After assuring that Kushi was okay Arnav looked at his sister...she looked staright into his eyes....normally whenever Ria gets hurt Arnav would either yell or console her depending upon how hurt she is. Ria also expected Aranav to yell at her but he didn't.
He sat near Ria and asked her whether she was ok and is she in pain. Ria didn't respond
Arnav patted her on her cheeks and called her name again
A: Ria????
R: what did I just hear???....what was that about the baby and all?
A: first tell me whether you are ok??
R: I'm mmm okay...
Harsha soon updated Arnav about Ria's situation and Arnav felt releived a little
A: guys I'm sorry, I should have told you this earlier but I'mtelling you now.....we are pregnant!!!
R: really????
A: yes!!!
Ria within seconds hugged Arnav as she couldn't control her excitement..
Harsha and Sahir rushed to hug kushi....they can't beleive they were going to become uncle ... ultimately it resulted in a group hug...Ria didn't care about her broken hand and was jumping on the bed...soon Arnav grabbed her ear and made her sit down
A: do you want a cast on the other hand too? Sit down!!!
Their happiness knew no bounds....
R: then you are not divorcing right?...all ok right????
A: I asked you to trust in us...didn't I?
Then Arnav explained all about their plan....he told them that Anvi is just a pawn and someone is using her and what is their motive is yet not known.
H: bhaiya don't think about these things...you just take care of bhabi...we'll take care of rest of the things....we will also take care of this minion right here pointing to Ria
R: since I'm injured can these both people help me bhaiya?
A: on what ???
R: on anything that I ask for...like cleaning my room...do my work....make coffee for me
A: ok!!
Arnav winked at Ria and she winked back at him
S: why should we help you???
R: just now you guys said that you will take care of me
H: we said we will take care of you not be your servants!!!!
S: are you gonna take us with you as servants when you get married????
R: yes ofcource!!!
A: you are not gonna get married any time soon
R: why????
A: you are still a kid!!
R: do you even know my age?
Ria sighed at her brother's response and asked them to leave
Back to Arnav's room
Arnav made sure Kushi takes her medicine and ate well that day
Not sure because of her relief or something else kushi ate well that day
Arnav found kushi cute while she was eating like there will be no food tomorrow
Arnav didn't talk much after their dinner so kushi was little worried
K: Arnav?
A: yes
K: are you angry at me
A: no
The fact that Arnav didn't see her while answering told that he was angry but he didn't want to express it
K: I'm really sorry baba
A: I'm not angry why are you saying sorry
K: I can see from your face that you are diasapointed in me
A: I didn't say anything like that
K: I can see in your face, I didn't mean to fall and hurt myself or hurt Ria...it was an accident
A: why are you giving me an explanation... I didn't ask for one
K: then why are upset?
A: I'm just tired Kushi....I have a lot on mind
K: ok go ahead and have your own time
After that kushi went to bed without saying anything
Arnav was actually shocked at Kushi's outburst...she is a crazy one but she isn't too crazy to fight over silly things
He thought speaking something might create more trouble so he hoped she would be better after her sleep
He was trying to work but half his attention was on Kushi...she was tossing and turning on the bed. She always finds it hard to sleep without Arnav so he decided to join her
Arnav sat on the other side of the bed and tried to take the blanket to cover himself without waking her, when he noticed the bruises on her elbow due to the fall
There were traces of ointment on it which all went off due to her rolling on the bed
He then carefully took the medications and applied on her elbow and knee and secured them. He lowered himself and kissed on her head and covered her in the blanket.
Few hours laters it was midnight when kushi woke upto something uncomfortable
She is a good sleeper who doesn't even get up until morning
She opened her eyes to see that her head was on aranav's chest. He was embracing her even in deep sleep. She had grabbed his t shirts collar on one hand and her leg was all over arnav like he was a pillow
Within seconds she felt that there was a burning sensation in her stomach and chest. She blamed the food she ate and tried to get up carefully not waking Arnav up as he was a light sleeper, not like her
She rest her back to the bed and was trying to take deep breaths which normally helps
After 5 minutes of deep breaths she was not better but it was still worse..she started to feel suffocated too
She didn't know what to do...only few hours before she lashed out at aranav and she was regretting it now... what if he gets angry at me
She thought she will get better in some time so decided not to wake aranav up
She was looking at Aranav who was sleeping like a baby....
Kushi's thoughts:
he has done everything for me....even today he was diassapointed but didn't even utter a word...I must be a terrible wife...what if something happened today to the baby ? How would I face him?.... If I was in his place I would have been so diassapointed? Will I be a good mom?
Tears staring brimming in her eyes and her vision got blurred
When the tears rolled down from her eyes she saw a pair of worried eyes looking at her
Arnav's POV
I opened my eyes to some movement around me...my initial instinct was to check at kushi...she was sitting on bed with her head towards her lap
I sat up to see her face up close..she was crying!!!!!
I pulled her in my embrace and tried to calm her down
No one's pov:
A: kushi calm down...what happened baby? Are you all right?
Kushi hugged him tightly and started crying non stop
K: aranav...arn...
She was trying to say something but she couldn't say words between sobs
A: calm down baby..no need to say anything first calm down ok
He was rubbing her back to soothe her...he just uttered calm down again and again until her breathing became normal
K: it's a little suffocating here
A: let's move to balcony and have some fresh air ok??
With that Arnav picked her up and they both sat in the balcony
They both sat in the recliner and Arnav backhugged her and coverd both of them in a blanket
A: are you feeling better?
K: yes
A: were you crying because you were not feeling good?
K: it was also a reason
A: then can you tell me what was the other reason?
K: I don't want to speak about that now
A: no problem, tell me when you are ok ... but whatever it is don't let it pull you down ok?
K: ok
She turned around to look at aranv, stared at him for a few seconds then gave a peck on his cheeks and then laid her head rest on his shoulders
K: I think I'm not feeling good because I ate too much...I think it's acidity
A: I'll go and fetch the medicines
She soon ate the medicines and tried to sleep again in his embrace
Arnav slowly rubbed her neck and chest to releive her uneasiness and soon she fell sleep.
She took her to bed carefully and both slept.
