Amin's POV----

I opened my eyes against something warm, soft and good smelling, only to find out I was in Jimin's chest; his arms wrapped around me.

How did we end up in the same bed?

Then the events of last night came inside my mind. Jimin, he was there with me and I had fallen asleep in his arms. I felt embarrassed.

I looked at his peaceful sleeping face. He looked like a prince. His face and skin and body - his everything- was flawless and perfect. I touched his face in order to re assure myself that he was really there.

My finger tips brushed against his skin.

I sighed in relief. He was not a nightmare, thankfully.

Slowly, Jimin opened his eyes and smiled. "Good morning," he said, smiling. His eyes weren't even fully opened; his fluffy blonde hair a little messed and his cheeks puffy and light pink.

My God! Park Jimin was damn gorgeous. He looked ethereal and breathtaking first thing in the morning.

"Good morning, Jimin," I said. "Staring at me first thing in the morning?" he said with an eye smile. I blushed in embarrassment. His arms were still wrapped around me. Being in Jimin's embrace made me feel warm and safe. Jimin made me feel safe.

My heart was beating so loud against my chest. I was afraid Jimin would hear it. Then he got up, with me still in his arms. He looked at me all serious. "How are you feeling now, Amin?" he asked. "I feel better than before," I told him honestly.

He hugged me tight. I looked at him, confused. "I promised myself I'd hug you tight as soon as you woke up," he whispered.

He let me go and got up from my bed and went towards the door. "Well then, go and get changed. Are you going to sit here all day, thinking about me? You need to have breakfast," he said with a smile. Then he stopped again. "Oh, and I can hear you beating heart from over here,," was all he said before he left.

I sat on my bed, dumbfounded. He could hear my heart beat from that far away. How would it have felt hearing it that near to me? I shook the thought out of my head as I went towards the bathroom to get changed.

I took a shower, did my morning routine and changed into white shorts and a black shirt.

I had left some of my clothes here. Jimin would sometimes make me stay the night when I would visit. So I decided keeping a few pairs of clothes would be better.

I went downstairs and into the dining room. Jimin got there just as I was about to sit. Even though I told him he didn't need to eat just because of me, Jimin still insisted to eat.

Since it was Sunday and Jimin had no work, we decided to spend the day at home and just chill out. We saw a movie, we ate, we played a few games and it was fun being with Jimin.

Jimin kept on holding onto me and cuddling with me during the movies. It was really cute. From what I had found out from Mina, Jimin had had this habit of cuddling with someone or something while watching TV. Jimin really was a very cute person and it made my heart warm.

Mina and Min Jun came to visit us in the evening. Eunji had gone to one of her vampire cousin's home and so she didn't visit. We had dinner together and it was really god seeing both of them. Both, Min Jun and Mina asked me if I was feeling okay and I told them I was.

We talked until midnight, when I realized it was time I went back home. Mina may have noticed it and she said, "Amin, I think it's best if you stay here with Jimin for a few days. He will keep you safe. And besides, you both need to give some time to the Pact to develop, especially Jimin. I don't think he'd be able to stay away from you. He has been extra clingy to you all day."

I thought about it. I didn't want anyone to protect me. I could do it myself. I was a grown woman and I never needed anyone to protect me. But the Pact thing was true.

I nodded and Mina smiled. I looked at Jimin, who was sitting right next to me. "I'll stay here for a few days," I said.

I and Jimin went to sleep after Mina and Min Jun left. I did my night routine and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

The next morning I woke up quite early. I took a shower and went downstairs. It was still early and Jimin wasn't up. Mi-Cha was in the kitchen.

"Good morning," she said. "Morning, Mi-Cha," I said. She had told me to not use honorifics and just call her Mi-Cha.

"I will be making breakfast for me and Jimin today," I told her. She looked at me but then saw my serious face and nodded.

I was done making breakfast after a while. Jimin still hadn't come down. Maybe, he didn't want to eat considering he was a vampire and he didn't really need to eat human food. But he always insisted on eating with me, or even just sitting with me if not eating.

I went upstairs and to Jimin's room. I knocked but there was reply. I went inside and saw Jimin sleeping on his bed. Look who's sleeping like he has never slept before. And he was the one saying "vampires don't need sleep" I scoffed and went closer.

"Jimin, wake up. Breakfast is ready," I said slowly. He just stirred in bed. "Jimin, wake up." He didn't budge. Some vampire he is; sleeping his head off.

"JIMIN!!! I TOLD YOU TO WAKE UP, SO WAKE UP RIGHT.THIS.INSTANT. YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE FOR WORK," I shouted.

Jimin's POV----

"JIMIN!!! I TOLD YOU TO WAKE UP, SO WAKE UP RIGHT.THIS.INSTANT. YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE FOR WORK," Amin shouted.

I got up and sat on the bed, looking around. Amin. She gave a satisfied smile. "Geez, Amin, you act like my eighty year old wife," I said, annoyed at her shouting. She looked angry and offended.

"Okay, so be it. Go back to sleep. I won't wake you up for breakfast and I certainly won't wake you up to go to work," she said with her arms crossed.

Cute.

I sighed and got out of bed. After changing and styling my hair, I went downstairs to eat. She was waiting for me. I got to know that she had made it. "How's it?" she asked me. "It's really good, Amin," I replied, making her smile wide.

