The ultrasound scan had been very clear, Amy was pregnant with twins. Her and Rory were sat in the hospital room looking at the picture.
"Twins".
Rory nodded, "I know"
"On top of Bethany and Kyle it's going to be a lot of work".
"We'll manage though, we always do" he kissed her head and smiled, "I love you Amy".
"I love you too" she smiled, "what gender do you think they'll be?"
"Who knows, I'm happy either way" he took the photo and smiled more, "I guess we should start sorting the spare room out, turn it into a nursery".
"Sounds like a plan" she stood up and took Rory's hand as he stood up.
"I'm proud of you Amy"
"Why?"
"Carrying babies can't be easy, giving birth even harder, and this time it's twice as hard".
"I know, but it's so worth it when they're born"
He smiled and went outside to the car, unlocking it, "I can't wait to tell everyone it's twins".
"Me neither, I'm doubly excited" she smiled and kissed him before walking round to the passenger side and getting in.
Rory smiled watching her and got in the drivers side, "twins".
