That noose, in the corner of my room, looks more and more inviting.
I realised, I cannot be loved by anyone and I was lied to my whole life. This whole pain, it's because of him.
I don't know what to feel. I don't feel anything. I have been emotionless for about 2 days straight.
Of course, Jesse goes in my room for time to time but Joel feels too guilty to see me, not mentioning Ellie.
Anyways, here I am, stood up. Looking at my clock, it being time to leave for Jesse.
I open my door and exit. Seeing Jesse.
Jesse: Thank you for listening and coming with me.
You: Ok.
I haven't felt a single emotion for such a long time.
We move to the lake, snow everywhere. The water of the small and deep lake must be freezing.
You: We are here for?
Jesse: Getting you fixed up.
He then pushes me into the lake.
I fall through, the ice cold water waking me up. I swim up and breath in deeply from the cold water. I blink many times, shaking.
You: Jesse? What the fuck?
Jesse pulls out his hand for me and pulls me up from the water.
He sets down fresh cold in the middle of the open.
Jesse: You had a cold bath, clean clothes, and we'll set for the dance.
He places me next to the lit campfire. The warmth emitting my coldness.
You: Dance? What? Jesse!
Jesse: Tonight, songs will be playing at the bar. Once you set things straight with Seth, I have a suprise.
You: What?
Jesse: You'll see. It'll be a refreshing night. Because you're my bro, I got you.

I take off my clothes, showing the tattoos. I have angel wings on the back and (Whatever else you want).
I put on the fresh ones as I throw those in the fire.
Jesse: Lets go.
I move with him to the bar.

We move into the bar, everyone stops talking, looking at me. They remember.
I move to the front to Maria.

Seth comes out with a sandwich wrapped up.

He passes me the wrapped food.

He taps his buckle.

Maria: Thats fine, Seth.
He leaves.
Jesse: Hey...nice not ripping his head off.
My emotionless eyes tell nothing.
I pass Jesse the sandwich.

I have my black buttoned up shirt. The bright lights shine around me as I have my head down on the bar table.
The music still plays beautifully, the beer I'm holding is nice and cold.
This moment isn't too bad, glad Jesse took me here. This is truly refreshing.
Jesse: Yo, Mr L/N.
You know, a father figure can betray you, so can your girlfriend but...A true best friend is what you ever need on your life. A true, brother.
I look up at him, cracking a small smile.
This is what I needed.
I finally feel the hole inside me start to weaken.
Jesse: I have someone for you.
I stand up, I see Ellie walking over in black clothes. She's so...beautiful.
Our eyes meet, as I quickly look away.

He leaves and she comes over.

I turn around and sit back at the chair, holding my beer.
She sits next to me.

I mean, it's not like I couldn't forgive her but... I fucking love her.

A new romantic song pops up.
We look into eachothers eyes.
I stand up, setting down my beer.
I hold out my hand for her, bending forward and getting close to her face.
She blushes madly.
You: Let's dance.
She takes it as I take us to the center. I put both my hand on her waists as she puts her hands on my collar bones.
We slowly sway to the song.
She blushes, looking down, trying to hide her face.
You: I get it.
She looks up at me.
Ellie: I didn't want to break up with you...I love you, Y/N.
You: I love you too, Ellie...
Ellie: I am just so sorry.
She puts her head on my torso as we continue to dance slowly. Enjoying the moment.
Ellie: Can we go over to your place and cuddle?

There we were, cuddling on my bed and under the blankets.
Ellie: So...it was Joels fault?
You:...Yeah.
Ellie: That wasn't his motive.
You: He couldn't tell the truth? Is it hard telling the truth?

She gets ontop of me.

She kisses me on the lips, cheek, forehead and again back at my cheek.
Ellie: I love you, Dummy.
You: I love you more, Dumbo.
I put my head back.

You: My brother.

You: A piece of me is missing, Ellie. I finally have a life purpose. You. But I feel like theres more to me.

She takes off her hoodie.

I chuckle.

I chuckle as she takes off her shirt. Leaving her in her bra. This is usually normal to me now.
You: I miss being kids.

I take off my shirt too. She unbuckles my belt and takes it off for me as I take off my pants and so does she to hers.
You: You were so cute back in the day. Now, you're so scary and badass.
Ellie: I grew up. Ok?

You: I remember, on that tree over there.
She lays next to me as I point to the window, showing a swaying tree outside.
You: We had our first kiss.
Ellie:...Yeah. I remember.
We both look at the tree in the hill.
She presses her body on me.
I look at her.
Ellie: Wait...this tattoo.
She raises my left wrist.
It says "E" with a little love heart on the bottom.
She lifts up her left wrist showing the first letter of my name too with a little love heart.
Ellie: Oh! Remember when we had these?
You: Of course, 3 year anniversary.
Ellie: Oh, man! We're twins.
*Flashback*
The 14 year old girl moves over to me.
She raises my right arm, looking at the huge cut that left a permanent mark that I made to cut off a infected bite.
She raises her right arm too, showing the infected bite that didn't turn her.
Ellie: Look, we're twins!
She smiles and laughs, punching my arm playfully.
We look into eachother eyes, shes so cute.
