"The reason I keep
My feelings to myself
Is because I can't
Explain them"

I woke up at six in the morning. Today is the day and the new month is starting. August. This means two things.
One, mine, and Samuel's 17th birthday is coming up very soon.
Second, today is the first day of my senior year of high freaking school.
Hopefully, it is not a cliché school.
It is an elite school but we are allowed to wear any clothing as long as it is not inappropriate.
I remember the friends I had made in my older high school. They were nothing but two-faced idiots who were really toxic people. I hung out with them because no one else wanted to be friends with me since I was getting bullied a lot due to my hair and freckles. I hope that doesn't happen now.
I came out of my lovely bed and went to get ready for the day. I took a bath, did all my business, and wore my clothes for the day. I wore a black top with black jeans and a grey coat jacket. I dried and curled my red hair and put on some black leather boots.
I just put on some mascara and lip balm as makeup then took m already packed bag and headed downstairs. When I reached the dining room, I noticed only Weston was there.
"Good morning," I chirped as I sat down on my chair. He looked genuinely surprised but hid it away quickly.
"You're awake?" He asked, without even greeting me back. How rude!
"Nope, I am Ariana. Awake is somewhere else." I said. He raised an eyebrow at my remark but looked amused so I just said a quick sorry and double-checked if I had brought all my things.
"How did you learn how to do that?" He asked me. I had an idea what he was talking about but I pretended to act all innocent.
"Do what?" I asked, fake confusing masking my face.
"Stop the innocent act. You know exactly what I am talking about," he said.
I sighed.
"I self-learned half of it and the other, school. My teacher for computers was impressed with me and taught me some of this," I said.
He nodded and went back to what he was doing.
"Where are the rest?" I asked him.
"They are still sleeping but are supposed to be awake by now. Can you wake them up?" He asked.
"Sure. In any way?" A smirk was already forming on my face and it grew wider as he nodded his head a hint of amusement swirling in his blue orbs.
I rushed towards the kitchen and grabbed two pans before going to the hallways where all of our bedrooms were located. I didn't even waste a second before I started banging the piece of metal against each other.
"Wakie, wakie idiots," I shouted as I heard groans. Preston came out, already in his work outfit, chuckling a bit. I just smiled at him and said a quick good morning. He said it back before heading down as he continued laughing.
No one but Christian got up.
Time for plan b.
"Want me to call Weston?" I shouted loud enough for them to hear and as soon as those words escaped my mouth. I heard many disoriented voices before the doors opened and everyone came up.
"Please don't!" They all shouted at the same time making me shake my head, trying my best not to laugh my butt out.
It's been a while since I was holding back a laugh.
"Then go get ready!" All the boys were quick with their actions as they rushed back into their room.
After ten minutes, all the boys came downstairs and we had some breakfast. Of course, I also got some rules to follow in school.
1.No Smoking, or drinking.
2.No parties if no permission.
3. Good Grades.
4. Respect...
You know all those typical rules that me and the boys have to follow.
After that, we went inside the car and drove off to school.

We reached school and I stepped out. Unlike movies and books, we didn't have as many stares. People were minding their own business though some people staring at us though. I ignored their heated gazes as I headed off to the office to get my timetable, etc.
I went to the principal's office and waited for my turn as the others bid their goodbyes.
Nice to leave their sister alone on the first day of school where she doesn't know any rooms or blocks.
Kindly note the sarcasm.
"Hello, you must be Ariana Ava Kingstone," the principal said as I entered the room.
"That is me. Nice to meet you, Ms. Taylor," I said respectfully.
"Nice to meet you too," she said, giving me a smile that I returned. She started printing my timetable for the year as I aimlessly started around the room until my eyes on a small brochure in front of me.
I peeked at it and saw it was an exam for a higher level of studies.
"There is an exam for a higher level?" I asked.
"Yes but you will need to give a test for that," she said.
"I want to try it."
"you sure you don't want to wait for a few days before taking the test? It is really difficult."
I nodded my head. "I am sure Miss."
Taking that as a hint, she picked up her telephone and called Weston for permission. He agreed and I sat for the test.
"Warn you, the test is really difficult. Good luck," she repeated before leaving. I looked through the paper.
This is difficult?
You've got to be kidding me.
I finished the paper in 40 minutes for an hour. It was that easy.
I gave it to the principal and waited for the result. She looked very surprised.
"You got full marks. Ariana. Not even the smartest person in the school could do this. He got 98%. You are allowed to go to the advanced class. I will be informing Mr. Kingston about this.," Ms. Taylor said.
"Thank you miss," I responded giving her a smile before leaving the room.
I got my new timetable and as I left the room I heard her say 'Finally a smart Kingston after the three oldest.' I quietly laughed before heading to my class which was mathematics with Mr. Garcia. I am pretty sure my brothers aren't that dumb.
I found the room and knocked on the door. I heard a 'come in' and I went inside the classroom.
"You must be Ariana. I am Mr. Garcia. Please seat beside Jane," he said as Jane raised her hand. I went there and took a seat.
"Hello. I am Jane," she said, extending her hand.
"I am Ariana," I said giving my hand as we shook it. Today we had free time so I talked with Jane.
"Is there a cliché hierarchy?" I asked her.
"Yup. Catrina is the typical queen bee," she said.
Great.
I saw a girl coming toward us. It was the girl from the mall that slapped Alexander in the cheek for rejecting her. I instantly despised her.
"Looks like we have garbage, I mean company," I said, purposely saying the slip-up. Jane snickered at this.
"That's rude!" Garbage, I mean Catrina, said.
"Truth is rude," I said, smirking at her. She groaned and left.
"We are going to be great friends," she said, linking her arms with me as we stood up and walked to the next class since Maths has ended.
"That we are," I said, smiling.
I had made a friend. That nice.
At least I am not getting bullied for my hair.
So far.
"Do you like singing," she asked as I nodded.
I love it.
"Where there is an audition for you to join our team since our other member... left us. It is at lunch tomorrow," she said but I didn't miss that mishap. She paused so I knew the person hadn't left them. It was something else she was not willing to tell me but I understood as we just met.
"Okay I will see," I said.
"Wanna hang out with my friends during lunch?" She asked and I nodded. We reached the art class and started class.
I can't wait for lunch.
Hopefully, there is no drama.
Oh how wrong I was.
