~Y/N'S POV~
Once I heard Jungkook saying his goodbyes to my mother, I stood up and pass a hand towards him to ask for my phone, and instead of passing it back to me, he threw it over to the other bed and came running towards me in fast footsteps.
He leaped onto me, attacking me with a bear hug and the impact pushes me towards the bed behind me. Jungkook had quickly kept a hand on the back of my head to prevent it from hitting the soft material. He had connected our lips together passionately and our bodies were pressed together heatedly against the bed. His lips were warm and soft on mine, and he pulled away.
He sat me up by pulling me onto his lap and we were in a position where his arms were wrapped around me and my legs were wrapped around his waist. "Did you know your mother hopes that I'll be her son-in-law?" He questioned and I frowned.
"Wait... what?" I replied in shock and he pouted.
"What? You don't want it?" He asked, giving me the puppy eyes and pouting sadly at me.
"Of course not! I'm just surprised that my mum is going too fast with us... we're still young after all," I said, sighing at my mum's audacity.
"But is good to plan ahead," Jungkook replied with a smile and I merely rolled my eyes as he brushes his lips against mine. "Mmm... handsome son-in-law?" He murmured with a coy smile and I sighed.
"I'm sorry if my mum made you uncomfortable, she's always so-"
"No, no. Is fine, don't apologise," He said and I search his face for any lies but there weren't. "I like it."
"You... what?" I blushed abundantly as I was in disbelief. I wasn't aware of how much he loved me to the extent that he wants to marry me all of the sudden. Is my love life remarkably completed?
"You know, Ms. Jeon suits you," He suggested, slightly narrowing his eyes while giving me a lopsided grin.
"I- oh my gosh stop it. I don't want to have a heart attack on my birthday," I grumbled, trying to hide how I was enjoying it at the same time.
"Anyways, what do you want to eat for your birthday?" Jungkook changes the topic, staring at me with those loving and doe eyes. If I had to stare at something for the rest of my life, it would be his eyes. It always sparkles whenever we hold each other gazes.
"Hm? Me?"
"Yeah, you said you were hungry before. I don't want my girl to starve," He ran a tongue over his lips and I slightly downturned my head while maintaining eye contact.
"Oh- I was lying when I said I was hungry earlier," I replied and he frowned.
"What?" He said. "All of the sudden?"
"Because I'm so full with your love right now," I answered back and this time he blushes like a strawberry and lock lips with me.
"By the way, I would be busy tomorrow so we might not see each other much," He announces which made me blink in confusion.
"Why?" I asked quizzically.
"I suspect that the leader of the murderers' assistants had depleted and I'll be having Yoongi and Namjoon to follow me for a thorough investigation throughout the school," He replied. "After all, we were constituted ad hoc," He muttered under his breath and I frowned.
"So, you won't be here much tomorrow?' I murmured and he nodded. He notice my sad gaze and pinch my cheeks, a habit he had formed as he find it cute.
"Y/N, don't worry. You'll still get to see me and plus, I'll be spending the whole day with you today."
What- but I have other ideas...
"Tomorrow, just hang out with Yerim and Jimin as usual," He suggested and I nodded, wondering how I was going to escape the room and hang out with my other friends.
"Alright, take care of yourself tomorrow," I murmured reluctantly and he nodded while grinning affectionately.
