I am pushing forward into this story and decided to fast foward onto today's date and have a chappies focus on our Papii/Mama Prince today~! A lil WARNING! Michael was tired of seeing all those annoying news headline notifications with his husband's name on almost all of them. He sat in the family kitchen table with his oldest son Capprico as the young man sat on his father's right side of the table with his Apple laptop and his breakfast energy bottle drink and his The Matrix Resurrection red phone case iPhone infront of him as he types away and hangs out with his dad since breakfast. Michael sat at the foot end of the table close infront of the kitchen room as one of the home house maids Anne preparing a small breakfast plate for Prince to send up for him to try and eat.
Michael had kindly asked if she could put breakfast together for his husband and had told her that he'll send it up to his husband once she finished. It was with all of Prince and Michael, flying so much out back and forth over to Minnesota Minneapolis from a little getaway break from everything. Once coming back from the Vikings last game and a flight from there before they'd announced the official Super Bowl 2022 teams, Prince was after Michael to have a quick body thermometer test scan after the two had stepped off his private jet. Prince was told, quietly by ear, that he was tested positive for COVID. Even though BOTH the old married legends were vaccinated since October of 2021, but you still can get Covid. Prince's reaction to that news, the nurse airport woman telling him that he was tested for this virus that's still around was just his raised up and down eyebrows over his purple soft fur mask that he had on that day.
When the two had made it to their decoy car and had met up with Bill, throughout the entire ride that holiday week day was silent in the car ride. During that as the old married couple sat together in the back, the two quickly slid their fingers in between and squeezed tight as Michael knew the tightness in his husband's hold was a tiny bit of worriness and he pulled their joined hands together on his lap. With his left thumb, gently caressing the front palm of Prince's left hand. The other letting him know that he's there for him.
Once they'd made it back home and head to bed, they slept in each other's arms in company as Prince's request to help him sleep that news of him catching the virus off his mind.
Now, with the rules changing in his own damned home by his husband's doctors supervising Prince's health, Michael and he had to be separated from different bedrooms and also their two oldest kids isolated in their own bedrooms as well. Wynter has been staying with his aunt LaToya for care and motherly needs as he's noticing that his Papa's sick and Daddy's taking care of him. But both his two oldest siblings Cappri and Zen stops by at their aunt LaToya's house to spend the day or weekend with him so that Wynter wouldn't miss their parents and mostly Papa. Michael also stops by his sister's house to spend the weekend to raise his and his husband's Snowflake too to avoid any of his husband's Estate building bills calls as over the years to now, that building has became a mess. But thank God for Freddie fucking Mercury and his love still for the King of Pop's husband for donating over 3 billion dollars to Prince's Music Estate company and thank God times two for second borns~!
Over Christmas day, for Prince's present to the old married legends eldest son Capprico, Prince had passed on his Music Estate company over to Cappri to finish off the future legacy of it. Cappri had been making wonderful changes to honor the legacy of Prince's old music as the son of Nelson-Jackson. His sister Zen's Christmas gift was actually their dad Michael ALSO passing over his own Jackson Music Estate company to their oldest and ONLY daughter too~. So, THAT part was a competition between both the parent's but a bit decision making to Michael as he wanted to give his Estate company to Wynter but the Nelson-Jackson's Music Estate, which was rightly decided by ALL of the Nelson-Jackson's, is given to Wynter as he is the future bloodline legacy of the Nelson-Jackson family.
So, both the old married couple were sad about not being able to sleep in their own bedroom of their home but they were able to video call one another and talk. It's also been a good thing with permission, that Michael gets to leave covered kisses with a mask on every other day to meet and greet his husband either on Prince's cheek, forehead and lips over the mask. But the old married couple, mostly Michael, still hated being away from each other because of tested positive Covid rules.
While still sat in the kitchen with his oldest son, Michael spent his time on his phone texting away answering to Jimmy Fallon if he could do a single talk show interview with him. Fallon telling Michael, knowing that his husband is with Covid and is under lockdown, Fallon had sent his respects and from Quest and his band for Prince to get well better soon. Michael was thinking for a moment in a second to himself and kindly responded texting back to the host, accepting that he'll do a talk show interview with him tonight.
After sending his messages with the famous host, Michael had caught another news site headline notification from NBC. Michael saw his husband's name in it, again, he sighed while rolling his eyes and lays down his phone on the table, letting his son Capprico hear his slightly annoyed sigh.
"What's up, Dad?" Capprico answers first as he senses his dad's slight nerves in the chill mid morning home atmosphere from looking up his computer screen.
"Hmm?" Michael hummed questionably and softly back to his son speaking up first as he lifted up from leaning his forehead on top of his left hand with his left elbow on the table.
"It's rare to hear you sigh like that, Dad. Are you reading those taboild headlines again?" Capprico guessed as Michael looked at his son with a raised eyebrow of tiny surprise of his son guessing that but shook his his head to him. "No, they send me their tabloids. It's starting to annoy me that I keep forgetting to block or silent them."
He told his son with another sigh to himself as he lays his left side face on his right palm of his hand. "Breakfast is ready for your husband, Mr. Jackson~!" Anne told Michael from behind quickly once placing the plate tray on top of the island table closer to Michael's reach and Michael smiled at her telling her thank you.
"You want me to turn off the news briefing on your phone for you, Dad?" Capprico asked his dad kindly as he sees that his father gets up from his seat of the table, leaving his phone there to Capprico to grab for it. "Yes please, I'll be back, I gotta feed your Papa," Michael answered his son, kind of pleading as he grabs the plate tray and rushes upstairs to their bedroom with his husband's breakfast in his hand.

Prince couldn't believe it that he has this... Covid. But he'll have to admit to it that he has been feeling a little bit dizzy and so very cold since during Christmas break and New Year's.
