TODAY WAS TAKASHI'S BIRTHDAY AND NO ONE TOLD HIM HAPPY BIRTHDAY OTHER THAN HIS sisters and his mother. It was now 2:01 pm and he was thinking that no one remember about his birthday. He sighed to himself sitting on the couch watching the TV bored. Luckily, his mom had a day off today so he didn't need to take care of his little sisters. His mom insisted on him going out and have fun, but he refused.
He turned off the TV and dropped the remote on the couch then put his head back staring at the ceiling. He was terribly bored. Before he could do anything else, the bell rang. He tilted his head left and right to crack his neck then got up to go open the door. Opening it, he saw his friend Keisuke Baji.
"Oh, hey Baji" the lilac haired said as he looked at his friend up and down. He was wearing some fancy clothes.
"Hey Mitsuya, go put some fancy clothes then come with me" the raven haired said in a rush.
"Uh? Why?" Takashi asked confused.
"Because I said so" Keisuke replied not even allowing his friend to reply as he pushes him to go.
Without asking any more question, Takashi goes in his room. He takes a big 3 minutes to get ready then get out to join his friend. "So, where are we going?" this one asked confused of the situation.
"No time to ask, you're coming with me" the ravenette said grabbing his friend's hand to pull him along with him out of here.
"What?! Bajii-" this one said trying to get an explanation before allowing his friend to bring him to where he was planning to go.
TIME SKIP
Keisuke had brought his friend to a big mansion. Takashi's jaw dropped at the bigness of the house as he says "Wh-what are we doing here?"
"Come with me" Keisuke said as he pulled his friend's hand to go up the stairs.
"Wait what? Baji stop, I have no idea whose house this is and I don't think that it's a good thing to mess with rich people" the lilac haired said trying to stop his friend.
It was too late, Baji had rang the doorbell. Takashi felt his whole body getting filled up with some goosebumps as he gulps. He glances at him as the door slowly opens.
"I'll fucking kill you later" Takashi whispered to the black haired.
But before Baji could reply to Mitsuya, the door opened for many familiar voices to say "SURPRISE!" and at the same time, the lights turned on.
Takashi stood quiet before realizing half the gang was there along with his girlfriend. Before even speaking a word or get in, he looks around. There was a big sign on which it was written "Happy Birthday Takashi!!" and around, there were many pretty paintings.
"What's going on here...? And where are we...?"
"What's going on?! It's your birthday Takashi!" (y/n) said.
"And we're at your girlfriend's house" Chifuyu then said smiling.
"So, we shouldn't mess with rich people?" Keisuke teased the lilac haired. This one stood quiet. He wasn't believing his eyes or his ears. Since when was he dating someone so rich?
For some unknown reason, Takashi's cheeks start to burn up. It makes them turn red which was noticeable for everyone so he looks down.
"Don't just wait outside, come in"
"He already went in" the black haired teased winking.
"Kei!" (y/n) said hitting his back.
"Ow, alright, sorry, sorry, sorry. Don't kill me. Specially not at your boyfriend's birthday" the black haired begged his best friend.
"Yeah whatever" the (h/c) haired said rolling her eyes. She then grabbed her boyfriend's hand realizing that he was too shy to get in, then pulls him in. "Now come on Taka-chan"
The lilac haired along with the black haired got in the house as they all headed their way to the living room. Everyone sat down but Keisuke leaned over the wall. Then, (y/n)'s mom joined the young teenagers.
At the sight of the young woman, Baji suddenly slipped from the wall and almost fell down on the ground on his knees. His eyes widened before he could hit the floor as he quickly get back up to take a proper position.
"Hello ma'am, you're gorgeous as always" Keisuke said smiling like an idiot.
"Thank you very much Keisuke" Mrs (l/n) said with a warm smile. "And happy birthday to you Takashi, thanks for making my daughter happy like she is" she said turning her way to look at her daughter which was slightly blushing.
"Thanks and no problem" the lilac haired awkwardly replied. He really didn't see this happening. And he was still shocked of how rich his girlfriend was. He looked around the living room. All the decorations looked amazingly expensive.
The clock was literally in gold. There were many expensive vases which were filled orchids, roses, tulips, jasmines and many other types. Gold works on the table with some expensive looking chocolate.
Takashi gulped. He felt awkward in this place. He felt inferior and couldn't believe he didn't realize how rich his girlfriend was sooner. That would have explained how she often bought him expensive and why their first date was at a love hotel.
(y/n) noticing that her boyfriend seemed troubled, decided to grab his hand. The lilac haired looked at her and she gave him a kind smile. Just with that smile, the boy's troublesome lowered. He let out a sigh of relief then smiled back at her.
"Happy Birthday love" (y/n) said as she kissed his cheek.
"Thanks princess" Takashi replied as he smiled.
TIME SKIP
"Kei, you're gonna miss the shot" (y/n) warned her friend as she sighed.
"No I won't" the black haired said licking his lip. They were playing dart and it was now Keisuke's turn.
"Be sure to not hit the vase under the board"
"Alright, alright, I won't" he said getting ready to give his try. He threw the thing, but the second he did, someone called him, so he looked away. And guess what? It exactly hit the vase. This one being fragile got a crack and the noise of it was obvious.
At the sound of the crack, Mrs Matsuoka rushed up to the vase to check up on it, but as soon as she picked it up, it shattered into pieces and broke down. (y/n)'s eyes widened. Her mom was about to get upset.
"What was that noise?" Mrs (l/n) said joining them in the living room. She looked down to see the vase broken down on the floor and in Mrs Matsuoka's hands. It took her a slight bit of second to turn red out of anger and yell at Mrs Matsuoka. "HOW MANY TIMES DID I SAY TO BE CAREFUL WITH THAT VASE?!" (y/n)'s mom yelled frustrated.
"I'm sorry Mrs (l/n), it was-" Kei started but was cut off by Mrs Matsuoka.
"My fault. I'm sorry, I accidentally dropped it Mrs (l/n), forgive me"
"YOU'RE FIRED" the mom said not even wanting to hear the young woman out.
"WHAT?!?" (y/n) asked in shocked. "MOM, YOU CAN'T DO THAT!"
"OH YES I CAN AND I WILL. YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT VASE MEANT TO ME" Mrs (l/n) yelled.
"NO ONE GIVES A FUCK ABOUT YOUR DEAD CHILDHOOD FRIEND AND HIS STUPID GIFT. GET OVER IT, HE IS GONE. SO NOW STOP YOUR NONE SENSE" (y/n) yelled back at her mom.
For an instant, Mrs (l/n) felt like slapping her daughter but she stopped herself from doing so in midway. She took a big inhalation before leaving the room. She didn't want to lose her shit like that, specially not in front of her friends.
"I'm so sorry (y/n)..." Keisuke apologized with tears filling up his eyes.
"It's alright Kei, you didn't do it on purpose" (y/n) said trying to remain calm.
