Kartik nodded in no nd started sobbing...naira held him.

Naira cut him off in between nd said..
NAIRA:Chup.. ekdam chup🤫...mene tumse kaha na ki ajj jo bhi hua usmei tumhari koi galti nhi h..fir tum kyu khud ko blame kr rhe ho...nd one more thing tum abse akele nhi ho..mei hu na tumhare pas...tum mujhse kbhi bhi kuch bhi share kr skte ho..I'll always be there for u...toh aaj se hum best friends..jai veeru types..okk?
He nodded nd smile wholeheartedly....
Kartik was overwhelmed nd feeling blessed to hv naira as his best friend...Naira was also happy to see him smiling... Unknown to both of them, they had started feeling something for each other (more than friendship)

Naira nodded nd they started to work...naira went with him to show his cabin which was attached to her cabin(separated by a glass wall) nd explained him his work for today.
They both started working. In between glancing at each other,when the other one was not noticing.

As it was a half day in the office, everyone went except kartik nd naira...Naira was impressed seeing kartik's dedication towards his work...she realized it has been lunch time...so she went to kartik to call him to join her for lunch..
NAIRA:(coming towards his cabin)Kartikk...
KARTIK:(getting up) Yes mam..apko kuch kaam tha...
NAIRA: firse mam(bit strictly,but with a smile)
KARTIK(holding his ears cutely):Sorry..agli baar se dayan rkhunga...promise...
NAIRA:Ok...but tum mujhe mere naam se h bulaoge, except jb koi office ka employee saamne ho..nd yeh aap-aap krke kyu bula rhe ho..best friends mei dono equal hote h..koi chota bada nhi...abse tum mujhe tum khe ki h bulana..hmm.
Kartik nodded nd they both smiled looking at each other...naira held kartik's hand nd took him to her cabin nd made him sit on the couch...she brought her tiffin nd sat beside him...nd told him...
NAIRA:Aaj tum lunch nhi laye naa...tum mere sath lunch kroge...mene khud bnaya h...
KARTIK:Thank u so much bff...but mujhe bhuk nhi h..mei ghar ja ke kuch kha lunga..tum khalo...mera thoda kaam pending pda h vo krke chala jaunga...
NAIRA:Nhi mujhe kuch nhi sunna...tum mere sath hi khaoge...aur kaam kal kr lena..abhi jaldi se muh kholo...
Kartik opened his mouth nd naira made him eat with her own hands...he felt so overwhelmed that he didn't even realize when a lone tear escaped his eyes...naira become worried nd quickly wiped his tear,which brought kartik back out of his thoughts...
NAIRA:Kya hua kartik...tum ro kyu rhe ho..khana acha nhi bna kya..spicy h?...tumhe kuch aur khana h toh mei tumhare liye kuch manga du(panicked nd worried)
Kartik suddenly hugged her...she was surprised but still wrap her arms around him nd caressed his hairs nd asked him to tell what had happened to him...
KARTIK(staying in the hug):Mujhe kbhi kisine itne pyar se nhi khilaya...maa ka pyar toh bhagwaan ne meri kismat mei likha h nhi...vishwas nhi ho rha mujhe ki meri life mei bhi koi h jo meri care krta h...tum hmesha mere sath rhogi na..mujhe chodke toh ni jaogi??
Naira broke the hug and held his face in between her palms nd assured him...
NAIRA:Nhi..mei kbhi tumhe chodke nhi jaungi..hmesha tumhare pas rhungi...aur rhi baat pyar se khilane ki toh uski toh tum adat daal lo..kyunki abse roz mei tumhe apne haatho se khilaungi...tum kal se apna lunch mat lana.. mei hum dono ke liye ikathe h khana laungi...
Kartik denied first, but naira insisted a lot so at last, he agreed....he was vry happy spending time with naira.
They both finished there lunch with naira feeding him like a baby...nd hugged each other, bidding bye nd went home..
