Taehyung threw Jungkook on the bed and went to lock the door.The omega was quick to get onto his feet.
"What was that kind of behavior you displayed out there.You wish that i lose respect in front of my subjects don't you"Taehyung roared
"I'm sorry.My hand acted on its own"the omega said apologetically.
"Don't lie to me.What exactly did I do wrong.Do you think I'm dying to marry you.You could have stopped and listened to me before raising your hand on me"
"I really didn't mean it"the younger whispered
"Stop lying."
"Taehyung I'm not lying I swear.I'm really sorry for the way I reacted.I didn't mean to slap you"Jungkook said earnestly
"Do you want to listen now?"the alpha asked
Jungkook nodded.
"Sit down"
The omega made himself comfortable on the edge of the bed.
"It's quiet simple.If we don't get married then our son will not rule after me.An illigitemate child of the king can never become king.Do you understand me.I don't know about you but I don't want his birth right to be taken away from him just because we are horrible and selfish parents."
"If we get married he will become the crown prince?"Jungkook asked
"Of course but he will be crowned as time goes by.We just have to keep his position safe"
"You are not deceiving me are you Taehyung?"Jungkook asked carefully
"Then tell me why would I be dying to marry the child of my enemy.Does it make sense to you.I'm making this sacrifice for our son and his future.I'm digging my own grave by marrying you but for my son I can do anything"Taehyung said
"I can do anything for Jeha too.So I will marry you but I have a condition"Jungkook said
"A condition Jungkook.Seriously.Do you know how many people would kill to be in your position?"Taehyung asked
"I'm aware but I'm not marrying you because I fancy the title queen.I want my son to get his birth right just as much as you do"Jungkook said
"Let's hear your excuse .It better not be absurd"the king sighed
"I just want to see my mother and my sister.Just once.I need to know whether they are alive or not"Jungkook uttered slowly
"I will see what I can do.Anything else?"the alpha raised an eyebrow
"I heard you have a lot of concubines..."

"I won't touch any of them.Never had ,never will.So be rest assured"Taehyung was quick to say.
Jungkook's metal face went red"That's not what I meant"he cried in frustration.
"I know what you meant.Otherwise why would you bring them up.I understand you trust me.No one likes sharing."Taehyung said teasingly
"I really don't care who you sleep with.I won't be surprised if you go back to the brothel and knock up someone else after our marriage"Jungkook scowled
"I'm not in the habit of frequenting brothels .I only went there for you"Taehyung said.
Jungkook got up from the bed and bowed"I will be leaving now your highness"
Taehyung's gaze darkened and his voice became unusually deep"Did I say you can leave?"
Taehyung's voice kept him rooted on the spot.
"What else do you need?"Jungkook asked
"I just want to tell you I know the other reason why you agreed to marry me.You want the power to destroy me.I wish you will use that same power to protect yourself as the queen.My mother was poisoned by one of my father's concubine.I don't want that to happen to you.It would be such a shame"
"I'm not afraid of death but no harm will befall my son.I want you to promise me that you will always protect our son even though when I'm not there.No matter what"Jungkook said
"Why are you talking as if you are dying tomorrow.As far as I know you won't die until you kill me.I will probably die first.So that promise you want me to make to you can you also make to me"
"I promise"Jungkook whispered
"You can leave"
"Can we go out and have tea.I will make it for us.Just take it as an apology for my behavior"Jungkook said hesitantly
"So you can slap me again and give people something to talk about"Taehyung chuckled
"I won't do it again."Jungkook whispered
"Go ahead and tell me it was the work of the devil"
"My hand slipped.If I ever slap you again in public you are free to slap me back"Jungkook said
"I don't hit people who are weaker than me"
"That just makes me feel a lot better.I can hit you as much as I want.Right?"Jungkook asked
"But don't assume I won't get angry.There a lot of ways to punish you without having to hit you"Taehyung said
Jungkook cleared his throat."About tea.I don't want people to have a bad imagine of me.I'm gonna be queen after all right.I need a lot of good publicity"
"By the way how old are you?.You look way too young to be a queen"
Jungkook knitted his brows"So you never asked.You had sex with me without knowing my age.What if I was a minor"
"You aren't a minor are you?"Taehyung asked in all seriousness and the smaller was baffled to say the least.
"You know what.You can forget about the publicity thing.Come and look for me once you know my age"Jungkook sounded angry and disappointed.
"What a day"Taehyung asked after Jungkook had stormed out.
On the way to his chambers Jungkook bumped into Yoongi and the way the alpha looked at him told him that he had done something he shouldn't have done.He just looked down to avoid eye contact and scurried away to his residence.
He found Jeha in his aunt's arms.
