A somber sigh left her dry lips as she approached the seventh district. She glanced at the person beside her, Xiaojun. Mark had told her beforehand about him, right before she left the lounge.

Her mind was spinning round and round like a carousel, a never-ending ride. All she ever wanted was to keep her sister safe. But now the thread had doubled in size, the desire to keep someone else from dying was present.

"Dasom, we're here." Xiaojun announced.

The girl immediately snapped out of her thoughts, nodding her head as she entered through the enormous gate. It was up to her now, to make the next and possibly last major move. It was up to her to trigger not only one side, but three sides; the mafia, The Phantom Viper, and Xiaojun.

She needed to make that move right here, right now, in this game. She already bought a ticket to this nightmare and there was no turning back.

She took quick glances at the rooms, examining the possibility of the game types. It wasn't like this when she got here with Jeno. The rooms have been changed in style. The guard pushed her towards one room, locking the door from the outside. When she got here, she could see the other players from the opposite side. But that once clear glass was now replaced with a plain white wall.

Dasom leaned her head back, trying to think of a way out of this hell—the next move.

"Dasom, listen to me," Mark grabbed her shoulder. "You need to make the next move, the vital one. Leave Xiaojun up to me, killing him will provoke the mafia. Heeseung told me that his mother was the reason one of their members died."

Leaving the vital move to her wasn't his best decision, but he didn't know that. He didn't know the reason she got transferred to this school, the reason she became an assassin in the first place. He didn't know any of that. Not to mention, her deal with Taeyong only add the weigh to her shoulder.

She let out a bitter chuckle, recalling the reason she was here in the first place. It was true that she forgot her entire childhood. But she wasn't an idiot, of course she knew she had to find out the reason why. Surprisingly, she did.

"If only you know, Mark," She muttered to herself.

She then stood back up, hearing the announcement of the game.

'The mission today is to collect as much name tag from other players as possible. There is a table in the middle of the room and the number plate will be placed there. You can put that anywhere you want, as long as you always bring it with you. This mission forbids the players to slaughter each other. The team with most number plate collected wins.'

Dasom took her number plate, noticing that she got number 21. She placed it inside her pocket, waiting for the door to get unlocked. Her lips curved into a sly smile, a wicked plan bloomed inside her mind.

"Alright then Mark, since you leave it all to me," her hand left grabbed her gun from her holster. "I'm gonna do it my way."

She was well aware that this plan might ruin the leaderboard as it was against the rules. But that was the entire point.

A massacre—that was her plan.

She slammed the door open, walking to the end of the corridor. As soon as she saw another player before her, she pointed her gun at him, shooting him right on head. She wasted no time in grabbing his number plate, rushing to find the other players.

She then came across five players who were in the middle of a fight, tilting her head to the side. Since her number plate was 21 and each team consist of two person, she concluded that there were approximately at least eleven teams.

She took out her dagger with her right hand, gun in her left. She glided down the floor, shooting three of them in the chest as she used her dagger to slice their feet. She jumped up, wrapping her legs around one player's shoulder.

She managed to get on top of him, her left hand shooting the other players in the head. She then forcefully pushed herself down, her back hitting the ground. She groaned in agony but she knew she had no time to waste. So she stood back up again, using her dagger to stab him.

Six gone, fourteen more to go.

She continued walking the empty hallway, wiping the blood running from her nose. Her eyes widened as she noticed movements behind her, quickly reaching towards the door handle. She opened the door just in time, using it as a shield against the gun being fired at her.

It seemed like the other players were picking up her behavior and it pissed her off. They weren't supposed to follow her, not this way.

She loaded her gun, peaking slightly from the door. They were still firing their guns at her, she spotted at least six players from the corner of her eyes. She cursed under her breath, taking out her other gun.

Once again, she glided down the floor, both her hands holding her gun as she fired at them. She managed to hit half of them and it was enough to break their focus. She got up, hitting one player right on his balls.

She took his knife, throwing it right at the girl on her left, hitting her chest. She then took this opportunity to move back, using the opened door to hit the play on his face.

Eight more to go.

She continued walking, taking three players with a single shot as she did so. So far, she still hasn't spotted Xiaojun yet, which wasn't strange at all because this entire arena was made to look like a labyrinth.

Eventually, she came down to only two players left aside from her. Which means, it was only her, Xiaojun, and a player left.

She stopped in her tracks, turning around as fast as she could, kicking the gun that was pointed against her from behind her back.

The man let out a whimsical laugh. "Good senses you got there."

"Oh shut up, what was your name again? Fernond? Francis?"

"Felix." he corrected, a frown was formed on his face.

"Ah right!"

Felix snickered, he noticed that she had been slaughtering the players. "You do know that what you're doing is against the rules, right?"

"Of course I do, you think I'm an idiot?" She grumbled. "You're wasting my time."

She grabbed him by his neck, her left leg tackling him down. But he wasn't going to give up easily, not like that.

"You can't get rid of me that easily." He smirked.

He grabbed her hand with great force, throwing her body to the floor. Dasom grunted, her legs felt like jelly as she stood back up. "Bastard,"

She knew that when coming in a close-ranged combat, she had to put her entire power to it. But she was slowly getting more and more exhausted, only forcing her body with her remaining energy.

"Not you, but Mark. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be out here killing people only to make a chaos. That bastard, his brother wanted me to keep him alive and he left the big move to me."

She was well aware that she was rambling, but she could care less. She was going to kill the man before her either way. Felix chuckled at her words, using this as an opportunity to strike at her again.

Once again, she somehow end up getting her neck pinned against the floor, her breath passage blocked. She struggled to get him off her, her face haltingly turned into a purple color.

"Goodbye, Eun Dasom."

"No," she managed to choke out. "Goodbye, Fernond."

He failed to notice one little detail, a vital detail. He still had his gun strapped against his holster and Dasom managed to grab it. She pulled the trigger, hitting his chest. His grip slowly loosened and she pushed him away, breathing roughly.

Felix chortled, feeling his soul slowly leaving his body. He looked miserable, but what's more miserable was his final words. "Idiot, I said my name is Felix."

That was how she ended her massacre.
