Scarlett's pov :
I was searching for athena in the whole house and after long time I found her in near our swimming pool . I immdieately grabbed her hand and pulled her closer .
" Hey baby what was that ?" I asked
" Me just wanted to see the pool " she said
" Ok but tell me where u go and what u do please baby " i said
" Otay.. work today ?" she said
" We don't have work today " i said .
" Otay. So me and u play?" She asked with sweet voice as I placed her on my hip .
" Aww yes baby but let's have a feed now " i said
" Mama !" Athena whined . WAIT DID SHE JUST CALL ME MOM!
I looked at her and she put her head on my shoulder .
" Sorry " athena mumbled .
" Aww baby u can call me mama ...I love that " i said .. i and Colin had already been discussing to adopt athena . She feels like our own baby .. and out incomplete piece of heart will again be joined .. Cosmo already loves athena .
"Ok mama " she said cutely .. aww she is such a cute baby.
I took her to our bedroom . And positioned her . She was very confused so I said
" Baby , doctor uncle said that u have to drink my milk so that u are more strong baby .. u wanna have it baby ?"
" Yes but me is shy " she said .
" Aww baby don't be shy . It's just mama .. a bit more of mama " i said and she smiled .
I took my shirt off and open my bra . I guide her to my breast . She slowly latched on and sucked. As soon as the milk poured in the her mouth and she closed her eyes . I stroked her hair and kiss her head . After she is done , she latched off . I dressed again .
" How was it baby ?" I asked .
" Too yummy " athena said ... I kissed her head .
" Ok now let's have play time " i said
" Yes mama " Athena said with a yawn .
" Aww baby u need sleep now . Lets have a nap " i said .. and made a pillow fort . But I cradled her in my arms humming soft songs . She fell asleep soon .
I put her in bed.. and went downstairs to do some work .
After a while Cosmo and Colin both came home .
" Wow babe . U came home early today " i said giving Colin a kiss .
" Because my work was done early and I wanted some movie time " Colin said
" Yes but athena is sleeping "i said .
" aww let me get my princess up " Colin said and ran up .. Cosmo also ran behind them .
After a while colin comes down with athena in his arms .
" Princess now wake up " colin said .
" No dada " athena whined.. he looked at me shocked ... She finally said colin dad .. wow best moment of our life .
"Sorry " athena jolted up .
" Hey sweetie its ok .. u can call us mommy and daddy " colin said
" Really ?" She asked
" Yes baby really .. u are our family now " colin said kissing her head .
" So i am her brother now yay " cosmo jumped.
" Yes thats true .. now lets go and watch a movie .." colin said
" Frozen 2 please dada " athena said .
"Ok then frozen two " Colin said . We sat down to watch frozen two
" So how did she react about breastfeeding " Colin asked
"Oh she was scared and shy but after sometime it's all ok and she said it's yummy and she loved it " i said
" That's a good news then " Colin said . And we all again watched the movie
*Time skip*
Days were going well . Today is weekend and everyone is home . Now i need to put medicine on Athena's earlobe ..
We had done a piercing in her earlobe and it's a bit red now .. so I thought to put some meds .. and today is the first day of giving meds .
" Baby girl " i called . She came to me ..
" Mama needs to give some meds " i said
" No mama it hurts " she said trying to run but I hold her .
" No baby .. it won't hurt .. it will make u feel easy "i said .. i made her sit on my lap .. and I brushed her hair from her back earlobe .. suddenly i noticed a strange black mark . I rubbed on it and its her birthmark .
OMG THE SAME MARK I HAVE IN MY BEHIND MY LEFT EAR .
" Baby do u have any birthmarks in ur body?" I asked
" Idk mama " athena said and I nod .
Whole bathing her today I carefully noticed a another birthmark on her lower abdomen .. just like I have in mine . This is such a coincidence .
As soon as colin came .. i said him everything and he was shocked too .
"Lets get a DNA test " he said .
" But thats impossible . Our daughter died " i said
" Babe . Lets do it " colin said .
Next day we went to the doctor and did the test . We sat down . I was so tensed .
" Whats it mama ?" Athena asked
" Its ..Umm i will tell u later baby " i said.. whatever happen she will always be my daughter .
After some time the results came .. and ITS POSITIVE .. SHE IS MY DAUGHTER !
" Wait how is it even possible doctor ?" I asked and said him the whole story .
"Maybe the babies were exchanged .. ma'am this happens a lot and u have ur daughter now "he said
I looked at athena ..
" Baby u wanna know something ?" I said
" Yes mama " she said with her sweetest smile.
" Umm u are my and daddy's own daughter . U were born from mama ok ? But when u were born .. the nurse made some mistake and exchanged u so mama and dada didnt know about u " i said and stopped
" So u my real mama and dada ?" She asked
" Yes baby we are .. u happy ?" I asked
" Yes mama mw so happy "athena said and hugged me .
" Hi baby u wanna hug me too ?" Colin asked and she jumped into his arms .
Finally we got out baby girl back
We went home and everything to everyone .
" Wow we need a party " lizzie said
" Yes ofc soon " i said .
Cosmo came to know everything and he was more than happy .
" Mama u promise me .. no one take me away " athena said playing with her action figures "
" No one takes u away From mama now "i said and she smiled again.
" Aww baby .. u look like mama " colin said
" Yes mom she looks a lot like u "cosmo said
"Oh really so i have a mini me " i said smiling and so did athena smile .
I just hold her close to my arms , stroking her blonde hair . Finally my baby girl is in my arms . Everything she has is of me . She is my little angel ... I cradled her .. everything was silent .. but our hearts talk about love for athena
