Author's POV
Hoseok parked the car in the university's parking area. Namjoon unbuckled his seat belt and turned to the back seat.
Namjoon: Jungkook, I want good marks in the test, got it?
Jungkook gulped, 'Y-yes, hyung!'
Hoseok: And no complaints, ok?
Jungkook mumbled, 'I'll try...'
Namjoon: You said something?
Jungkook: N-no! Just s-said, shall I go, now?
They nodded and Jungkook quickly left the car and went inside the university building.

Time skip to the math test;
Jungkook is biting his pen nervously and trying to remember the answers of these sums. He wrote down only two answers among ten! Jungkook looked around him, all of his friends are too far away from him that he couldn't ask help from them....
Jungkook grabbed his hair frustratingly and murmured, 'UGH!! Jungkook...you are so dead today!!'
He again took the question paper and checked if he could answer any of it! And just then, the bell rang!
-Okay, Kim Jungkook! Get ready for the funeral!' Jungkook mumbled under his breath when the teacher took away his answer sheet. He sighed and started putting his stuff in his backpack.
~Hey buddy! What's up?' Jungkook looked back and found his friends, Beomgyu and Soobin. He sighed and shook his head.
Beomgyu took a step forward, 'Bunny! You ok?'
Jungkook took his backpack and started walking towards the door without giving an answer. Soobin and Beomgyu looked at each other confusingly and then ran towards him.
Soobin: Hey wait! What's wrong, kook-ie? Did your brothers scold you again?' he said while walking beside Jungkook.
Jungkook sighed, 'Not till now, but soon they will!'
Beomgyu: Why?
Jungkook and his brothers entered the cafeteria and sat at a corner table.
Jungkook looked at Soobin, 'hyung! First let me eat something...I'm too hungry!' he said with a pout.
Soobin ruffled his hair and went towards the counter to order something. Jungkook put down his head on the table and hid his face in his arms. Beomgyu patted his back and stayed silent.
After a while, Soobin came back with a food tray and put it down on the table.
Soobin: Ok, head up bunny!
Jungkook looked up and sat straight. Beomgyu gave him a burger and banana milk. He mumbled a small 'thanks' and started eating.
Beomgyu and Soobin looked at him with fond eyes. Choi Soobin is one year older than him and Beomgyu is just his age. They have been his only friends since high school. Soobin and Beomgyu have an elder brother who is the CEO of a multinational company which is owned by their family. Their parents live in the USA for work purposes. And their brother Yeonjun literally raised them.
Yeonjun is Namjoon and Hoseok's friend and they are like family. They treat each other like their own brothers.
Beomgyu: Can you tell us the problem now?
Jungkook: hmm...
Soobin: Then go on!
Jungkook: I...I think I'm going to fail in that math exam!' he said with a sigh.
Beomgyu: WHAT! WHY?
Jungkook: YAAA! Don't shout, Beomgii-ah! I couldn't answer seven questions!
Soobin: And why so?' he asked in a deep tone.
Jungkook looked at him with his puppy eyes. He knows Soobin is also good at studying like his Taehyung hyung and also strict about it. But, he is not as much scary as Taehyung.
Jungkook: Don't get angry hyung, please! I couldn't remember the answers...
Beomgyu: Didn't you study for the test?
Jungkook: I did! Actually, I know the question, but I don't know those question's answers.' He said with a pout and both of them sighed tiredly!
Soobin: Seriously Jungkook-ah? You know nah if Hyungs know about this-
Jungkook: I know! That's what I'm scared of! I'm so dead today.' He whined. Beomgyu hugged him and patted his hair.
Beomgyu: It's ok! Don't panic, let's see what happens...ok?
Jungkook: hmm...' He said, but seems like he is not assured much.

