➥ THE TITLE
THIRD PERSON'S POV
"STAND BACK!" Zed called out.
"Don't make me take this off, you don't want to see me Zombie-out!" Zed hissed.
"Rio, get behind me" Wynter said, protectively over her friend as her hazel eyes turned orange.
Zed threw his Z-Band somewhere and he Zombies-out. "WOLVES!" Willa commanded. "STAY BACK!" Zed yelled in a deeper voice than usual. "NOW!" Willa called out. Zed grabs one of the wolves and throws them.
Addison soon grabs the Z-band and ran up to Zed putting his z-band back on; He went back to normal.
"Zed, We want to be here" Addison said.
"But- But you text help" Bree
said. "Yeah, I need help on the chemistry homework, didn't you see the beaker emoji" Addison says to Bree. Bree looks at her phone and chuckles; "I do now...".
"By the way, I love these new looks! New hairstylists?" Bree says to Rio and Addison.
"Werewolves, they know hair"
They both said. "-And manicures" Wynter says holding her hands
out. Addison started to talk again. "And they're thinking I maybe a werewolf too" Addison said to Zed. "What? How?!" Zed questions.
"Maybe a grandparent, my hair means something, this could be
my pack" Addison stated.
Wyatt, Wynter, and Willa walked over to River, Addison and Zed who were still on the platform.
"For centries this has been set aside for the great alpha" Willa explains to Addison.
"A fully charged moonstone is priceless to us Addison" Wyatt stated as Addison nods. "If you're truly one of us, when you put this on you'll be transformed into a werewolf!" Willa stated. She slightly smiled and says; "Apart of our pack! Forever.".
"What?! No! Wait.." Zed begs.
"Can I think about it" Addison asked Willa.
Willa looked over to Wyatt and Wynter before looking at River.
They all nodded. Willa turned to Addison and says; "For a day".
Addison nods and smiles before eagerly grabbing the box. "Once you've joined us, you can lead us to the hidden moonstone" Wyatt says. "-But she doesn't know where it is" Wynter said. "Am I missing something?" Rio asked mainly to Willa. "I'll explain later" Willa sighed.
The ground started to shake.
"Welp, World is coming to an end! It's time for me to go!" Rio stated getting ready to run off but Willa stops her.
"Stop being dramatic" Willa says.
"I'm speaking real facts" Rio corrected.
The three wolves, three zombies, and three humans went up to the balcony together. "Zu ugalu" Bonzo says in zombie. "Yeah, The explosion came from SeaBrook power" Zed said. "They must be charging for the demolition tomorrow" Addison said.
"SeaBrook power is the birth place of Zombies" Eliza said.
"A mysterious energy source mixed with a little lime soda...then BAM! Zombies." Zed said, scaring wynter.
She growled at him and he steps back.
"Nice story but it doesn't concern us" Willa reminds them. "But
it does concern you Willa," Addison says. "SeaBrook power was fueled by a mysterious energy source that could be your moonstone, Right?" Addison explained.
"So I'm not the only one that's confused right now?!" Rio questioned.
Willa let's out a low chuckle and rubs Rio's back, staring at her, lovingly.
"She found the moonstone...she's amazing" Wyatt says to Willa.
Snapping the alpha back into reality, Willa glares at her brother.
"If she's right...Wow" Wyatt says.
Everyone started to talk a little besides Willa. "We will see you at school tomorrow, Addison" Willa says still staring at the building. "Right, Tomorrow. The big day!" Addison says as she left and so did the others besides Wyatt and Willa.
"If they destroyed that building
it will crush the moonstone underneath," Willa says to her
twin brother.
"We can't let that happen" She adds.
"Addison can help!" Wyatt said before smiling.
"Maybe!? When she's one of us, until then I lead this pack!" Willa stated, slightly upset.
Everything she worked so hard
for was about to get handed to someone she barely knew in just a couple of hours. Someone who still doesn't even have her full trust. Her brother didn't seem to care about how this would impact on her.
Willa was The Alpha.
She earned that title, Addison didn't. What did Addison do to help this pack? To save this pack? Willa didn't want to seem selfish, but this was her lifestyle, her purpose. What would she be without it?
Who would she be without it?
Willa looks over the balcony only to see her pack below them. "We need to stop them from destroying the moonstone, whatever it takes!" The Alpha stated. Willa howled and the others followed along. The pack went their separate ways and the twins walked down the balcony.
"River?" Willa questioned as she makes it down the balcony steps. "Hey..." Rio smiled slightly. "I thought you left with the group" Willa says. River shook her head and played with her charm bracelet.
"Can we talk?" They both said together before smiling.
"Come on" Willa grabs Rio's hand and leads her somewhere outside.
Soon enough they made it to a small garden with a bench, a stream and pretty flowers.

"It's beautiful, Willa" Rio says before smiling. "I know" Willa says as they both sat down.
The two girls sat in silence for a minute before actually talking.
"You wanna talk about it" Rio questions. "Talk about what" Willa says this while fidgeting with her rings. River grabs the wolf's hand causing Willa to look up. "It's just me and you, Willa" Rio said. "You can talk to me" She says before giving the wolf a soft smile.
Willa sighed and nods.
"She's taking my place," She says. "Addison?" Rio's questioned. Willa hummed. "I thought you guys were cool" River says. "We are...sort of" Willa shrugged. "Then what's the problem" Rio asked.
"It's- it's just that I worked hard to earn my title as alpha, she didn't" Willa stated, "Now, my title as Alpha is just getting handed to her whenever she becomes a wolf,".
"Being the alpha was something I always dreamed of, being a leader" She said. "-And now when I finally, finally have that chance to prove myself worthy of becoming one, it's getting taken away from me" Willa cried, resting her head on Rio's shoulder.
"No one seems to notice it though, not even my brother when he knows how hard I've been working for my shot" Willa lets out a low growl as her moonstone and eyes glowed.
River intertwine their hands together, hopefully calming Willa down.
The wolf closed her eyes and shrugged, Lifting her weight off of River's shoulder.
"I- I don't know....I guess I'm not worthy of being an alpha after all," Willa says; "It was a mistake for the elders and everyone else to place their trust in me".
"Hey- hey no, don't do that," Rio turns Willa head towards her with her hand.
"Okay. Yeah, sure when Addison becomes the Alpha or Great Alpha things will change, Willa" River says. "-But you won't" She added. "You'll still be that proud, prideful leader that you were born to be and who I was able to meet" Willa smiled shyly as Rio wiped her tears away.
"You're Willa lykensen!" Rio smiled.
"You're proud of who you are, you're fierce, you can be stubborn though," Willa chuckled; "You're sweet, caring, and selfless".
"Those things will never change about you when Addison becomes Alpha" River stated as Willa nods.
"You proved to yourself to those elders that you have what it takes to lead this pack," She says. "-And I know that when the elders placed their trust in you as their alpha there was a reason for it" River said.
"I mean...Why else would they have chosen you out of everyone in your pack" She added.
"There was no mistake made, Willa" River stated before pulling the wolf into a hug.
The moment got cut short by Willa pulling away, coughing roughly as her moonstone turn green and did her eyes.
