Ladybug rested against the wall of Bunnix's burrow ability. She let out a tired sigh, wishing she didn't have to be the one to explain this to the bunny-inspired hero.
"You see it all started.."
Ladybug went on to explain how Chat met a girl and Ladybug's recent stress issues.. She confessed to hurting someone she considered her best friend, how he left the team, how she got akumatized. The deal her and Rena made that he'd lose his miraculous because of Ladybug's jealousy. Bunnix glared at the girl.
"That was such an idiotic thing to do, Mini-Bug. But, everyone makes big mistakes like these. Your going to set this right, now let's find where Cat Noir got akumatized and stop it from happening," Bunnix's hands rewound time, her eyes analyzing it carefully.
They widened when she realized why the Louvre was untouched, "The kid is in the Louvre. That explains so much, no wonder he left it untouched even in the future. God, this cat has gone crazy."
"What?" Ladybug exclaimed, standing beside her. It was the past, therefore it wouldn't completely ruin the future if she saw it.
"That insane kitten stuffed her down a passage behind the Mona Lisa. Oh, here we go!" Bunnix and Ladybug watched the scene as the akuma flew in Chat's bell.
Ladybug smacked her hands together, "Okay. I got this. We can't jump in right now, so I have to go back to the present and stop him from there. But, now I know where the akuma is and I can save the girl. She'll be perfect for my plan, thanks Bunnix."
"Go get em, Mini-bug!"

Ladybug slunk around in the present, praying that the other's could handle Cat Blanc. She landed infront of the Museum, running through the glass doors in a panic. The bug hero ran as quickly as she could, she can't waste anymore time. Saving Chat was her biggest priority. She climbed the stairs, turning hall after hall searching for the Mona Lisa.
When she found the famous art work, she threw the painting from the walls. Busting open the passage door, she winced at the dark and grueling sight. It made her stomach turn, the darkness. But, nevertheless she crawled through it. Her yoyo-flashlight hanging from her mouth as she did so. Blue bell eyes softened as they caught sight of the panicking girl, she was frightened not just because of Chat's current condition but because of the ongoing explosions. She wasn't good with loud noises apparently.
"Hi Y/n, it's me, Ladybug. I'm really sorry about everything.. I can't ever hope to make it up to you and Chat but, I can save him. I need your help though, please. Be brave and I'll bust you out of her, okay? We'll save him together-"
"Shut up and get us out of here, I can barely stand it anymore."
Marinette smiled, "Of course. Sorry, I took so long."
Ladybug rammed the wall. The glass was left in bits and pieces, Ladybug's arms were around Y/n's waist. She laughed at the girl's cuteness, the h/c-nette's head tucked into her shoulder.
"Oh, Cat Blanc~ I have your precious Y/n!" Ladybug exclaimed, her yoyo pulling her around the city streets as she called for him.
What Ladybug didn't know was that Hawkmoth was overseeing the entire thing from the Eiffel tower's main support beam. Every miraculous holder had either had it stolen or they were disentegrated. The purple villian had seen no sign of Ladybug, taking that as a win. He cackled maniacally, Cat Blanc beside him with a smirk.
"Excellent job, Cat Blanc. There's no chance for Ladybug's victory. Paris is ours!" Hawkmoth howled in victory.
Cat Blanc paid him no mind, his head only dreaming about Y/n.
"Oh, kitty kitty~" Ladybug teased, "I have your little, Y/n and she's all mine. Isn't that right Y/n?"
"LET ME GO! AH-" Y/n went a long with the plan, Ladybug slapping her hand over the girl's mouth to muffle a fake scream.
"We'll take care of them together, eh, Blanc? I'll engage in combat and you take the miraculous off of that bratty Ladybug. It'll be the ultimate revenge for her hurting, your friend." Hawkmoth charged towards the bug girl.
