There's so many grammar mistakes but oh well (I'll fix them eventually)
CHAPTER FIVE
For once, Sae didn't wake up in cold sweat. What woke her up was the chimming of her phone. She groans as she taps around her to find it, finally finding it under the covers she squints as she looks at her phone.
Aisha: They're moving the burned one.
We need to hurry
Sae groans, falling back on the bed, which is only then she notices she's alone. She looks around but Riven is nowhere to be found, she gets up and hurriedly pputs her shoes back on, which she doesn't remember taking off.
She could already feel the headache she's about to have from this day. As she leaves towards the barrier where they told her they'd wait for her, she can't shake the bad feeling she's got.

"Ugh, finally." Stella grunts annyoed at her friend for being late. "Sorry, I fell asleep.", Sae answers, letting out a yawn along the way. "But you weren't at the suite?", Terra comments and all the girls turn to look at her curiously. She just ignores them, walking thorugh the barrier. "Let's go, I wanna be back by dinner time."
"Of course you do.", Stella comments under her breath. The rest of the girls following her through. "Do you know where the barn is?", Stella turns her attention at the earth fairy. "Um, yes. North." Terra gets through the barrier last. "There's this little stump that looks like an old-", Stella cuts her off, giving her a look. "Show. Don't tell.", Sae turns around briefly to give her friend a look that Stella brushes off.
It didn't take them long to get to the barn, but the sun started to set already. Sae quietly followed Stella, Bloom and Aisha inside, while Terra and Musa went the other way. Once inside, Sae didn't want to look up, not until she heard someone say "They've taken it already. Look."
Her eyes traced over the, now empty barn, seeing the chains it was bound with, but no sign of the creature. Stella frnatically walked deeper inside. "No, no, no!" But it didn't take long for a new problem to occur.
"We've got a problem!", Terra's voice was heard from outside and the two girls ran towards them while Sae stayed inside with Bloom. Bloom looked at her, expecting her to go with the rest of them. "Don't look at me like that. I know you're planiig something. And someonewould kill me if I left you." That someone being Sky. Even though she didn't spend that much time with Sky in these two days, she knew he cared for the ginger haired girl. And she would feel guilty is she let anything happen to her.
"Fine. But don't slow me down.", Bloom stated and Sae snorted at the comment. As if. Sae followed Bloom deeper in the woods, not really wanting to speak. It seemed they both prefered to stay quiet. But she rolled her eyes everytime Bloom stepped on a branch making too much noise for someone who was sneaking around the woods.
And if the burned one was still here somewhere she didn't want to think about how easy of a target they both are because of her. It was eerly quiet when they heard footsteps, circling around them. Both fairies stopped walking, looking aorund frigthened. They could only hope it's one of the girls messing with them. But both knew they would be lying to themselves.
"Bloom.", Sae whisper yelled, looking past the gingers shoulder at the creature standing, hunched over, in the distance on the path. Bloom, tunred around, painstaikngly slow. The burned one, as if on cue, started running towards the girls, Bloom panicked, trying to get her powers to work. Sae, undoubtedly, scared stood still behind her. Waiting for Bloom to do something. But she was ready to use her powers if it came to it.
She wanted to see if Bloom had it in herself. And she did. Fire burned the path infront of them, burning the creature in the process, but it didn't stop. It still ekpt running towards them, that's when Sae butted in. Using her powers she raised the watr from behind and pushed the burned one to the side, imapling him in the broken tree branch that was on their right side.
Aisha came stumbling on their left side, slightly panting. "Are you okay?", she asked, her eyes wide and trained on the now, hopefully dead burned one. Bloom breathes shakily and answers her, while Sae kept her eyes on that thing. She gulps, she's pretty sure they dissapear when they die, and this one was pretty much hear.
The two girls kept talking while they neared it, looking for Stella's ring. Sae ignored them, well, tried to anyway. The ring was inside the burned one, and the girls leaned closer to take a better look.
"Are you gonna-?", Bloom asks looking between the other two girls, showing with her index finger towards them then towards the burned one. "Oh hell no!", Sae shook her head leaning away from it. "Aisha?", now the girls were looking at her, and she shook her head. "Uh-uh."
