When Izuku woke up he felt warm.
Warm but sticky. A little uncomfortable, but safe.
He felt weird though, oddly full, somehow in a good way.
He shifted slightly in order to find a more comfortable position when he felt something leak out of him. The feeling was startling enough that he immediately woke up.
A quick look at his surroundings though, at the alphas laying on either side of him, brought back plenty of memories. Not to mention the sudden soreness spreading across his lower back.
Izuku blushed bright red, embarrassed but beyond happy.
He squeaked when something brushed against him unexpectedly. Looking behind him, he saw Eijiro was still asleep though his hips were very much active as the alpha subconsciously grinded into Izuku's backside.
The omega groaned as he buried his face in Katsuki's chest, small hands resting on the alphas' pecs as Izuku tried to breath through the embarrassment.
Before Izuku knew it he was being gently pulled back by the shoulders until he was flush against Eijiro's chest.
"My little omega" Eijiro growled quietly, slowly waking up as the next wave of his rut approached.
"Eijiro?" Izuku whispered in return, not wanting to wake anyone else. The ravenette just hummed in acknowledgement as he nuzzled the top of the omegas head.
"How are you doing? Is there anything you need, food or water?" Izuku asked, wanting to make sure both alphas had everything they needed and were taken care of.
Eijiro just continued to rumble, reaching further down to nuzzle into Izuku's scent gland, lazily scenting the omega.
"Ei" Izuku giggled, his voice trailing off in a whine at the lack of an answer.
"Use your words" Shoto groaned sleepily from somewhere behind Katsuki.
Izuku couldn't help but giggle more as Eijiro scowled, lip curled in a silent and defiant growl.
Turning around slightly, Izuku leaned up to sooth the alpha with a kiss. Distantly Izuku heard one of the other alphas chuckle as Eijiro pulled him in closer, growling possessives into Izuku's mouth, one of his hands sliding down to massage the base of back.
Shoto smiled as he sighed, dropping his forehead back onto Hitoshi's chest.
"Come on, let's go clean you up. I think they're going to be busy for a while" Shoto said, kissing Hitoshi's neck before helping the tired alpha up and out of the nest.

Hitoshi couldn't help but whine in discomfort.
He was helping Shoto restock some of their food for the two rutting alphas and Izuku. Thankfully the dining room had an area that you come to at any time that provided snack bars and water for occasions such as this, sometimes (rarely) they even had seasonal fruits available.
Shoto was rummaging through the boxes that were stored in the cabinet designated solely for the bare minimum of supply's alphas might need for ruts, this of course is where the grab and go food that they were looking for was.
"How much longer are you going to take, we get the same things every time, it shouldn't take this long" Hitoshi grumbled, leaning onto the wall for support.
"I know you're sore but we have to make sure we have everything we need," Shoto explained.
"Besides, I'm not the one that decided to challenge Eijiro. You know how he is in rut, you had it coming" the dual toned alpha teased.
Hitoshi crossed his arms, grumbling to himself as Shoto finished going through the food and collecting their stash.
"Come on, we don't want to leave those three alone too long, who knows what we'll come back to" Shoto mumbled, grabbing the small pillow case he had brought for easy storage.
Pushing himself off of the wall, Hitoshi went to take a step forward but as soon as his foot hit the floor, his leg gave out causing him to stumble. Thankfully Shoto was there to catch him.
"I'm not sure I can walk back on my own" Hitoshi mumbled, cheeks blushing darkly as he looked down at his legs. Betrayers.
"I have you" Shoto smiled, lifting the alpha up from his thighs, encouraging the other to wrap his legs and arms around him for stability.
"Little koala" Shoto teased, pressing a kiss against Hitoshi scent gland before readjusting his grip on the pillow case and walking back to the den.
"I'm not little," the purple alpha grumbled. "At least 3 inches taller than you"
"Whatever you say baby, you're still our adorable little koala though" Shoto laughed, lightly massaging a thumb into Hitoshi's lower back.
With each step Shoto took. Hitoshis eyelids grew heavier and heavier. The purple alpha couldn't help but rumble quietly into the warm body holding him.
In only a couple of steps, Hitoshi had fallen into a peaceful sleep, hanging onto Shotos shoulders lightly.

Izuku laid flat on his back on top of the many blankets in his fort-like nest. Both Katsuki and Eijiro hung over him, gently latching onto Izuku nipples as they lazily suckled.
Izuku groaned at all the things he was feeling at once. He was almost certain that Eijiro was on his way to dozing off again, lightly nibbling while massaging the muscle.
The dark haired alpha purred at the taste of his omega. Wrapping one arm around Izuku while keeping his palm on Izuku's chest, Eijiro squeezed him in a tight hug.
Izuku's smile turned into a moaning hum as Eijiro leaned away from his chest only to lap playfully at the swollen bud.
Eijiro quietly laughed at his omegas reaction, humming in contentment before snuggling closer and continuing to mouth at Izuku's chest long after he ran out of milk.
The alpha was on cloud nine, he was so calm. He had never experienced a rut before where his alpha was so silently peaceful. He couldn't help but purr when Izuku tangled his fingers in his hair, gently combing through the knots.
It wasn't long before he started to doze off, sucking lightly and purring to his omega.
Katsuki on the other hand was very much awake.
Izuku whined softly when Katsuki licked a trail from his swollen teats, up his neck and to his scent gland.
Izuku couldn't help but laugh softly when Katsuki pulled away slight only to look at him with puppy dog eyes, a comical sight coming from someone so normally frowning.
"Come here" the omega whispered, gently tugging the blonde down for a kiss.
When Shoto and Hitoshi finally got back they were tested to the sight of Katsuki practically devouring Izuku's mouth.
Izuku only realized the two had gotten back once Shoto had set Toshi down and had come over to come through Izuku's two toned curls.

It took a little while before Katsuki's wave calmed down enough for him to rest.
Unfortunately for Izuku, Eijiro woke up right in the middle of Katsuki pushing into him.
Izuku could barely watch as Eijiro moved to position himself above the omega. Izuku moaned as the blonde pulled his newly forming knot out of Izuku only to ram it back at the same time as Eijiro pried his mouth open so he could thrust his own member inside.
Izuku's hands scrambled for purchase as they found their way to the back of Eijirou thighs, his legs squeezing around Katsuki's waist.
Somehow the two alphas managed to hold out and knotted Izuku simultaneously, Katsuki locking himself into the delicious warmth of Izuku's count while Eijiro fitted right behind Izuku's teeth.
Izuku couldn't help but pass out, letting his alphas take care of him before soon following into slumber.

"How are you feeling love?" Shoto asked, feeding the sleepy omega a few crackers before giving him a juice box.
"Really sore," Izuku hummed, happily sipping on the straw.
Shoto smiled as Izuku continued to eat, one hand holding his juice box while the other trailed up and down Eijiro and Katsuki's sleeping forms.
"Are you up for a little bit of talking? There are some important stuff we need to discuss" Hitoshi told him and handed Izuku another cracker.
Izuku thought for a second before nodding slowly in confirmation.
Hitoshi's hand slid over the omegas stomach, laying right next to Eijiro palm and Katsuki's arm.
"Izuku, really think. Try to feel through your omega. Do you think you might be pregnant?"