Time skip after two classes.
Jungkook and Beomgyu sat together in the last class and silently listened to the boring history lecture. Just then the math professor went to class. Jungkook's heart started beating crazily!
Math professor turned to the history lecturer, 'Sorry Mr. Wang for interrupting. But, may I have 10 minutes?'
The history lecturer nodded, 'Yes, sure!'
Professor then turned to the students, 'I have checked all of your exam's answer sheets. Almost every one of you did a good job. Hope you all keep it up! Please collect your number sheet from my office after this lecture.'
Students: Ok sir!
Professor then looked around and found Jungkook.
Professor: Mr. Jungkook!
Jungkook stood up with a shaking heart, 'Yes sir?'
Professor: You will collect it from the principal's office, ok?'
Jungkook felt a shiver going down through his spine. Of course, what else do you expect, Jungkook? He mumbled.
Professor: Jungkook? You got it?
Jungkook looked up, 'Y-Yeah sir!'
Professor: hmm...ok, then. I'll take my leave! You carry on Mr. Wang...' and he left.
Jungkook sat back in his seat tiredly. Beomgyu saw his condition and he slowly side hugged him and squeezed affectionately.
Beomgyu: Hey, buddy! It will be ok!' he whispered.
Jungkook just nodded and looked down, waiting for the end of the class.

Time skip after class:
Jungkook stopped in front of the principal's office. Took a deep breath and then knocked slowly.
~Come in!' Namjoon's deep voice came from inside.
Jungkook opened the door and went in. his whole body is shaking because of thinking of the upcoming storm. His mind is telling him to run away from here, but he can't do that.
There are only two people in his cabin right now. One is the math professor Mr. Lee and the one and only Kim Namjoon.
He stood in front of his desk with head hanging low. He doesn't have enough courage to look at his face. But he can sense Namjoon's anger without looking at him!
Namjoon: So, Mr. Lee....Can you show him his mark sheet, please?
Mr. Lee: Yes sir.'
Then he took a paper and gave it Jungkook. Jungkook looked at the paper and as expected... "FAIL". He gulped hardly.
Namjoon: Mr. Jungkook. Any explanation?
Jungkook: I'm s-sorry, sir! This won't h-happen again.' His eyes are still glued in the ground. Sweats are dripping from his forehead.
Namjoon sighed frustratingly and then looked at Mr. Lee.
Namjoon: Mr. Lee, don't worry. I'll make sure that he won't repeat it again. You may go now!'
Mr. Lee stood up to leave, 'Ok sir! And Jungkook, please give some concentrate on studies. Your exam is knocking at the door, right?'
Jungkook nodded, 'I-I'm s-sorry, sir! I'll study h-hard.'
Mr. Lee nodded and left the room. Now, there is only a Lion and his prey! I mean, Namjoon and Jungkook, hehehe.... J

[Jungkook: AUTHOR-NIM!!! How could you laugh when I'm in a danger! Don't you have any heart?
Author: Ok! Ok! I'm sorry! Stop whining, bunny! And focus....
Jungkook: Hmph!]

Namjoon stood up from his chair and walked towards him. Jungkook felt like he is going to be unconscious any moment! Namjoon stood just in front of him. Jungkook didn't dare to look up; he kept looking at his shoes.
Namjoon: Look Up, Jungkook.
Jungkook: ....
Namjoon: I said, LOOK UP!
Jungkook flinched and looked up immediately. But, the next moment he felt a burning sensation in his left cheek! He slowly moved his face towards Namjoon who is fuming in anger right now!
Did he...just slapped me?!
Just then someone knocked the door and opened slightly. Namjoon looked back to see who is it.
Hoseok entered, 'Hey Namjoon-ah! Let's g- Wait! What's happening here?' he stopped in the middle of his walk in shock, 'Jungkook?'
Jungkook stayed silent while looking down. His cheek is burning and tears started flowing down. He didn't reply Hoseok.
Hoseok then looked at Namjoon, 'What happened, Namjoon? Why are you so angry?'
Namjoon looked back to his younger, 'Let's talk in home, hyung!' he said while greeting his teeth in anger. And the next moment, he grabbed Jungkook's wrist harshly and pulled him towards the parking lot! Like a lion taking his dinner to his dinner table...

[Jungkook: Author-nim!!!!
Author: Ok! Relax! I was just joking, bunny!
Jungkook: I hate you!
Author: I love you, too!
Jungkook: UGH!!]

Hoseok stood there speechlessly for a moment. Then also followed them...
