I got a call from Latrelle. He was wincing and breathing hard.
"What's wrong, Latrelle?" I asked getting concerned.
"Cesar pulled a gun on me.."
The next morning..
Oscar and Cesar were in Cesar's room. I walked in.
"YOU PULLED A GUN ON LATRELLE?!"
"HE PULLED A GUN ON ME!"
"Look.. I care about both of you. I wish you could just get along." I said crossing my arms.
"Well it won't be that way"
"Tell Olivia happy birthday for me. Jamal and I won't be there."
"Why?"
"Reasons I can't talk about" I said leaving. I got dressed and went to Jamal's house.
We ended up leaving for the hospital to visit Chivo.
Later on..
I was at Jamals house again. We were listening to Lil Ricky's old rhymes.
At the football field later on we started digging. The money was at the football field. We were sure of it. We dug for hours and hours.
"It's on the other side"
"Shit" I said.
I texted Olivia because now she was supposed to be having her dance.
"Have fun, Olivia! You probably look beautiful tonight."
"Thanks, Jayde. I know we aren't that close but I hope to be soon."
Jamal and I went on the other side of the field and started digging. He found it. The money. We started riding our bikes. We saw ambulances go past us. We went the opposite way of them. I stayed the night at his house.
