You walked downstairs and saw jungkook and jiwoo talking
"Good morning ,you guys are up early "
"Nah we didn't slept yet ,we were playing games whole night ,good night we'll go to sleep and yeah taehyung already left for office "
"Already left ? , Isn't it's too early ?"you asked jungkook
"He said he have an important work to finish "
With that they left for their respective rooms
"Important work? How come I don't know this when I'm his secretary ?"
You shrugged your thoughts and did your morning routine taking your things you left for office
Taehyung's pov
I reached office and started my day, I left early from home, I wanted to distract myself I can't seem to find a proper solution for my problem, last night after I broke down I felt relieved but idk why I'm still stucked in the past, everyone thinks me and y/n are good but my heart says something or other looking at her sometimes it soften my heart but sometimes I stop myself from trusting everyone I am with.
I started doing my work when I heard a knock "come in"
Y/n walked in holding my coffee in her hands slightly smiling at me
I looked at my files and continued working
She greeted me and kept the coffee
"Sir your schedule for today "
I tool my schedule from her "we have audit program today, as you said you wanted it to be done before the collaboration"

nodded at her "you can go "
(Note : Audit program refers to checking of company's accounts, taehyung wanted to check how his company is doing so the results for his and parks collaboration turn out to be great )
You were working on your desk when taehyung texted you to check in staff members if they need any help regarding the collaboration
"Damn he's very serious about the project "
I went to check on everyone some of them needed help so I helped them
Timeskip
Typing continuously on the computer, the office was empty the only thing that can be heard is the typing sound "aahh I'll do this tomorrow I'm tried "you whinnied checking the time which showed 9:00pm
"It's late " taehyung left early today I was so confused of this behaviour he didn't even looked at me properly nor had a talk except giving me work , he left at 5:30 giving me a pile of files to complete, I've completed half I don't think my body have more stamina to do anything I just want to go home and lay on my bed
I quickly booked the cab and went home, opening the door I found jungkook and taehyung sitting on the couch and watching something on tv I didn't found jiwoo maybe she's sleeping
Noticing my present taehyung gave me a cold glare sending shivers down to my spine, I was about to walked but stopped when jungkook asked "you're late, did you had dinner "
"Yeah I had work I'll have my dinner after freshup "
I went to my room and took a warm shower, walking downstairs I found them doing the same not wanting to disturb them I went to have my dinner and went to sleep
morning
The birds chirping sounds the sun has rise, it was early 6am and everyone were sleeping peacefully except jiwoo she wokeup early and dragged her suitcase downstairs she went to kitchen and prepared breakfast for everyone, soon taehyung came down brushing his hair with his hands he was still in his night suit "you're ready "
"Yeah let's everyone wake up first then let's leave, here have breakfast" she gave him breakfast and went to her room to check if she by chance left anything
You came downstairs wearing you office attire noticing the suitcase you frown your eyebrows "who's bag is this "
You ate your breakfast and sat on the couch as you were very early today you still have more time for office
"Let's go " taehyung said to jiwoo holding her suitcase
"Where are you going jiwoo?"
"Aaa y/n I'm going back I'm sorry I had no time to tell you about this "
"But you're leaving so fast can't you stay for more ?"
"Nah y/n I've stayed enough and moreover it's my wedding after a month and you both must come, mark can't handle everything alone "
By time jungkook came down wearing his sweatshirt and sweatpants "let's go I'm ready too"
"Y/n why don't you come along with us?"
"A-a me?
"Ofc let's go " with that jungkook dragged you till the car
Taehyung started driving and you sat at passenger seat where as they both at backseat
Soon you guys reached the airport, y'all bid good bye to jiwoo
You went and hug her and she wispered in your ear "bye y/n hope you have a happy life with him ik he's a jerk but please understand him and give him some time " she broke the hug and smiled at you
"And you guys must come to my wedding I don't want any excuse "
After she went it taehyung threw his car keys at you "drive to the office "
"But what about jungkook is he coming too ?"
"No y/n I have some work I'll take cab"
You nodded and sat in drivers seat and taehyung sat in backseat
"What does he think of himself I'm not his driver, look at that man resting peacefully I'm just his secretary and we're not even in office to follow his rules why I'm like this " you whinnied which gone unnoticed by taehyung and he was looking out of the window.
"We're here " you stopped the car
"Open the door " he said
"W-what ?"
"You heard me Ms y/n come and open my door "
"This jerked " I cursed at him in my mind and went to open his door
"Get my coffee in my office fast ".
I watched him entering inside "I'M I HIS FREAKING BODYGUARD OR WHAT ?"

"Y/n you're not leaving ?" I looked up and saw jhope standing near my desk ready to leave
"Huh? What's the time now "
"It's already 6 "
Oh Gosh I didn't realised that jerk taehyung is really giving me a lot of work I might fall sick I'm still not done yet
"Ahh jhope I'll leave after completing this it's important "
"Aaaa okay go safe "
I smiled at him and watched him walking towards the elevator
I was working as taehyung came out "I'm leaving complete the work before you leave ".
"Yes sir " I bowed at him and he went out
Taking elevator taehyung went out of the office and drove to his home without realising that you don't have a car to return..

It's been days since the office is working hard on the collaboration and everyone really praised you for working overtime it's not that you wanted to work overtime you were left with no choice as taehyung always give you lots of work and left early without you.
You started coming home late sometimes you even returned at 10:30.
Taehyung's behaviour didn't changed at all he stopped talking with you which was bothering you whenever you tried to have a conversation with him he always gave you short replies or either ignore you, not wanting to hurt your self-respect you stopped making conversation with him as if he cared you thought
On the other side taehyung felt nothing everything was bothering him his past specially afterall bad memories are really hard to fade he thought he was okay he thought he overcome his past but these days he was really disturbed.
He avoided any sort of conversation and skinship with you as it always reminder him of his past, he fighting to forget everything and move on again and trust you but how much a human can try ? After he's a human we don't get anything easily until we work hard for it
Coming to his office work he really wish for successful collaboration with the park it was his First collaboration and moreover with his bestfriend he tried his best to make it perfect he was happy and satisfied seeing his employees working hard and cooperating with eachother in this project ..
He gave work to you and left early but to his surprise you always completed the work..
Today was last meeting with the parks regarding the collaboration, taehyung was working as you entered his office after knocking
"Sir your coffee " standing a little far from his table , he looked at you "keep it there "
You nodded and gave him his schedule after keeping his coffee
" You have last meeting with the park and I got the information from them that they're expecting collaboration results after a week "
"Umm okay prepare the meeting room "
You nodded and left after bowing at him
In the meeting room
"Good afternoon everyone I'm park jimin as y'all know, umm today is the last meeting of this collaboration maybe and let's hope that we achieve success, we've checked and observed the work of both the companies and me& Mr Kim is expecting a positive results after a week...."
"Let's start the with checking your works"
The meeting ended and everyone left for their work except you taehyung and jimin
They both were discussing something on the laptop and you were just standing their waiting for them to finish their work so that you can leave
"Y/n you can leave ik you can't stand for too long as you're getting old " Jimin said holding his laugh
"Yaa park jimin do you have a dead wish?"
Taehyung rolled his eyes being so done with you both always blabbering something or other eachother
"Ms y/n you can leave " he said looking at you both, you nodded and left the meeting room
"He's so rude URGHHHHH when this cold man will change I'm so done "
