They both looked at each other with hands on mouth.
Siya- " see i told you not to do this-"
Voice- "Who's there?"
Siya - "Shit!"
Riya - "What if it's someone from your in laws side"
Siya- "Stop scaring me, it's all because of you"
Voice- "i repeat who's there comeout"
*Silence*
Voice- "I'm giving last warning, come out"
They both stood up with closed eyes.
Voice- "you"
The shot open their eyes and found Karan standing there with Arjun coming from the back.
Arjun- "What are you guys doing here?"
Siya- "we were just passing by"
Karan- "Passing by. in the middle of the night, that too. from the centre of the kitchen, not satisfied"
Karan's not satisfied statement left Siya with no more words.
Siya looked at Riya while Riya just made pleading expressions.
Karan- "Any other excuse?"
Riya- "uhh actually, actually, di wanted to talk to you, yes yes di wanted to talk, I'll take my leave bye -"
Siya- "What the-?"
And Riya ran from there.
Arjun looked at them and then he also decided to leave.
Arjun- "enjoy "
He said and ran , ignoring Karan's shouting.
Karan looked at Siya, who was looking all pure and innocent in the moonlight.
Karan- "if you can't think of any other excuse, then you can tell me the truth."
Siya looked at him and then started looking at the floor.
Karan - "if there is some problem you can tell me."
She again looked at him and then started watching the floor.
Karan- " i think the floor is more interesting"
Siya nodded negatively.
Karan- "Come let me show you some more floors may be you can then tell me what were you doing here."
He then motioned her to follow him and they went to the balcony.
Here Arjun met Riya in the corridor who seemed like to be talking in the air.
Arjun - "are you a psyco?"
Riya - "what the hell?"
Arjun- "what were you doing, with whom you're talking, there's no one. OMG can you see ghosts? Is there any ghost here?"
Riya- "what the heck, shut up. I'm not talking with anyone, what are you doing here?"
Arjun- "what were you doing in the kitchen?"
Riya- "i asked first"
Arjun- "but i caught you first"
Riya- "whatever" *annoyed face*
Arjun- "tell me"
*grr grr*
The sound came from Riya's tummy. Now Riya was hella embarassed.
Arjun- "so this was the reason"
Riya- "yeah 😅, Me and Di were so busy that we didn't got time to eat, so we were there for food"
Arjun- "so did you found anything?"
Riya- "nahh i guess we'll have to stay hungry till the morning then only we can get some food"
Arjun- "did Bhabhi ate?"
Riya- "Nahh, but don't worry she's master in keeping fasts, she'll survive, I'm just worried about me-"
Arjun - interrupting "are you dumb or what?"
Riya- "What?"
Riya looked at him confused.
Arjun- "come with me"
Arjun took Riya's hand and then ran from there to Karan and Siya.
Arjun- "Karan!"
Karan - "what what happened?"
Arjun- "you dear wife didn't had any food since noon, and you know she can't even eat tomorrow, what to do now-"
Karan- "Get the car Arjun, we'll come"
Siya- "wait what ? Where are we going?"
Karan - "too eat "
Siya- "no stop we can't go out "
Karan - "we can"
Siya- "no Bride and groom are not allowed to go out. Are you out of your mind "
Karan- "Arjun take Riya with you, we'll come afterwards and remember not to make any noise"
Arjun nodded and went from there with Riya.
Karan- "Listen to me Siya, let's just go quickly eat and we'll be back. No one will know"
Siya- "are you crazy, no way"
Karan- "if you didn't eat today you won't be able to eat tomorrow, you know brides can't eat on their wedding day"
Siya - "but mom said I can have sweets"
Karan- "can you survive totally on sweets?"
Siya nodded negatively.
Karan- "Just come with me"
He took her hand and went out.
Here Riya was questioning Arjun every minute.
Riya - "why did you called me dumb? Why can't she eat? Just tell me , don't stay silent, say something Arjun, Arjun c'mon tell me-"
Arjun put his hand on Riya's lips
Arjun- "will you let me speak?"
Now Riya was silent her heart was beating fast.
Arjun- "She can't eat because Brides have to stay on fast"
Riya- "how do you know so much things about marriage "
Arjun- " 'cause I'm not dumb like you"
He said and went from there laughing while Riya followed him angrily
Riya- "you"
Soon Karan came with Siya and they all settle in car, Arjun drove the car.
Arjun- "So where to go"
Riya- "any place we just want food"
Arjun soon halted the car near a street food shop.
Riya- "why here?"
Arjun- "you said you just want food"
Riya- "but-"
Arjun- "wanna eat or stay here"
Riya- "I'm not going "
Riya didn't came out.
Siya- "You guys go, I'll bring her"
Arjun- "no bhabhi you go, Karan order I'll be back"
Karan and Siya went from there.
Arjun- "I'm asking last time, you wanna come?"
Riya- "that'll be unhygienic"
Saying that Riya made faces.
Arjun went from there.
Riya in mind --
*Oh god what to do now, I'm so hungry. Why there is no other option, I'm so hungry*
Arjun and Karan were ordering.
Arjun - "go to Siya"
Karan- "what why?"
Arjun- "What do you mean why? She's you wife"
Karan- "hmm"
Karan hmmed and the food came.
They ordered some Pav bhaji.
Arjun gave Karan and Siya's plate to Karan and forced him to sit with Siya.
Here Siya was motioning Riya to come but Riya was not ready.
Karan came and sat with her.
Karan- "here"
Siya smiled and took the plate
After few minutes
Karan looked at her as she was not eating.
Karan- "what happened? Do you also have any hygine problem?"
Siya- "ohh no no"
Karan- "then why aren't you eating?"
Siya paused for some seconds and then said.
Siya- "actually I've mehendi in my hands i can't eat"
Karan - "ohhh"
And without another thought Karan started feeding Siya.
Siya was shy at first then she started eating well.
Karan took proper care of his girl.
Here Arjun took His and Riya's plate to the car and started eating.
Riya peeked at him and saw him eating.
Now hunger was more increased.
Arjun looked at her eyeing his plate.
Arjun- "wanna eat?"
Riya- "oh no no"
Arjun chukled and offered a bite to Riya.
Now Riya can't control. She was too hungry.
She took the bite but the she realised and shouted.