With the passing of Betty White and another important person this Bob Saget from a family comedy tv show, Prince has been feeling pretty down when hearing that Betty White had died. Of course, he, and his husband Michael too, were one of the very few and lucky people's to meet and create a loving bonding memory with the legendary old woman of a grandma but it sounds like you could say that it hit, HARD in the back of Prince's heart and DEEP in the bottom of Michael's heart too of her death...
It's ALWAYS too saddened to hear that old people die the worst deaths in an age they haven't reacted up to as a looking forward to goal yet in their lives just makes their lives and poor precious souls even sadder. Prince even told his husband Michael that he wanted to be invited to the special old woman's funeral but it had already been prepared after New Year's and Prince was busy with spending time with his family for Christmas. So, after the second day of New Year's, Prince had sent a huge gorgeous bouquet of beautiful red roses and Betty White's favorite kind of flowers to her family for his and his husband's condolences for the loss of her.
But that's not what's been on his mind though, as he flipped himself over on his back with the bed's thick blankets covering all of him, tucked up in his armpits. He couldn't let anymore negative or upsetting thoughts bring him down even more as he is sick and didn't want to get more sick. He already has the stuffy nose, the loud coughing and slight sore throat, the common cold flu, but as Prince had years of taking care of his skin to stay glowing and soft from any old age wrinkles, this virus has made him shaking a bit from out of nowhere coldness and slight weakness. He barely has enough energy to get up or lift himself up to walk as much all around the house as he does and had been doing to keep his family home alive and running for years ever since his and his husband's first three children came into their lives. But what Prince really is thinking as he feels his tummy growl a little bit from hunger, it's been too long since his husband Michael joined him in their bed~... He misses Michael, his husband. He needs him right now to love him and comfort him with his love and breakfast~..
And speaking of the archangel, Prince hears their bedroom door give a knock and his husband Michael's head pops in with one of the double doors opening. Prince was greeted with Michael's stretched smile and speaks up first, "Mornin' Hon~. Good to see you awake~." Michael says as he steps into their bedroom with closing the door behind him, still holding the play tray of Prince's breakfast of plantmade eggs and a golden toast with a small red bowl of fresh strawberries.
Prince watches his husband walking all the way in by himself half lifted up from layed on his left shoulder side of the warm spot on their bed. As he gives another second of watching his husband Michael walking up towards him to a close by chair in their bedroom and pulls it up closer on the left edge side of their bed where Prince has covered himself back under the warm blankets and thick pillows with a graceful tiny muffled groan of tiredness. Michael chuckles at the sound of his husband's tired sickness and sets down the tray plate on top of the dresser nightstand and he sits down on the bedroom chair.
Michael leans forward to grab one of the pillows that covers his husband's face with the same smile on his lips as he looks over the pillow to meet his husband. Prince sighs and lays flat back on his back and lays his right fronthand on his forehead. Prince finally looks at his husband properly and notices that Michael wasn't wearing his mask. "Aren't you supposed to be wearing your mask and some gloves on you before you come in here, Hon...?" He asks the other husband with his low tone of his tired voice.
Michael huffs as he transfers his husband's plate of breakfast off the tray on top of the dresser table. "You forget, this is OUR home, Sweetheart. I'm not carin' about the mask rule right now," Michael swished his right hand to the last part of that saying, seriously towards his husband, but not really. "I just wanna see and help feed my husband, can you let me do that~?" Michael tells him with a mischievous little smirk on his face as he nods once over to the plate that he sat to the left of the dresser to his husband as Prince felt that his cheeks heat up a tiny bit of pink at how the way his husband really loves to take care of him the most than he does to Michael~. That's one of their favorite thing about in their married relationship. Taking care of one another and their children first, even when getting old~.
Prince blinks away his tiny pink blush to the right of the bedroom from his husband with a small smile spread on his lips this time as he starts to lift himself up from the bed as he is still covered up under the warm blankets. "I.. guess I can eat some breakfast~." Prince finally to Michael as Michael hands him over the plate of his eggs and toast.
While handing over his husband's breakfast, the two lift up to meet and greet each other's lips with happy and warm smiles on their faces~. Both hummed satisfied hums while passionate kisses were filled their bedroom. In between their morning kisses, Prince mumbles finally the words, "...I missed you, Baby~..." to his husband.
Michael steals another kiss on his husband's lips and he lets out a knowing sweet chuckle to his little sick husband's answer. "I missed you too, Honey~. Please eat~..." Michael tells his husband once again as he lays down the stillwarm plate of breakfast. The old married guitarist grabs the fork and starts eating as he was told to~.
And while some time of an half hour into 11 AM, Michael had decided that he would be spending time with his husband as he watches him finish his breakfast. During breakfast, Michael had let his husband know that he'll be out kind of late for dinner tonight over to Vegas as Jimmy Fallon had asked Michael to join him for a special talk show night for the fans and to mostly talk about their daughter's success of this teen adult tv show Euphoria and the show releasing a new season. Michael said yes to Fallon that he'll be at the host's next talk show interview and catch up with him since both he and Prince been on at the host's place since Christmas break. So they'll be missing out on each other even more until after midnight tonight until Michael comes back home.
But Michael had told his little husband Prince that he will have some company of their son as Capprico is expecting to stay home all day while their daughter Zendaya is still out right now filming new episodes for her season two of Euphoria. And Prince is also looking forward to see and greet his son to give him his meals in between time later on in the day as he is slowly recovers from an emergency booster shot that Prince was given to ever since he was tested again to double check if he was positive from Covid or not~.
But the good thing about growing too old nowadays is that you get to have the people that you love the most make them take care of you when you're ill at hard times~.
