for you," she said and I raised a brow before following her, blowing Steve a kiss as I went.
Mrs. B led me into the her office and I picked up the phone that was always off the hook.
"Hello?" I asked and someone sighed on the other end.
"Ren! Honey, it's so good to hear your voice."
"Oh my god, Joyce. You're okay. Where are you?" I asked and she laughed.
"El wanted to see the old house the people that bought it let me use their phone. Why don't you swing by the cabin."
"Why?"
"I have a gift for you."
"From the conference?"
"No, from farther away," Joyce muttered as I eyed the phone.
"Steve and I will be right there," I assured and hung up before rejoining him outside. "We gotta head to the cabin, something happened with Joyce. She got me a gift or something and I gotta go get it."
"Right now?" Steve asked and I shrugged.
"She said it's urgent."
Steve shrugged and dropped the clothing he was folding before we told Robin to watch out for Dustin and that we'd be back later.
We then drove off towards the cabin and I gave Steve directions up until we had to walk before we made our way into the woods. We finally came upon the cabin and sure enough, Joyce was standing outside it. I ran over and crushed her in a hug, burying my head in her shoulder as Joyce grinned.
"It's nice to see you, I'm so glad you're OK."
"It got dodgy but I made it. Where's the gift and where is it from?" I asked as Joyce grinned, Steve gasping from behind me.
"Russia."
Joyce stepped to the side as a man walked down the steps of the cabin and I raised a brow. He got closer and I slowly started to realize who was walking towards me. He was leaner and when he took off his hat, balder and dressed like an old man but it was still him.
"No..." I stuttered out as dad chuckled.
"Yes."
"No...you must be fake, this is just Vecna...he's back, he's-"
I stopped dead when he hugged and let out a sob as dad kissed the top of my head.
"I'm here sweetheart, I'm always here," he assured and I really started crying before staring up at him, still in shock.
"Oh my god...dad." I let out a sob and hugged him again before pulling back and eyeing his patchy haircut and bags under his eyes. "You look terrible."
"You don't get to mock me...I'm mad at you," dad declared and I raised a brow.
"Why?"
"Because you're married!!" He yelled and my stomach dropped.
"Oh yeah...that...Joyce told you?" I asked and glanced back at her as she threw her arms up in surrender.
"Yep..."
I sighed and called Steve over as he grinned at dad but it faded with he noticed him eyeing the wedding band.
"Oh.. this...it's nothing, just a promise ring," Steve assured and dad rolled his eyes before pulling Steve into a tight hug.
"You made her happy, kept her safe and seem to be doing a pretty damn good job in school. Welcome to the family, son," dad said and Steve stared at him before he also started sobbing and dad hugged him again.
"Really? You're not mad?" I asked and dad chuckled.
"I'm mad...you guys are having another wedding. But...I'm not that mad and frankly I'm glad. I'm proud to call you my son Steve, but you still gotta remember those rules...got it?"
"Yes sir," Steve assured and dad rolled his eyes before I hugged him again.
I could've stood there for hours if it wasn't for the strange grey stuff falling from the sky. I stared up at the sky to find a dark cloud overhead and a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach. I glanced at dad before we trekked our way through the woods with the rest of the group in order to get a better view. We ended up on a hill that overlooked the entire town and my jaw dropped at the sight of the massive ash cloud covering nearly every inch of it.
"It's not our town anymore," I muttered and squeezed Steve's hand as we stared at the mass amount of destruction.
There was some nasty shit brewing from within that cloud and I knew for a fact that our dealings with the Upside Down, were far from over.

Seriously though....oh my GOD!!!! It's actually done. This has been in the works for like 5 years and to have it be caught up to the end of season 4 only like 4 months after it released is amazing. I hope that you all enjoyed Ren and Steve's story and their love, their families...everything and it will continue...in 2 or so years😅. I have to wait for season 5 and at the moment that looks like 2025-2026. This book will say completed but it won't be until then and I guarantee that that will be one hell of a ride...so strap in.
