Joe POV
A couple of days have passed since the concert and in that time, a few things happened. Ahri and I have gone to the location of the wedding and helped organize the stage, discussed where to put the fog machines, how I would make my entrance, etcetera. Then Ekko and I went to the studio to record our new song titled: Godzilla. Last thing of the week was the girls and I going clothes shopping, which was a mess to say the least...they constantly tried to one up each other with 'better' and more expensive dresses which lead to a few cat fights between Ahri and Eve.
All of these events eventually bring us to today. I was sitting in the bathroom of our hotel, while Kai'sa talked to me through the door.
Kai'sa: Come on baby, we got to go!
Joe: Go without me. I can't do this!
Kai'sa: It's gonna be fine, you've performed on stage before.
Joe: Yeah, with a mask on!
Then I heard Sera walk up.
Seraphine: Is he still in there? We need to leave soon.
Kai'sa: The nerves are getting to him.
Seraphine: I understand where he's coming from. He's scared the world will turn against him, and if that happened it could ruin our careers as well.
Kai'sa: He should know by now that we care more about him than our careers....
Seraphine: He's always been like this...always caring more about the ones close to him than himself.
Akali: Come on out already babe. If you don't I'll just get Eve and she'll drag you out of there.
The voice of Akali caught me a bit off guard, but seeing as she was right, I got up and headed out of the bathroom and saw the girls standing in front of me.
Sera was wearing a long pink dress that perfectly matched her hair.
Kai'sa was wearing a tight purple dress that compliments her eyes.
Akali was wearing a more traditional Ionian dress without heels.
I was about to speak, but Ahri and Eve walked up to us.
Ahri wore a long blue dress with some gold bits here and there.
Eve was wearing a revealing strapless black dress
Evelynn: You're out? Good, I thought I had to break the door down and drag you out myself. We should go now, the limo is here.
I nod and grab my blazer before we head downstairs and get in the limousine. The ride was quiet, I was freaking out on the inside. Not just about the performance, but also about how my grandfather would react to me bringing five girls....and none of them being noxian...meanwhile Kai'sa was trying to comfort my nervousness and Ahri was looking at me with a look, the same look a predator would give to its prey, but whenever I looked at her she would instantly look away.
The limousine stopped and as the girls were about to climb out I spoke up.
Joe: Hey girls? Before we go in there....just know that whatever my grandfather says...I love you and I will let nothing happen to you.
Kai'sa: Where's this coming from?
Joe: My grandfather is complicated. Last time Vero introduced a boyfriend to him, he pretty much threatened him into breaking up with her, simply because he wasn't noxian.
Akali came over and hugged me.
Akali: Relax....you're not going to get rid of us that easily.
I nod and we climb out of the car where we are greeted by a raven.
Raven: Joe, how nice to see you.
Joe: Raum...how have you been?
Raum: Adequate.
He looked at the girls before looking back to me.
Raum: You know he won't approve right?
Joe: Last I checked, I don't need his approval. Are any of my siblings here?
Raum: Only Bradley and his girlfriend. I don't think Veronica wants anything to do with your grandfather.
Joe: Yeah, it's not like he ruined the only romantic relationship she ever had...oh wait...
Raum: Hey, don't need to take it out on me.
I let out a sigh.
Joe: Sorry, you can go now.
The bird flew off and the girls had questioning looks on their faces.
Ahri: Your grandfather has a talking bird?
Joe: Yeah, it's his familiar or something like that.
Evelynn: A demon for a familiar? That's a new one.
Joe: You'd be surprised. Shall we head in?
They nodded and we entered the giant mansion. We walked for a bit until we arrived at the ballroom, where a lot of people were having conversations and drinking wine and champagne. Although once people started to notice us it got quiet very fast, a couple of reporters were present and took pictures of me and KDA. I heard a voice from behind and turned around.
Brad: Hey there lil bro, nice to see you made it.
I gave my brother a hug before he turned to the girls and gave them hugs as well.
Brad: How are you doing girls?
Akali: Oh you know, just getting more and more popular by the day.
Seraphine: Getting invited to nice events.
Evelynn: Getting harassed by paparazzi.
Ahri: Having to stay up late to secure business deals.
Brad: Geez, sounds like a blessing and a curse at the same time...
Before he could continue, someone spoke up behind him. It was a girl with long white hair, crystal blue eyes and sheep ears with glowing blue markings that travel down her arms.
???: Wolf? Aren't you going to introduce us?
Brad: Sorry Lamb. Joe, this is my girlfriend Kendra, she's a sheep vastaya. Kendra, this is my little brother Joe and his girlfriends.
I held out my hand for a handshake, but she gave me a hug instead which caught me by surprise.
Kendra: It is a pleasure to meet you, Brad has told me a lot of things about you.
Joe: Only good things I hope?
She gave a little laugh before introducing herself to the girls. While she did that I spoke to Brad.
Joe: You spoke to the old man yet?
Brad: Nope, he hasn't made an appearance, neither has our new grandma....damn it feels weird saying that.
Joe: Definitely gonna take some getting used to I guess....
Brad: You okay kid?
Joe: What do you mean?
Brad: I've known you for all your life, I know when something is wrong.
Joe: It's just....I'm supposed to sing a song as Deeps in a few minutes to officially get the party started, but....
Brad: You're nervous about what the world's gonna think...
Joe: Yeah...
Brad: I say fuck the world.
Joe: What?
Brad: Look, I get why you're nervous, but who decides if you deserve to date KDA?
Joe: The girls do...
Brad: So what does the public have to say about it? Absolutely nothing.
Joe: You're right...
Brad: Of course I am. Now go out there and make the floor shake
I nod and make my way backstage, when I heard Leblanc speaking, probably to address the crowd and set the stage for me.
Leblanc: Ladies and gentlemen, I thank you all for coming to this very special event. I am not going to talk much further so just give a massive applause for Deeps who is here to start the party off with a bang.
The crowd started cheering. I looked at the band and gave a nod for them to start playing. After a confused look as to why I wasn't on stage with them, they eventually started playing.
The song started and I took a deep breath in.
Joe: Now the tide is rising, and I'm staring at the wake

