The next day, Lisa left for work and entered the set location, which was at a movie theater this time. The theater was emptied of all other people, although there were a lot of extras waiting inside to film.
When she arrived, she sat down in her usual spot next to the director, looking around and seeing Seo-ah sitting not too far away, reading her script.
Meanwhile, Christina was nowhere in sight, which Lisa found quite weird. She had wanted to clarify some things with her today.
Several minutes later, it was two minutes before the set time to start filming, but Christina had still not arrived. Director Liu stood up, looking around with his eyebrows tightly knit together.
"Have any of you seen Christina yet?! Where is she?" He screamed through his speaker, and everyone shook their heads as they looked around as well.
Seo-ah looked around, also a little surprised. Director Liu was also getting impatient as he pulled out his phone and dialed Wu's number.
After a few silent seconds in the large movie theater, he angrily hung up the call, screaming to his assistant, "Call her company! What is she doing?! Not showing up without even telling us."
Beneath the ground inside the Jennie's mansion, Christina slowly blinked her eyes open, taking a while before she got used to the dim lighting inside the room.
Christina knit her eyebrows together, wondering where she was. This wasn't her room. After a few seconds, she realized that she was not alone inside this room, and she looked up, her eyes meeting with Jennie Ruby Jane Kim.
"Who are..." Then, Christina's eyes widened slightly as she remembered who this woman was, "You're Lisa's girlfriend!"
Jennie's face darkened as she bent down, narrowing her eyes, "WIFE. Get it right."
Christina furrowed her eyebrows together, looking around at the dark and cold room she was in, and she was laying on the cold ground, sending chills through her entire body. "Where are we?"
Jennie scoffed, "You mean where are you? This is my house."
Christina looked around the tiny space, scrunching her nose up in distaste, "Your house? Well. . ."
Although Christina did not complete her sentence, the look on her face exposed her inner thoughts. However, Jennie did not really care about her thoughts and she did not want to waste any time on her as well, so she bent down and simply said.
"I told you to stay away from Lisa, but you didn't seem to understand, so I will tell you again. I am certain that after today, you won't dare go bother her ever again."
Jennie then turned around and walked out of the room, and two other men entered, both of them tall and strong, "Make sure you don't attack her face. After all, that's what she lives on," Jennie commanded with a smile before leaving the room.
Christina was left alone with the two men inside the cold area.

When Christina woke up, she was somehow inside her own room again with the blanket covering her as if nothing had happened.
The afternoon sun shone into the room, and she pushed herself up, her entire body sore and burning with pain. However, when she rolled up her sleeves and her pants, there were no marks on it. And, there was absolutely no clues or evidence of what had just happened except for the pain only she felt, and it made her wonder if it had all been a dream.
However, when she struggled to stand up and saw the slip of paper resting on her nightstand, she knew that it hadn't been a dream.
The paper read: 'Remember what I said.'
Right after she read it, the paper burst into flames, catching her by surprise. She stumbled back, losing her balance and falling down onto the bed again with a thumb as she watched the tiny slip of paper set on fire, burning into nothing as the flames disappeared as well.
What type of magic was that?! She must be seeing things!
Christina grabbed her phone and looked at the time and date, and she gasped when she realized that she was late for filming already. Half a day late! And it was all because of that woman! She would certainly get back at her.
There was no way she would let that tiny woman run away after doing this to her. With her fans and influence, she would certainly put that woman to jail!
As she hurriedly entered the restroom, Christina heard her phone ring so she ran back to her bedroom, hissing in pain and picked up her phone. It was her assistant.
"I know, I know. An accident happened to me so I'm late. Tell the director I'll be there in half an hour."
The assistant did not reply for several seconds, and she stuttered several times before finally saying, "Chris, don't go to the filming set. Come to the company and hurry!"
The tone in Ynna Mu's voice made Christina uneasy as she knit her eyebrows together and asked, "What happened? Why -"
"Ah, just come and hurry!" Then, Ynna hung up, leaving Christina in confusion as she stared at her phone until it turned dark and closed.
Christina quickly changed and put on sunglasses and a mask before leaving her house. The company was not too far away, and she arrived within twenty minutes. However, once she arrived, she knew that something was wrong.
Outside the company, a large group of people were gathered in front, all holding signs that she could not read. She frowned, wondering how her fans figured out that she was coming. How was she going to enter the company with all these fans crowded outside?
Ah, troubles of being too popular. Christina put on a hat that covered her upper face and parked the car a distance away from the group of fans, trying to get out of the car and enter the company. However, once she shut the door, one of the fans noticed her and immediately pointed at her, screaming to the others of her arrival.
At once, they all began charging towards her, and Christina quickly hid back into the car, locking the doors and quickly driving away. As she watched the fans, she frowned as she noticed something wrong with their reaction.
Shouldn't they all be surprised and excited about seeing her? Why did they seem... angry? The sports car quickly charged away, and she roughly saw one of the signs, and she seemed to read the word 'ban', but she couldn't be sure.
As she drove away from the company, she angrily called her assistant, "Ynna, what are you doing?! There are so many people outside the company! How am I supposed to get in?"
"Oh, they still haven't left yet! Why don't you go to the underground parking lot then." Christina sighed annoyedly and hung up without another word, turning back around to go park in the underground parking ground.
After shutting the door, she took the elevator up to the top floor, where the meeting room was. Christina was late to filming and they wanted to hold a meeting? What for?!
She walked into the meeting room and couldn't hide the shock when she saw a ton of people inside, including her agent, the manager of her department, and even the director.
They all turned to look at her as she walked in, and she felt a little uncomfortable as shesat down in the chair, "What is this meeting for? I'm late to filming -".
"Why were you late to the filming?" Her agent immediately asked her. Her agent was a middle-aged woman, and she was a very strict and serious woman, which was shown in the same black suit she wore every day and the box glasses she wore over her narrow eyes.
". . " Christina didn't know how to phrase it.
"Oh, I was kidnapped by the wife of Lisa Kim, who by the way is the author of the book that was adapted into the film I am starring in right now. She brought me to her house and had people hit me, but there are no bruises or scars on any part of my body but yes, they hit me. And then they sent me back to my room somehow, and when I woke up, it was already noon." Yes, if she said that they would totally believe her - Of course she couldn't say that!
"Something happened and I couldn't make it. You guys will know about it later."
This only made her agent more mad as she slammed her fist onto the table, "Then what about the news?"
Christina frowned, "What news? Ms. Yang, do you have to be so mad just because I was a little late for one day? Couldn't they film the other scenes first?"
Yang did not calm down because of what she said, but instead opened up her phone and tossed it across the table, "You tell me what news."
Christina was confused and angry as she snatched the phone and looked at the article that was opened. At once, her face fell.
"Superstar Idol Christina Wu is a Rapist & Pedophile?"
