"Just a minute because I need to inform them that I am leaving this place", Anika said and pulled his cheeks. She already knew he will not enjoy it here because she will be busy but he said so she thought to give it a chance. Shivaay nodded and took his hand back from her waist.
"Thanks a lot for staying here with me. I thought you will leave this place in anger. In the morning I was so happy with the thought that you are coming. Even now I am happy that you stayed here", Anika said happily holding his collars as support because Shivaay was holding her waist before, she didn't realise when he took his hands back. She then looked down and noticed Shivaay had already taken his hands back so she stepped one step back
"That I can see. Not even for once do you notice what I am doing. You knew I am getting bored but still, you ignored me. That time I felt like my presence doesn't matter to you. Thanks for clearing it now", Shivaay said hiding his smile as he thought she will say they will not get bored now but she took his words seriously
"It is not like that Shivaay. I have my whole day for you that's why I concentrated there. And how can you say that your presence doesn't matter? I was checking what are you doing and whether you are fine or not. Your presence does matter to me. Don't ever say this. Your presence is everything to me", Anika shouted panicking after hearing his words. She feared what if he thought nobody loves him. Shivaay smiled as he felt very happy that for her he mean a lot
"I know and I was teasing you because you thanked me for staying here. Do you think I will leave you alone? Am I your cab driver who will drop you and leave?", Shivaay asked
"Aacha Ji. Are you anything less than the driver?", Anika asked raising her eyebrows. She gulped hard to control her laughter watching his face when he heard that she called him driver indirectly
"Are you serious?", Shivaay asked to which Anika looked here and there not knowing if she should continue her joke or not. Shivaay giggled watching her confused with her joke or maybe she is showing attitude so he thought to play along to test
"Ok come I will drop you home MAM", Shivaay said extending words to mam and opening a car seat for her. He rubbed his cheeks to control his laughter when Anika looked shocked at him
"I... I was joking... If you will drop me home...then we have to wait till..night", Anika Stammered in a low voice
"No problem. Even you should wait ", Shivaay said in an extra sweet voice
"Yes but not at home. Don't ruin my holiday, please. Sit I will come within a minute", Anika said and ran from there to inform the villagers. Shivaay started laughing when he noticed her retreating figure. He knew she was not serious but he loved teasing her.
Especially her nervous face when she thought he was serious. After 3 minutes she came back. Shivaay took a long breath to control his laughter and looked straight to show her that he was waiting
"Vo... They were asking if everything is arranged for tomorrow so I was preparing the list for them that's why it took time", Anika told to which he hummed and started driving. After some time he stopped his car near a half-constructed building and asked her to come out.
Anika looked towards her side, there is only one building which is a mess and rather than that there is one open ground. She came out of the car and asked him
"Where are we? This place is scary. Why we are here? Don't tell me you are going to take revenge on me", Anika asked
"Stop using your mind much ", Shivaay said and dragged her towards the building. He just wants to check this place if it is the same or not that's it. He will never take revenge like this.
"You will drop me in Oberoi Mansion hana? If you are thinking of then I will not sit in your car again. If by chance I did then I will not enter the mansion or will do anything which you can't even think", Anika said trying to scare him when Shivaay placed his hand on her lips to stop her from talking. He doesn't understand why she started cooking her own stories when whatever he said was a joke.
"Shut up Anika. I was also joking like you", Shivaay said and took his hand back. Anika looked down blushing as she went crazy because of him. Her breath hitched when he touched her lips, she looked at him because she want to tell him how much he is driving her crazy but his serious voice startled her
"So this is my ruined hard work, Anika. First-time years ago while working with bade papa I was trying to open my branch when it broke down. Then after years again I sent workers but left in middle because of bad weather and after that, I never tried because I think Oberoi industries is everything to me
I never thought I will pass this road again but with you, I did so thought to take you here. I thought to check if it is destroyed or not", Shivaay said with a smile as now he is no sadder because of his love towards Oberoi Industries
"I am sorry for calling it scary. You can still work for it I will find workers for you and will handle everything", Anika said and holds his shoulder. Shivaay smiled and kissed her hands, he is happy to know that she want his happiness but it is not easy
He can't do it right now when his company is facing loss and many employees left already. If he started his new business he have to struggle hard. First to find new workers, ideas, products, designs and many more. That is the reason he left in the middle thinking that he can't start from the beginning while managing Oberoi industries
"Leave it like this Anika. I just thought to see if anything changed here or not. The site is also not good. Think from my perspective. Do you think this site is good to open an industry?", Shivaay asked
"I guess it is because you will work. I mean your name is enough to tell how hard-working you are. And I know if you will try, you will gain success. The site will not matter", Anika told her point of view
"We don't have much money to waste upon this broken building. Don't you know opening a new industry costs crores? We need to rebuild this building, then types of equipment and needful products like chairs, tiles, then workers and many more things. Don't think about this place much because I think I will not come here again. Oberoi Industries is my life now. I don't need anything new", Shivaay said and cleared her confusion. He doesn't want her to try rebuilding this place
"Then let's stay here for some time. In this way, we can talk before continuing our work. Hope you aren't getting late", asked Anika and sat on one rock
"Are you comfortable here? Before you were scared. Yes I am getting late but 5-6 minutes won't harm", Shivaay said and sat near Anika as that Rock is very big
"Yes, I said that when I noticed everything broken and half done. I never knew it is your half-hard work. Now I want to see this place from the back", Anika said and was about to go but Shivaay stopped her as he don't know if this place is safe or not.
"You can't. I don't know if it is safe or not. What if it broke down and... Sit here if you want otherwise let's go", Shivaay said
"For a minute we can just enjoy fresh Breeze", Anika said eying Shivaay who was looking at that building. Anika thought to give him a minute to feel that he visited this place because she guessed that he will never come here
She can't help him to rebuild either because she can't give him that much money. She wants to give him everything possible for her to give, every time whenever he smiles or laughs she feels happiest in the world
"Now I am feeling like you know many things about me which nobody knows. Please always keep quiet if anyone asks do you know about these things or not. Behave like you don't know anything", Shivaay said. Anika sat near him and placed her head on his shoulder.
"I am happy to be the one. If by chance anyone started this topic like bade papa then I will leave room Or will ask him to tell me what he is talking about", Anika said and then stand up immediately as with Tej's name she remembered his meeting
" Now let's go otherwise you will blame me later ", Anika said
" For what? ", Shivaay asked and got up. Both of them started walking towards the car while talking
" For reaching late", Anika replied
"Haha, do you think that I will take you here if I was running that busy? Moreover, by chance, if you took the time I would have raised the speed. I still have time", Shivaay said and sat inside the driving seat. Anika sat on the passenger seat and replied with an ok. Shivaay stared at her for a minute without realising, till Anika asked him to drive. Shivaay turned his face aside in embarrassment and started driving
"Why I am behaving like this? I never thought this happens for real. But it is not love. Not even attraction. I don't know what is it but it's beautiful", Shivaay thought and looked at Anika for a second who was resting her head on the headboard.