"Anyway, didn't you... Who was it? Who lost Stella's ring again? I forgot.", Aisha played dumb, and looked at Bloom, Sae humms in agreement. "OK.", Bloom sighs, defeated and goes to reach for the ring.
The skin of the burned one left squishy noises as Bloom dug out the ring, all the girls gagging and making disgusted faces. Once she finally got it out, they got the hell out of there.

"And then... and then, of course Bloom decided not to go with everyone, but wander off on her own. So, me being the perfect fairy friend, I am..", Sae rambled, waving her hands here and there, showing a finger in her chest went talking about herself. Riven playfully scoffs and rolls his eyes at the last sentence, which earns him a hit in the head with Sky's pillow.
"Fuck you...", she stopped her story to say it to him, and then continued on. "I went with her!", At that Riven raised his eyebrows, he didn't miss the fact she went in the danger with a girl she barely knew. It wasn't too much like her. She usually let people do stupid shit like that on their own. Because she, usually, had her own stupid shit to do.
"And that bitch came at us. You should've seen it! It was ugly, like I'd rather have freaking Michael Myers and that dude from Texas chainsaw massacre..." - "Leatherface..", Riven quickly murmured, reminding her while puffing out the smoke. She waved him off like it didn't matter. "...run up to me like that. So it goes running, yeah? And Bloom just stays there. Frozen. Like I was beggining to see the light, my dude!", she flopped down on Sky's bed, her face smushed in the covers.
"But then, whoosh", her words came out muffled, so she raises her head. "Bloom fucking burns the whole damn forest down, but of coooruse the bitch doesn't die. So I had to swoop in.", She jumps up from the bed, and proudly moves her hair off her shoulder and jokingly dusts it off.
Riven laughs, his eyes never leaving her as he sits on the floor, leaned on his bed. "You had a fun day.", he murmurs, taking another hit. He didn't want her to stop talking, he always loved hearing her stories. She always got so much into it.
Like right now, her cheeks were flushed red, her breathing quicker and her hair was messy from going through it so much and jumping here and there. He loved seeing her like that, when she was completely herself. The side she didn't show too much in front of many people.
Sae grew aware of Riven's eyes on her and she could feel her cheeks redden even more, she sat down on the floor and mimicked him, but leaning on Sky's bed instead so they were opposite each other.
She put her knees up, and her hands hugged them, she didn't want to look at him. She suddenly felt embarrassed she hated it when she did that. When she forgot how much people don't like this side of her. She just got so into it, telling him the story, that she forgot they weren't exactly friends.
She didn't originally want to tell all of this to Riven, she came here looking for Sky. Mostly to ask him if he needed anything regarding Silva, and then give him an earful of the night she had - if, of course, he wanted to hear it. But instead, her eyes were met with brown ones when he opened the door.
Riven couldn't help himself but laugh and ask her if she rolled out of a pigpen when he noticed her dishevelled look and muddy hands and face. She actually tripped over a branch in the dark when she refused to walk slowly next to Bloom who had a small flame in her hand that lighted their way.
So when he asked her no, really. What did you do? She actually felt weird at first telling Riven about. When Riven reassured her that did, in fact, want to hear the story her eyes got big and a fraction lighter. He could swear he saw them shining. Her story firstly going in too many directions and Riven had to remind her of the topic on hand. He wanted to hear her talk about it, even thought he mostly knew what happened. Sky told him after he heard it from Stella and Bloom.
Riven was probably too high to see the embarrassment clearly showing on her face, or he didn't care, but Sae suddenly felt selfconscious, so she got up and brushed her sweaty arms over her pants. She clears her throat. "Well, uhh... I'm gonna -", She shows with her finger towards the door and tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. "...go.", she finishes her sentence and walks towards the door, not waiting for an answer. She wasn't sure there would be one.
Sae opens the door but stops before leaving. "Uhh, tell Sky I stopped by, yeah?", when she heard him humm in agreement she left, closing the door behind her.
Riven did in fact care, he just couldn't bring himself to ask her to stay, and when she closed the door behind her he realised he was too lite. Just like he was last year. And now things aren't the same anymore.
