Saturday, january 16th 2020
I woke up naked. I looked down and saw Kai'sa laying also naked on my chest with her head snuggled into the crook of my neck. Memories from last night came back to me and a smile found its way onto my face. I caressed her waist and slid my hand all over the side of her body. She began to stir and slowly her purple eyes fluttered open. She looked at me and gave a wide smile.
Kai'sa: Good morning...
Joe: Morning. How are you feeling?
Kai'sa: After last night? Amazing.
I grabbed my phone from the nightstand and looked at it.
Joe: It's 9am we should probably get up now.
Kai'sa leaned deeper into my neck, taking in a deep breath.
Kai'sa: I don't wanna.
Joe: We have to. I gotta talk to Seraphine and we also have that meeting later. You know...about the tournament that starts in nine days.
Kai'sa: I know, but I want more cuddles.
Joe: I never would've thought that you would be the needy one.
Kai'sa: Fine.
So we got up, took a shower together, got dressed and went downstairs where we saw the rest of the girls. Eve just looked at Kai'sa and let out a laugh.
Evelynn: You look happy this morning~
Kai'sa: I don't know what you mean. I'm always happy.
She went to the kitchen while humming a little tune, before returning with a bowl of cereal.
Kai'sa: Before I forget. Pay up~
Ahri, Akali and Eve sat there in stunned silence.
Ahri: You mean?
Kai'sa: Yup.
Akali: When?
Kai'sa: Last night.
Evelynn: How was it?
Kai'sa: Heavenly.
They then got up and handed Kai'sa one hundred dollars each.
Joe: You actually made a bet on who I did it with first?
KDA: Uh huh.
Joe: Wow....
Seraphine then came downstairs. She looked at us with stars in her eyes and barely kept her inner fangirl in check.
Seraphine: Morning...
Joe: Hey. How did you sleep last night?
Seraphine: Pretty good. This shool sure goes all out to make sure students are comfortable.
Joe: Good to hear. Any plans for today?
Seraphine: I gotta go to the police station since they want to ask me a few questions, then I gotta make a few calls to get that door replaced, then I have to work.
Joe: Sounds good. How are you feeling?
Seraphine: Good all things considered. Although I'm still shaken at the fact that you almost died in my arms though.
Joe: Me too, but I'm glad Akali got there when she did.
Evelynn: Only Akali huh?
Joe: You know what I mean babe.
Sera looked very confused.
Seraphine: I thought you were dating Akali?
Joe: I am.
Seraphine: And you call Evelynn babe?
Joe: That I do.
Seraphine: And you're stroking Ahri's tails.
Joe: Mhm.
Seraphine: And Kai'sa is sitting so close to you.
Joe: Yup.
Seraphine: And Akali is okay with that?
Joe: Akali dear, are you okay with it?
Akali: Of course I'm okay with you dating all of us dummy.
Sera's eyes were practically the size of dinner plates.
Seraphine: You are dating....all four of them? I....wha...
The girls and I laughed as she tried to understand the situation.
Seraphine: When did this happen?
Joe: Christmas eve.
Seraphine: Who else knows?
Joe: My parents, True Damage and now you.
Seraphine: You know true damage?!
So for the next couple of hours we continued to talk, Sera got a couple of autographs, but eventually she had to leave. Right on time because we were about to start the meeting. Most of the 'important' people of our team were present. Which are basically just True Damage, KDA, Lucian, Sett and me.
Sett: Who was the pink haired chick that left a couple of minutes ago?
Joe: My best friend. She had some problems at home and she'll stay here until everything's been fixed.
Ekko: I thought I was your best friend?!
I looked at him and saw the smirk on his face.
Ahri: Let's get back to the point shall we?
Akali: Who's gonna fight in which round of the tournament?
Each team needs to form three teams for the tournament. It starts as a 5 vs 5, then
4 vs 4, 2 vs 2 and finally the one on one finale. The thing is you can't be on more than one team.
Joe: I think I got an idea.
Lucian: Like what?
Joe: Let's just keep it simple.
Qiyana: What do you mean?
Joe: We need three teams, we already have those. KDA can be the team for the
4 vs 4 and True Damage can be the team for the 5 vs 5.
Senna: That would work, but Akali can't be on both teams.
Joe: That's why KDA has Akali and True Damage gets Lucian.
Evelynn: So we got two teams, now onto the third.
Joe: Easy, Sett and me.
They all looked at me in shock. I put out my hand for a handshake.
Joe: What do you say? Partners?
He shook my hand with a crazed smile on his face.
Sett: Partners.
Evelynn: The Boss and the Wildcard. Has a nice ring to it.
Lucian: Now we still need one person for the final.
We all started thinking about it. Some names came up, but were quickly dismissed.
Joe: What about Ez?.....Or Kayn?
Akali: So we pick between the show off and the psycho?
Joe: You got any better ideas?
No one said anything.
Joe: Then I think we have our lineup.