"He is awake?"Jungkook asked
"He woke up just now.You seem upset.What's wrong"
"Can you believe that your brother doesn't know my age"Jungkook complained
"Maybe you never told him"Jisoo said
"It's not like he asked either.Wasn't that the first thing he should have asked before booking me at the brothel"
"Oh Queen Jeon"
"Don't say that.It sounds so wrong"Jungkook frowned
"Why aren't you excited ?"
"Because I don't know what I got myself into.Because I'm marrying the man who had my father killed "
"Its for your son.I actually assumed that you were upset about the fact that you are getting married.I didn't know it was because my brother never cared to ask for your age.That's so irresponsible of him"
"Jeha isn't hungry is he?"
"Doesn't seem like it"
"I wanna take a nap for a while"Jungkook said
"I will just lay him besides you in case he gets hungry"
"Thank you"
"Cheer up.I'm going to make this best wedding of the century"Jisoo declared
"You aren't upset with me are you?"Jungkook asked
"About what?"
"Earlier I slapped your brother"
"Did you apologize?"the alpha female asked
"I did"
"Then why would I be upset.I just remembered that the books we stole.I placed them on your desk."
"Thank you Noona"
"Now just lay down and digest the fact that you are getting married and make peace with it.That would be better for you.If you run away on the wedding I will hunt you down and chop you into pieces and feed you to my brother's hound"
"Feed me.Isn't that excessive?"
"Just try it and see"

Taehyung and his closet friends were in their secret meeting place in the dungeon.That's where they celebrate and hatch evil plans.
Today they were celebrating the King's up coming marriage or taunting him for marrying an omega who had the guts to slap him in public.Taehyung was the only one who wasn't drinking because he wasn't in the mood.The guys were being loud for his liking.
"Sehun can you please look into Jungkook's mother and sister's whereabouts.Let me know when you find them."
"Yes sire"
"Don't you all have spouses to go back home to?You are getting on my nerves"Taehyung snarled at the men in the room.
"Don't worry about us your highness"
"Then I'm leaving.I let you all go early so your partners shouldn't blame me.Let me go to my cold bed"
"It will get warm soon enough,sire"Namjoon winked
When Taehyung arrived at his chambers he saw Jungkook from a distance.He was standing on the bridge and looking down into the pond.He walked over to him without thinking.
"Why are you still awake?"he asked the omega.
"I just woke up from a nap not long ago so I'm not sleepy"Jungkook said
"I can't sleep too"
"Have you figured it out?"Jungkook asked
"I just need a day.If I fail to get your age correct you can punish me however you see fit"Taehyung said
Jungkook hummed.There were all sorts of stories about Taehyung.Some claimed that he lived in a secluded hut in the forest because of his demons that drove him to slay his own father.Some said Taehyung was insane .As a result most people were afraid of him and considered him evil.Jungkook laughed at himself for ever considering any of that true.It was someone's agenda to tarnish the king's reputation by such vicious rumors.
Jungkook had almost bolted out of the house the day the king came for him at the brothel.He thought the monster would stare him right in the face and laugh horribly at him.How gullible he had been.The only people who can know the real Taehyung were those who stayed close to him.Even he had misjudged him.
"Jungkook I don't know where we are heading but I just want to let you know that being a queen isn't about putting on fancy robes,make up or jewelry.It comes with responsibility.The role of the queen is to support the king in every way possible.Not to tear him down or destroy him.Its about building your partner up"
"I suppose you want me to take my role seriously"
Taehyung nodded and then added"You won't just be Jeha's mother but also the mother of my people"
"Do you love your people?"
Taehyung nodded.
"Do your people feel the same way?"the omega asked
"I don't know.I just know that amongst them they are those who think I'm evil and rotten to the bone .But what can I do.You can't make everyone like you.That's life"Taehyung said
The two stood in silence for a while just admiring the moon.Full moon nights make Jungkook feel somewhat secure and soft.Yes he was getting soft.He was supposed to keep a safe distance from the alpha who had killed his father but here he was,he had agreed to become his queen.Surely his father would turn in his grave.
Jungkook stole a glance at the alpha's side profile".It's cold.Do you want to see Jeha.He misses you"
"Isn't he sleeping"
"When I left he was awake.You can just hold him for a while and then leave.You two have to bond"
"I will"Taehyung displayed a small smile subconsciously.
After a while he followed Jungkook to his chambers and found the little prince wide awake in his crib.
"Why is he still awake?"Taehyung asked
"I guess you didn't know.He is the kind of baby that sleeps most of the day and wide awake at night"
Taehyung smiled"Goodness knows what you did to deserve such a baby"
"I'm not complaining am I?"Jungkook asked with a smile.
Jungkook went away to remove his outer robe and came back to the bed.He watched Taehyung held their son against his chest.Jeha's eyes were wide as if he was seeing his father for the first time.
"Hey Jeha.Do you know that I'm your father"
"Don't be silly Taehyung"Jungkook laughed from the bed.
"Are you sleeping"
Jungkook nodded"Just lay him next to me when you leave"
