Amy and Rory were sat across the room from Callum looking at him. Rory took hold of Amy's hand and looked at her before looking back at Callum, "So umm, Callum, how old are you?"
"I'm 8"
"And umm when's your birthday?"
"January 14th"
Amy looked at Rory, "Rory I can't do this"
"Hey its okay, I promise".
She teared up slightly, "but he's our son".
Rory looked at Callum, "Callum how did you find us?"
"I heard my parents talking about how I was adopted, I wanted to know who my parents were, they only knew my mums name, so I found her".
"You're very smart for a 8 year old"
"Thanks"
"Where do you live? I should probably get you back to your parents"
"Don't you want me?"
"Callum, right now, it's complicated, and your parents are probably very worried about you, you need to tell me where you live".
"33 Miller Road, Leadworth"
Amy looked down and started crying.
"I thought I recognised you, you live around the corner, come on lets get you home" He went into the kitchen and got Amy's parents to take Callum home before going back and sitting back down next to Amy, pulling her into a hug, "its okay, it's going to be okay". He rubbed her back and kissed her head, tearing up slightly.