The fog machines kicked in and smoke started flowing into my legs as I prepared to jump high into the air

I jumped high into the air before flipping and propelling myself onto the stage below, the smoke still concealed me as I continued singing.
Joe: I guess I should've known I'd be here alone
On the bottom, alive, stuck in the undertow

The silhouette of the sky I stare at from below
I absorbed the smoke, which now revealed my true identity to the world.
Joe: Feeling there's a lot that I just gotta say

As the room got quiet I took in a deep breath and as I looked at the crowd I was greeted with applause from all sides, which brought a smile to my face. I gave a peace sign and walked off stage, where I saw the girls waiting with smiles on their faces.
Akali: Told you it'd be fine.
Joe: I feel so alive. I need to blow off some steam....
Seraphine: What do you mean?
I went to Ahri and planted a big kiss on her lips, which caught her off guard and the crowd gasped in shock.
???: Ahem.
I looked behind the girls and saw my grandfather standing there.
Swain: I see you're enjoying yourself.
Joe: What do you need gramps?
Swain: I was coming to see the lady you brought with you.....or should I say ladies?
Needless to say, I am disappointed. There are so many beautiful and strong noxian women out there and what do you bring with you? A voidling, a demon, two ionians and a zaunite rat.
Joe: Watch your tongue. My siblings might let you talk the way you want, but not me. I won't stand here and listen while you insult the girls I love.
Swain: What are you going to do about it?
Joe: We're leaving. Come on girls.
We turned around and as we walked away he spoke up again.
Swain: Don't you turn your back on me Joe. Do you hear me?!
I didn't answer and we left for the limo. The ride home, was quiet and I couldn't help, but wonder what the girls were thinking about.
Once we were at home the girls all left to their respective rooms, leaving me alone in the living room. I let out a sigh. As I tried to walk upstairs a beeping sound came from my wrist. I looked at the tracker on my right hand and the green light that was blinking.
I pressed the green button and I could hear Augustine's voice
Augustine: Joe, good to see that you picked up...
Joe: What do you need?
Augustine: We got a problem, a transport that carried three conduits crashed. The conduits managed to escape. We need you back in Piltover as soon as possible.
Joe: I should be there in a couple of days at most. Tell me about the conduits.
Augustine: Two betas and a prime, the betas you don't have to worry about, we got those covered together with the PPD, the prime on the other hand is all yours.
Joe: Okay? Any info on them?
Augustine: It's Eugene.
God damn it kid. What were you thinking?
I let out a sigh.
Joe: Alright I'll take care of it. Just send me his location once you find him.
Augustine: Understood. You're free to go.
I pressed the red button on the tracker and let out a groan.
Joe: Why can't anything go my way? Is that really so much to ask for?
I walked upstairs and as I passed Ahri's room, the door opened and I was yanked inside. Before I knew what happened, I was laying on my back on Ahri's bed with her straddling me while being completely naked. She was panting and her claws were digging into my chest.
Ahri: I need you~
She started licking and nibbling my neck.
Ahri: I'm so hot~ I need you to cool me down~
Then she gave me a very aggressive kiss before staring into my eyes. Her's seemed to almost glow in the dark.
Ahri: Make me scream~
This is going to be a long night....not that I'm against it...
