D: ( can't breathe, she's having a panic attack)
N: ( runs to the couch and sits next to her) Dixie , Dixie look at me

D: ( breathes with them him then breathes normally )
N: does this happen to you a lot ?
D: o-only when I think of the accident
N: ( sits back on his deck ) that's normal , normally people get the panic attack when they're in a situation like yours . ( writes something on a paper ) so now we know why you're in depression.
D: mhm , please don't tell my parents! They're gonna kill me !
N: I won't . You only have to take some medicine, you can get them from the pharmacy. Also , don't enter your room only when you're gonna sleep . Go to the mall , travel , go visit your friends! Just do anything. Don't stay in your bed the whole day.
D: b-but it's hard
N: I know it is , but you'll get used to it .
D: ( starts crying again )
N: I know it's hard , but we have to fight it . Nothings gonna change if you didn't fight .
D: ( wipes her tears ) can I go home now ?
N: yes , here's your paper , just go to the pharmacy and get the medicine. Also , you have an another appointment next week
D: no please ! I don't want to come here again !
