"You look absolutely beautiful Jisung." Minho softly said while their faces were still centimeters apart.
Jisung couldn't believe what just happened with his eyes gazing in awe from their shared kiss and blushing ear to ear.
"I—I do?" Jisung mentally cursed himself for stuttering.
"Yeah. What made you want to change into this?" Minho chuckled as he gazed upon what Jisung was wearing.
"Some vender had it on display and reminded me of my past life. They insisted I buy it so I did." Jisung gave a little twirl.
"I love it but, I think today's close suit you more. I think I'm falling for who you are in the present." Minho quietly spoke but was still loud enough for Jisung to hear.
Jisung's entire face was glowing absolutely red. He was to nervous to say how he was feeling so he kept quiet with a shy smile and his gaze towards the floor.
Minho gently plants his finger under the human's chin, making him lift his head and gazes his big round eyes.
"Let's head to our dinner reservation now." Minho then holds out his hand, initiating to hold his hand.
Jisung shyly nods his head, taking him by the hand. Their two hands intertwined together made Jisung's heart flutter.
After Jisung had changed back into his night out clothes they headed to the five star restaurant.
It was at the top of a hill with fine indoor and outdoor seating, and a beautiful balcony to look off into the ocean blue with the moon and the stars lighting up the night sky perfectly.
Jisung was in awe of how fancy and pleasing to the eye everything was.
The two sat outside on the balcony, taking in the beautiful view.
"The view of the ocean from here is absolutely stunning." Jisung couldn't take his eyes off of the scenery.
As for Minho, yes he did find the view of the ocean beautiful but someone else sitting in front of him had stolen his gaze.
"Your eyes . . ." Minho not having a thought before speaking.
"What about my eyes?" Jisung turned his attention back to the vampire confused.
"They're beautiful, just like the rest of you. You're eyes grow and glisten when something surprises you." Minho always payed attention to every detail about the younger.
". . . Hyung~. You've been so blunt lately." Jisung covered his blushing cheeks, couldn't believe what he was hearing that made his heart flutter even more.
This scene particular instantly triggered a flashback from when he first was falling for Jisung's past life self.
His fond smile fell for a moment of being reminded of the past.
But he had to keep telling himself to focus on the present. Focus on who was in front of him that very moment. His smile formed again, just watching Jisung be himself.
He chuckled when Jisung accidentally dropped his silverware to the floor and almost fell out of his chair.
After a bit of time goes by, they finished their delicious food, well delicious to Jisung. While Minho had to order a rare steak.
He was just glad Jisung had enjoyed the food and filled him up well.
They had light comfortable conversations with each other throughout the rest of their time there before heading back to the car.
"So you aren't close with your parents at all?" Minho asked after their recent conversation about Jisung ranting.
"No, I try to avoid them now. I'm scared to let them find out I like men. They talk so much crap about same sex couples they won't accept me and disown me." Jisung was sadden at the fact he had to hide apart of him from his parents, the most important people in someone's life who should be the most accepting.
"I'm sorry your parents are like that. But you have everyone you know now who accepts you. Your parents will soon regret once they lose such a great son like you. How could anyone not want you in their life?" Minho couldn't wrap his head around how some people still thought this way towards peoples preferences.
"Quite a bit of people. Never had real friends." Jisung kept his sad gaze out the car window.
"It's best if you don't surround yourself with such hateful humans then. It's their loss. You have friends who love having you in their life. You have me too." Jisung looked the vampire's way from the nothing but sweet words that slipped from his tongue.
"I do." Jisung's lips formed a smile.
Minho took a glance away from the road for a second to see that smile he admired.
"There's that beautiful smile." The vampire shyly looks back at the road with a smile forming on his lips.
Jisung couldn't take all the heart melting complements from the older.
They sat in the comfortable silence on their way back to Jisung's apartment.
Once they go their Minho let's Jisung out of the car for him and walks him up to his front door.
"Thank you for tonight hyung. I really had a great time today. You were so sweet to me every second." Jisung was now saying his final goodbyes for the night.
"I really enjoyed tonight too. Let's go on a date again, relive another amazing night again together." Minho definitely didn't want this very night to end.
"Yes! Ah, I mean . . . Sounds great." Jisung tried to calm himself down. "Get home safe Minho." He then leans in and plants a pec on the vampire's ice cold cheek.
Before Jisung could shyly turn around Minho had other ideas. He pulled the human into his embrace and planted his lips onto his. A goodnights kiss.
Jisung was shocked by another delicate kiss in just one night. He kissed back, loving every second.
They part before a lustful desire snuck up on them.
"Sleep well Sungs." Minho sweetly said, eagerly wanting to kiss just once more but held his urge.
"Same to you." Jisung was a smiling mess, trying to open his apartment door.
He succeeded but tripping the way in, causing Minho to laugh.
Minho watched the door close, already missing the human's face.
His non beating heart felt warm and feeling of fluttering, he felt human when he was near Jisung.
Minho walked back to his car, not believing he could feel for someone again.
As for Jisung he was still had his back pressed against the front door with his heart beating against his chest.
Jisung couldn't stop smiling ear to ear while his cheeks blushed, thinking about his first date.
It felt like an ethereal night to him, a night he would never forget.
Jisung ran to his couch and hugged the stuffed quokka Minho's had gotten for him. He inhaled it and was scented with Minho's scent. Another excuse to blush.
"He makes me feel so . . . Ah!" Jisung buried his in the stuffed animal, thinking about their kiss they shared.
"So amazing." He whispered to himself.
The next day Jisung was passed out on the couch, sleeping in until the afternoon.
His phone rang for a few times before he woke to its ring and answered.
"Where the hell are you Jisung?!"
"Changbin? What do you mean?" Jisung tiredly asked while rubbing his eyes.
"You were supposed to be at work two hours ago."
"Wait! What! Shit! I forgot I had work today!" Jisung flew off of his couch.
"Well hurry your ass up because Officer Choi isn't so happy today and wants us to finish the investigation of that vampire."
Changbin spoke quietly through the phone as he didn't want others to hear.
"He does? Changbin I don't think I can? You know I'm supposed to be unaware of all vampires. Minho wouldn't be so thrilled if continued it either." Jisung exclaimed, not thinking this was a good idea despite wanting justice for the victim.
"We need to finish this investigation Jisung. The victim's family will sue this place if we don't catch him. Our police station can't afford to lose anymore money. I know it's dangerous but it's our jobs."
Changbin then hung up the call.
Jisung heavily sighed now feeling conflicted.

A/n: didn't realize how long I took to write this book. Whoops. How the hell it's already been a month?! Time goes by to fast.