I got out of the gas station after I payed for refueling my Jeep, when a voice called from behind me.
???2: Excuse me sir.
I turned around and saw a man with a mask on. At least I think it was a man. He had a rose in his hand.
???2: Would you like a rose?
???: Thanks, stranger.
I grabbed the rose and turned towards my car when I felt something hit the back of my head and everything went dark.
Tuesday, january 26th 2020 8pm Joe POV
KDA, Sett, True Damage, Lucian and I were sitting at the table after a delicious pizza. We were celebrating the girls win in the
4 vs 4 round, which means that Sett and I will fight tomorrow.
Ekko: Did you see that guy pissing himself, when Evelynn glared at him?
We all laughed hysterically.
Evelynn: I don't understand why this happens so often.
My phone rings.
Joe: Sorry guys, my mom's calling. Hello?
Lilith: Hey honey....
She doesn't sound all too good almost like she was crying.
Joe: Hey mom what's up?
Lilith: Just wanted to let you know that Bradley is coming to get you tomorrow morning....to bring you back to Noxus.
Wait what?
Joe: Mom I can't come to Noxus tomorrow. I have a tournament fight.
Lilith: I know honey, but we need you here to help prepare the funeral...
What? Funeral? Why do I suddenly have a really bad feeling?
Joe: What do you mean mom?.....What funeral?
The conversation of the others got quiet as they looked at me. On the phone mom started crying again.
Lilith: It's....It's your father.....He was found dead at 4am....
I felt my whole world shatter at that very moment. The man who encouraged my music career, who taught me how to ride a bike, how to swim, how to walk...my father....was no more. I almost fell out of my seat as tears were streaming down my face.
Joe: B-B-But he was healthy....still young how could-
Lilith: He was murdered.....four gunshots...
Four shots....4am....the golden demon....the artisan killer....Jhin....Now I only felt two things sadness.....and rage...
Joe: I understand....I'll be there tomorrow. Goodnight mom.
Lilith: Goodnight honey.
I hung up the phone and simply dropped it, and the dam broke. I started sobbing uncontrollably. It didn't take long for the girls to engulf me in a hug.
Ahri: What happened?
Ahri's voice was as soothing as always. I hugged her harder.
Joe: It's my dad....he's dead....
Evelynn: Darling, we're so sorry.
The others all came around and took turns hugging me.
Ekko: Hey man, if you need anything....we're here for you.
Joe: Thanks guys, I'm leaving to Noxus tomorrow.....I'm sorry that I won't be able to fight in the tournament.
Sett: Forget about the tournament. Your ma needs you now.
I nod and the KDA girls look at each other.
Akali: We're coming with you.
I gave a shaky nod and sent a text to my mom.
Joe: No need to send Brad, the girls are coming with me.
Lilith: Okay honey, be careful.
Joe: I will
Wednesday, january 27th 2020
The girls and I arrived at my home where I was greeted by my crying mother. She hugged me and didn't want to let go.
Joe: It's gonna be okay mom. We all miss him too. I will pay that bastard back, I promise.
Lilith: No. Don't do anything stupid. I can't lose you too.
Emily then came down and ran in for a hug.
Joe: Hey baby sis, how are you holding up?
Emily: I miss him...I miss him so much and it hurts.
She let go of the hug and the girls and I went upstairs to unpack. I stayed in my room and grabbed my guitar. I played a few tunes and started thinking of lyrics for a new song.

I looked down as a few tears escaped my eyes.
Joe: I miss you dad. I promise you, Jhin will get what he deserves.
I then heard a knock on my door so I quickly wiped the tears away.
Joe: Come in.
The door opened and Akali stepped in. She saw the guitar in my arms.
Akali: I'm sorry, am I disturbing you?
Joe: No, I just let my emotions out. What do you need?
Akali: Your mother asked which flowers you would like at the funeral.
I thought for a bit.
Joe: Black roses....and red spider lilies. They were his favorite flowers....
Once again the tears start flowing. Akali came over to me and engulfed me in a big soothing hug.
Akali: I know you miss him. I didn't know him long, but I can tell he was a good man.
Joe: He was the best.
Akali: Come on...let's go downstairs.

My family KDA and I were standing in front of a large coffin. The day of the funeral came fast and we only invited the closest people so basically not many.
I looked over and saw my grandfather standing alone with a sad look on his face. I can't imagine what he's going through. I can't imagine the pain of being at your own sons funeral. Then I looked to my mom talking to Sera's parents.
Maya: I'm so sorry for your loss Lil.
Lilith: Thank you Maya. I just don't know if I can get through this.
Maya: Don't talk like that. You have to get through this. You have kids to take care of.
Lilith: I know...It just hurts so much. We were together for most of my life.
Seraphine then came over to me and hugged me.
Seraphine: I'm so sorry Joe. Uncle Marcus was such a good guy. I miss him too.
I hugged her and she hugged back. It was weird seeing the usually bright Seraphine wearing all black, but I guess it is to be expected.
Joe: Thanks Sera.
Then they started lowering the coffin and the song I wrote started playing.
As the song ended the coffin was down and the grave closed. The only thing left was the headstone. One by one the people left. Eventually after arguing that I would catch up, even KDA and Seraphine left. I was all alone now. I placed my hand on the headstone and closed my eyes. All the good moments we had together as well as all the bad ones flooded my mind. I took my hand off and walked off with a fire in my eyes.
Joe: I don't know where you are Jhin, but I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.
Quite the predicament we found ourselves in don't you think?

I looked at myself standing in front of me with an outstretched hand. I grabbed it and in a flash of light he was gone. It was all me now, but I didn't really feel any different except for the boost in power. I looked at my fist as black and red smoke poured out of my arms. I could get used to this. I went back home and started preparing for the trip back to school.