Her lucky charm was already activated, a false pair of earrings to cover her own. She knew both Chat and Hawkmoth would attack her, and that's why she had Y/n. Not to grab the akuma, but to steal Hawkmoth's miraculous. Y/n hid behind the chimney. Ladybug fought with fake exhaustion, Hawkmoth grappling her to the ground and Chat removing the fake pair of earrings.
Y/n took the chance, wrestling the butterfly miraculous off of Hawkmoth before he threw her off. She attached the broach, Cat Blanc and Ladybug's eyes went wide.
Hawkmoth was Gabriel Agreste.
"D-dad?" Chat mumbled, betrayal in his eyes.
"Adrien?" The man's voice quivered.
"How could you...?" The boy was heartbroken.
"Nooroo, dark wings rise," Y/n tranformed, stopping the sad blonde from mega cataclysming his own father.
She removed the Akuma from his bell, allowing Ladybug to capture it. He inturn detransformed, he was a jumbled mess emotion wise. Not being able to choose from anger, dissapointment or sadness.
"I did it for us, my son, I swear it. With the Miraculous I could have brought back your mother! Everything I did was for us!" Gabriel tried to convince his son.
Y/n laid her head against Cat Noir's back, Ladybug's earrings beeping. The bluenette didn't even notice time running out. She was too shocked, about Hawkmoth's identity, Adrien's identity, all the destruction, her friends being basically dead. It was too much.
"Mother would have never wanted this, you monster. The wish comes with a price, something just as important in your current life is lost! It would destroy the world and rebuild it again, what kind of crazy lunatic are you? You'd kill Me or Natalie for your own selfish gain?!"
"No Adrien, all I wanted was for your mother to come back. I never wanted anything like that happen," Gabriel tried his best to gaslight his son, but Adrien wasn't having it.
Y/n hated to interrupt, but Ladybug would be transforming back soon.
"Bugette.. throw the charm before we all die."
"Shit, right. Miraculous Ladybug!" The girl threw the fake earrings into the air, the ladybugs reviving all the destroyed people and buildings.
Ladybug finally detransformed, revealing Marinette Dupain-Cheng in her place.
"Marinette? You were Ladybug this whole time?"
The girl nodded shamefully, watching as Y/n tied up Gabriel. Who was desperately trying to flee, to no real avail.
"What? How? When? Where? Why?"
The two chatted on, Y/n letting them do so as she revealed Hawkmoth to the Police and the Press. She explained the situation, leaving Marinette and Adrien's identity reveal out of it all. The Agrests mansion was searched and Natalie was taken into custody and the newly healed Peacock miraculous was returned to Ladybug in all the madness.
"Y/n, thank you." Ladybug said, sitting across the stone railing, were everything started.
Cat Noir was beside her, a smile gracing his sweet face. Finally, Peace.
"Of course, I'm glad I was of some use to you and I apologize for seperating the both of you and getting you two Akumatized..." She scratched her neck awkwardly, "Here ya go. Nooroo really misses his friends, I'm sorry I didn't give him back to you earlier, Marinette."
"Not a problem, thank you for even thinking to return him. I'm sure the Miraculous Super Team will need you in the future, if something like this comes up. Although I hope it doesn't for a long time, you helped end Hawkmoth early. Cat Noir and I are sincerely grateful, it was nice getting to meet you. The real you, see ya soon. Bug out!" The red herione jumped off the balcony rails, swinging off into the night.
Cat Noir sighed dreamily, "I love that girl."
"Huh, Marinette? Yeah, I can see why. She's really nice."
Cat Noir bursted out into giggles, his fingers cupping Y/n's cheeks. His eyes were a dream, sweet, beautiful and sparkling. An entrancing green fell from his form, showing that he had detransformed.
"I'm talking about the one infront of me, my night." Adrien's lips met with Y/n's in a serene kiss, filled with love and affection that he knew he felt only for her; "I'm sorry I took so long."
"Why are you sorry?"
"It took me so long, to realize how much I love you."
"I love you too, sunshine."
He smiled, embracing her tightly, "I know."
