Ten days.
It had been ten days since he had last talked to you, fed you, or anything. Sure, he left you locked in the bathroom, which meant you had access to clean water and could shower, but that was the least of your concerns. After day three, you had given up on banging on the door with apologies and screams of sorrow. At this point, you almost missed him.
"Clay..." you cried out weakly. "Please..." your sobs were almost silent. You weren't even sure he was listening, you just wanted out. Your body had started to feed on itself, slowly beginning to carve out sallow cheekbones and pale skin. The tile was hard, and left bruises on your malnourished body. It didn't help that he didn't let you eat a few days before he locked you in the bathroom. All of this, just because you talked to an ex once while meeting them at the coffee shop, to exchange a few words.
"Please..."