It was almost 10 am; time for me to go work. But that'd mean that she'd be home alone. And I couldn't do that. Wait, no, what am I even thinking? It's the Pact...I guess.

"Hey, Amin, do you want to come with me?" I asked her. "You mean, like in your office?" she asked me. I nodded. She bit her lip. "Umm, Jimin, I don't know..." she trailed off.

Damn, don't bite your lip like that. It makes me go crazy.

"It will be alright, I promise," I assured her. Her eyes lit up a little and she agreed to go with me. "But, go change before we go. I don't want you to show too much skin," I told her.

She frowned. "But-" "No, Amin, I said go change," I told her in my very serious voice. She instantly nodded and left.

We reached my company. As we got inside, the receptionist, Ha-Rin, greeted us. She smiled when she saw Amin with me.

I could tell that Amin felt a little nervous, so I intertwined my fingers with hers. People gave us looks but I just smirked to myself. I had never brought a girl to work before and they thought it was odd.

My employees knew me as a cold and strict person. I had always been like that with them. I would be my usual self in office parties and gatherings, but work was different. I always made sure to keep everyone on their toes, so that they wouldn't slack off.

As we got into my office, my assistant, Ara came inside. She greeted me and Amin.

Ara was one of the very few employees here, who knew my usual self. She had been my assistant since I had become the CEO after my father. She was also one of the very few people at work, who knew I was vampire.

Ara was a few years older than me and her husband and I had known each other since high school. She always managed everything very well and I trusted her greatly. She had always helped me during my ups and downs, and I had great respect for her.

Amin's POV----

"Hi, I'm Ara; Jimin's assistant," the women said, smiling, "And you must be Amin. Jimin talks a lot about you." My eyes widened.

He talks to his assistant about me? Are they both that close? I felt a little fire burning up in my chest.

"Nice to meet you, Ara," I said finally. She shook my hand and then proceeded to talk to Jimin about his work.

I just sat there on the couch in Jimin's office. After a while, Ara left.

Jimin was all focused on his work. I had to admit, he looked so damn good while his face was all focused up.

All this time, I didn't do anything much except for staring at Jimin most of the time and using my phone.

Tike skip to after a few hours~~~

Jimin got up from his seat. He yawned, then stretched and came towards me. He crouched down to my level and smiled, his eyes turning into slits.

"Wanna go grab some lunch with me?" he asked me. "Yeah, sure," I replied.

We then left his office and got inside the lift. "Jimin, don't you grow tired of sitting all day in your office?" I asked him. He laughed a little. "I do, but I like my work. Even though I sit in my chair all day, I still like it," he told me. I didn't understand how he could like sitting in a chair all day, becoming one with the chair. Literally.

As usual, Jimin took me to a fancy place to eat. After lunch, he drove me home. I was confused. I thought I'd be staying with him all day. I guess not.

"Jimin, I thought I was going to stay with you all day," I said. "No, Amin, not anymore. I just changed my mind," he said. Odd. "Why? Did I do something wrong?"

He sighed. "No, Amin." I looked at him, confused. "Listen Amin, I didn't like the looks those people were giving you. I wanted to take their eyes out, and I could have, but I didn't," he said.

Oh, so Mr. Park Jimin was being protective of me.

Cute.

Jimin's POV----

I sighed as she went inside my house.

I swear if they look at her like that next time, I'm going to take their eyes out. And this was when I had told her to wear something that covered most of her skin. I knew something like this would happen.

She's just so beautiful and everywhere she goes, people turn their heads to stare at her. I can't help but be protective of her. After all, she doesn't just draw humans in, but vampires also.

The rest of the day went by the same. I couldn't help but think of Amin. She's so beautiful and so perfect.

I just can't control myself around her. She trusts me so much, even though I'm a vampire. And that alone is reason enough for me to keep myself in control, even though the smell of her blood drives me insane.

Finally, after hours of work, it was time to go home; time to go to her. I smiled a little.

Time skip~~~

When I got home, the aroma of food filled my nostrils. As I got inside and went towards the kitchen, Amin was standing there, cooking something. Mi-Cha was instructing her and she was doing it perfectly, considering the happy and satisfied look on Mi-Cha's face.

Just seeing her took all my stress away and I smiled. I stood there leaning on the door frame, looking at her. She was so focused she didn't even notice I was there.

Her hair was tied up in a bun and I couldn't help but ponder over the fact that she looked so cute and perfect.

"Perfectly done, Amin," Mi-Cha told her, and then she left, leaving Amin alone.

I still stood there looking at her.

After a minute of debating with myself, I slowly approached her after admiring her. "What are you making, Amin?" I said as I back hugged her and took her scent in. It calmed me down. "You smell good."

"Oh, hi Jimin, you're back. I'm trying this new dish Mi-Cha told me," she said. She looked so passionate while cooking. "Well then, I can't wait to taste it," I told her.

I saw her smile, before she said, "Now, Jimin, go change and then come downstairs to eat." I nodded and left to change.

Time skip to after dinner~~~

"Dinner was so good, Amin," I told her. She grinned. "I can't wait for the next time you bless me with your amazing cooking. To be completely honest, this was the first time in my entire life I've wanted to eat human food this bad." She smiled wider.

"I'm glad you liked it," she said.

After that we just talked and watched some TV, before going to sleep.
