When they arrive at the hospital, they meet with Lizzie and Freda in the waiting room. Freda was crying, Lizzie was sobbing in The Clarke's mother's shoulder.
"Lizzie" Sebastian called Lizzie because of the heart wrenching sobs Lizzie let out, making them think of the worst.
Lizzie look over to them and sobs more
"Lizzie is she- did she? She's not, right?" Sebastian stutter, asking in fear
Lizzie couldn't reply. She just cries more and shaking her head
"Her heart stopped twice," Freda informed them with her own tears.
"The doctors manage to restart it" Freda added
Scarlett turns to Evans to find some comfort as she can't control her sobs anymore. Mackie, Holland and Isaac just stand there astounded by the news. The Olsen family walks to Lizzie and Jarnette takes her daughter into her arms as Lizzie continuously cries.
Sebastian distant himself from everyone. The thought of losing Elia is really strong. And he is scared so much about it. He can't lose her. They just got her in their life. She just got happy, she's finally happy about it.
They all just stand there, sitting waiting for someone to tell them/ updating them about Eliana. The Clarke family has already gone to settle things about Jamie's corpse. They're gonna bring him back to LA soon. Maggie is in the worst state ever. Isaac goes to keep her company for the time being.
-20 minutes later-
There were 3 doctors who approached the big family in the waiting room.
"Miss Olsen is gonna need surgery. She's stable for now but in critical condition. She has massive internal bleeding in her brain and her arteries, her ribs broken that plunged into her lungs that'll make her hard to keep breathing. She's gonna need surgery as soon as possible" One of the doctors informs the family
"Just save my daughter. Please" Sebastian begging
"We're gonna need you to sign the consent form. We already prepped her for the surgery and the OR." The other doctors said
The nurse handed Sebastian the form and Sebastian immediately signed it up without hesitation. The doctors nodded their head and about to walk away
"Just don't get your hopes high. And keep praying. Just keep praying and accept every decision of what'll happen" the doctors said leaving the family gets scarier about everything that'll happen.
Sebastian goes to his fiancé, hugging her tightly and whispering "She'll be okay. She's always fine. She's strong."

It has been 14 hours since they've performed surgery on Eliana.
The others still didn't go home yet including the Russo's and Kevin. They haven't moved any muscles ever since. They just want to give Lizzie and Sebastian support and Elia is their kids too. She's their sunshine too.
Then, the doctors who perform Elia's surgery came back to them making all of them stand up abruptly seeing the doctor's facial expression.
Their heart dropped into their stomach as the waterworks.
"The surgery was a success. We manage to get rid of the bleeding in her arteries, repairing her ribs" one of the doctors started
"Though when we were trying to get rid of her internal bleeding in her brain, there's some complication on it. Her heart stopped twice. Again. But it's a miracle she makes it out of surgery" the doctors continued
"So, she's okay now? She's not dead, right?" Lizzie stutters. Her eyes were swollen because she couldn't stop crying.
"We've brought her to her room. Hearts are steady for now. We can bring you guys to her now" the doctors said
They all eagerly nodded their heads. They can't sit their mind around if they don't watch it by themselves.
They go into the private suite that the doctors assigned for Elia. She's an Olsen and she's an F4 driver too. She got the luxury of course.
Once they all got inside of the room all at once, they see Elia lying in bed with intubation through her mouth to help her breathing. Cast on her neck, both hands and left leg. Bandages around her forehead. She seems so pale.
Lizzie and Seb go to their daughter's side, crying, caressing her cheeks softly and gently as the beeping from her heart machine echoes through the room.
"When is she gonna wake up?" Lizzie asks, eye still on her daughter
"Let's just hope she'll get to wake up within this week" the doctors stated simply.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Scarlett asks worriedly
"In this type of case, she'll most likely fell into coma" the doctors answered quietly
"Broderick cases?" Downey asks, remembering about the cases that the doctor pointed out. Broderick is one of the drivers that got into an accident while racing a few years ago. He fell into a coma for 3 years and died. Downey knows about this and he doesn't want this to happen to Elia, Lizzie and Seb. It'll break everyone's hearts.
The doctors didn't reply to him. They just stay silent.
"She has to stay on a ventilator for the time being. We don't know for how long but it is until she can breathe on her own as her organs is trying to heal" the doctors inform
They all simply once again nodded their heads. They can't be verbal much. They are vulnerable on the inside.

It has been 12 days since Elia fell into a coma. Everything was not the same anymore for Lizzie and Seb. Well, everyone actually. They watched Elia and Jamie's horrible accident live in front of their eyes. It'll never go away soon.
2 days ago, Lizzie and Seb brought Elia back to LA because they want her to be treated in the best hospital there since the doctors here have lost any idea on how to treat her back. So, the parents did everything they could.
Also, they need to be back to LA. Half of them have already gone back to LA but some of them stayed to keep Lizzie and Seb company. Only Scarlett, Chris Evans, Mackie and The Grey's stayed and The Olsen's and Sebastian mom
They went back to LA because it was Jamie's funeral. They need to be there for his family too.
The whole world is devastated and shocked at the sudden news about Elia Olsen and Jamie Clarke. All of her parents' friend that met/ known her throughout Elia's being an Olsen send a condolence to the Olsen-Stan family and also the Clarke's
Isaac stays out of social media. He didn't touch his phone at all. He didn't even leave her side once.
Nope, nobody ever stays out of her side once.
The kids are also shocked when they hear the news about Elia and Jamie even though their parents not giving much details about it just that 'Jamie is now with an angel' and 'Elia is having very bad ouchie'
But not Rose. She knows something is very wrong here. Rose is one clever girl and she's close to Elia too not to mention. She knows it when she sees Isaac looking like a dead person. Scarlett has a hard time explaining it carefully to Rose but Rose throws a tantrum to her mother telling Scarlett not to lie to her. When Rose knows the truth about it, she just simply stares at her mother dumbfounded.
Scarlett is going to send Rose to Romain for the time being but Rose firmly wants to stay with Elia. Keeping her and everyone company at the hospital until they go back to LA.
The Russo's and Kevin have decided to give them 3 months of break. And they all agreed and were grateful for that because they don't think they can focus on filming in this condition.
Lizzie and Sebastian are falling apart each day but they are grateful they have each other for it. Sebastian has to be strong for Lizzie. He can't fall apart anymore because if he does, it'll not end well for both of them. And Lizzie is grateful for it. They always stay together, getting closer and stronger for each other.
The Ferrari and Downey have been in and off meetings with the FBI and CIA about this hacker. It takes them 10 days to get them. And the person who hacks it makes Downey's blood boil even more.
He told everyone about it. Lizzie, Seb, The Clarke's and just everyone that was there on the accident day. Let's just say everyone is pissed at them. When the police arrest the perpetrator, Seb, Lizzie, Downey, The Clarke, The Grey's, Evansson and Mackie go to settle everything with the lawyers to charge them of the life they are missing and their wrongdoings.
Let's just say, once Seb saw them, he lost all his shit and beat the crap out of them and the police officer had to pry him off of them. Or more specifically John Drew. Elia's ex foster father. Well because he can't hit a woman can he now? No, no matter how mad, how angry he was, he'll not do it. Never. But he surely will make them regret for the rest of their life for their action.
They're the one who destroyed Elia's world.
It was The Drew's that destroyed Elia.

HAH! Oh no, it's official that Jamie's not coming back. But don't worry, he'll be mentioned. And oh my god. Elia's in a coma......... I'm so sorry guys.
But hey, more drama? The Drew's? Freaking hell it'll be one hell of a journey to recover for Eliana. Poor baby girl can't catch a break.
