Melanie's POV

I walked in the front door of my house. It was silent. I looked around but it seemed like nobody was home, I looked in every room but I couldn't find anyone.

So I went up to my room, and changed into something more comfortable. I was hoping to go to George's show later tonight, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to now.

I walked back down stairs and tried opening the closet to my my jacket inside, it was locked? I found the key and opened it up, only to find a sleeping Winnie inside. Sighing I place my jacket on a hanger and crouched down poking Winnie on the side of her stomach, she jolted quickly.

"What..?" She said groggy

"What the bloody hell are you doing in the closet?" I asked

"Long story, you wouldn't care anyways" She rolled her eyes, got up and dusted off her dress

"What's this about your sudden change of heart, y'know you've become a lot more confident and it scares me" I chuckled quietly

"Why can't you just except me? Why is that so hard?" She asked with slight exasperation

"I can try, not that I'd succeed" I rolled my eyes and she let out an agitated noise

"You've always hated me and I don't see why, I've always been hated and I haven't ever figured it out, I don't know what I did that made people hate me so much! You're my sister, you shouldn't be this way!" She shouted, usually is be taken back by her loudness but now I suppose it was starting to be normal

"It's because you're different, if people don't know what's going on they won't except it, they'll neglect it completely because they're afraid of the out come, you're hated for your own reasons, not for what you think you don't know" I said with a shrug

"I can't help that Melanie" She sobbed, I rolled my eyes again and sighed

"Who turned the taps on?" I asked

"There you go again!" She shouted

"Suck it up! Nobody's happy in life and because of your problems you don't get special treatment, there's a reason why people may not tell you how they love you or why you're special, it's because they want you to face facts" I stormed into the next room and she followed

"I don't want to face facts, I've already fave enough!" She sobbed wiping tears from her eyes

"Who hasn't?" I asked quietly.

With that I rushed up the stairs, her footsteps followed. I slammed the door and waited for her to barge in, or would she just back away and not bother?
