Y/N POV
The meeting with him which was postponed that day, is going to be held today.
I am trying to move on from him.
I have to meet him today.
I sighed at the thought of meeting him.
I looked at the mirror for a last time and left.
The meeting will be held in his company today. I went downstairs and found Eunwoo with necessary files.
He looked at me.
Eunwoo: Are you ok?
I gave him a confused look.
Eunwoo: We are going to meet him. So I asked you.
Y/N: Even if I am not ok with meeting him, I have to. Private life is different from business life.(smiled bitterly)
He nodded with a smile and we left.
At Kim Enterprises
We entered the building and everyone wished me. I slightly smiled to them and we were taken to his meeting room by his secretary.
Before entering I noticed a girl who is not doing her work but looking at his cabin which is just opposite to the employee's work place.
Something is weird about her.
I am not having good feeling about her.
Soon we went to the meeting room.
I noticed he was reading some documents.
He looked up when we entered and our eyes met.
I broke the eye contact by looking away.
He stood up.
Taehyung: Good morning, Ms.Kang.(smile)
Y/N: Good morning, Mr.Kim. (slight smile)
We sat down and started to discuss.
Taehyung: Are the preparations going well?
Y/N: Ya. It's is going according to our wish. How about the models?
Taehyung: They have agreed for the show.
Y/N: Hmm. The designs are final right?
He nodded.
Y/N: Ok. Can I get the numbers of the models?
Taehyung: Sure.
He gave me their numbers.
Y/N: Ok then. I will talk to them briefly about the show. It should be perfect.
He nodded.
Y/N: So, we will leave.
He was about to say something but stopped himself and nodded.
We left the meeting room.
In front of the meeting room.
I noticed the same girl but now clearly.
But something caught my eyes.
I widened my eyes.
It's the tattoo of black snake's gang.
Something is wrong.
Y/N: Eunwoo, wait for me outside. I will come in few minutes.
Eunwoo: Why-
I quickly went inside the meeting room.
When I went inside, I bumped onto his chest.
Taehyung: Ms.Kang? I thought you left.
Y/N: I need to talk to you privately.
His secretary understood and left.
Y/N: Taehyung, can I ask a question?
Taehyung: Ya.
Y/N: Have you checked all the details about your employees before giving them a job.
He gave me a offended look.
Taehyung: Ya, I have checked. But why are you asking that?
Y/N: I have some weird feeling about one girl here.
Taehyung: Who is that?
Y/N: I don't know her name. But she is right in front of your cabin.
Taehyung: It's Ms.Chai. She is one of my new employees.
I nodded.
Y/N: Be careful around her.
Taehyung: Why are you suspecious about her?
Y/N: I have my own reason. I will go now.
Before he could say something, I left.
I looked at her place and found she is not there.
Why is she working here?
I feel like he is in trouble but I am not sure.
Let's wait and watch.
Eunwoo: What happened?
Y/N: Nothing. I forgot to tell something to him.
He nodded and we left.
While we are going in the car, I got a message from Jin?
Hey Y/N. I hope I am not disturbing you. It's Taehyung's mom. I am texting you from Jin 's phone as my phone got switched off. So we are inviting you for Taehyung's and Aera's wedding which is tomorrow. I know it's sudden. But please we are waiting for you.It will be in XXX place at 5.00pm.
After thinking for a minute, I replied.
Ok, Mrs.Kim. I will come.
Aera Pov
I am waiting in a cafe for my cappuccino.
Soon it arrived and I started to drink while thinking about her threats.
I looked outside at the busy streets.
While looking, I saw someone and my eyes widened.
I quickly payed for my cappuccino and drank it before walking out of the cafe.
I walked towards the person and stood in front him.
He looked at me with wide eyes and mouth open a little.
...: What are you doing here, Aera?
Me: I want to ask you the same, Mark.
I looked at him being hurt.
Mark: Aera, I came here to develop my business. You know it's my dream right?
Me: But why didn't you tell me about coming here? You suddenly vanished from my life without saying anything.
At this time, my eyes moistened.
Mark: If I would have told you about my departure, would you able to accept that?
I stayed silent.
He is right. I wouldn't have left him.
He is my best friend but more than that he is my crush too.
He hugged me and patted my back.
I hugged him back as I missed his warmth so much.
Mark: Between what are you doing here?
Me: I came here for a vacation but something happened.
He broke the hug and looked at me in worry.
He held my shoulder and asked
Mark: What happened?
Me: I am getting married to my childhood best friend.
His grip on my shoulder loosened.
Mark: W-what?
He looked at me in shock.
Mark: Do you lo-ve him?
I looked at him and shook my head slowly.
He sighed in relief.
Mark: I will answer the question which you have asked before.
Me: What did I ask?
Mark: You have asked me whether I like you or not.
I nodded after remembering that.
I have asked this when we were studying in US.
Me: So, what's your answer?
Mark: I don't like you.
I looked at him in disappointment.
I looked down as a tear dropped from my eyes.
Mark: I love you.
He whispered in my ear.
I looked up in surprise.
Me: What did you say?
Mark: I said I love you, dumbo.
He started laughing while seeing my state.
I hit his chest with my tiny fist.
He held my hand and pulled me into his embrace.
Me: But what am I going to do tomorrow? Tomorrow is my wedding.
Mark: Tomorrow? I am having an important meeting to attend tomorrow. What should we do now?
Me: Don't worry. I will plan something.
He nodded and kissed my forehead.
So next will be their wedding.
