We just got to my moms house and I was so tired. Tomorrow was the court day which I am totallyyyy excited for. I don't want to be there but apperantly I'm required to go. Alex is gonna go with me for support even tho I don't need it. I laid on my bed with Alex and Jazzlyn then immediately fell asleep. The next morning I woke up to Jazzlyn crying so I got up and held her. It was 1 in the afternoon and Alex was still asleep

Y - can you change Jazzlyn's diaper

Y - i have to start getting ready

I kissed his cheek and got up to do my morning routine. I did my makeup then put half of my hair in a high ponytail. I got dressed into this⬇⬇⬇

I put her in the car seat and we waited for Alex to come out

We waited until mom came downstairs in a tight long sleeve dress
Y - mom dads gay now you don't have to look nice

We walked out to my moms Cadillac SUV then Alex put Jazzlyn in. Anthony drove, mom sat in the passenger side, me and Alex sat in the middle row and Manuel sat in the very back. We went to Gala's first to drop of Jazzlyn then we went to court. We all got down and I was holding Alex's hand. We went inside and sat down in the court room. It was kinda empty but that was ok since we had to be there earlier. Time passed by and it was about to start. Me Alex and my brothers were sitting behind my mom and the lawyer. My dad looked at us and waved but I just rolled my eyes. Honestly I was kinda bored I was hoping for there to be drama. The judge called me and manuel up
Judge - you guys are the children of Mr and Mrs y/l/n correct?
Y/Ma - yes
Judge - and do you want to have visit times with your fathter
Ma - no
Y - fuck no I don't even live here anymore I live in LA with my boyfriend and my child
Judge - and you Manuel
Ma - I just don't want to see him not since he left us
Judge - that is right he did make the choice to leave therefore the mother shall get everything including the kids the money the house and whatever else you split case closed *hits hammer thing*
I hugged Manuel then went to my mom and hugged her. Alex put his arm around me
M - *sings* we get the house and the moneyyy...how about we go celebrate at somewhere nice
Y - yes please
M - great let's go
We all got in my moms truck
M - do you want to go get Jazzlyn first
Me and Alex looked at each other and he shook his head
Y - no were good
M - ok then
She drove us to a steakhouse so we got down. After awhile they sat us at a table and we ordered. I was taking pictures with Alex and we were laughing. I was sitting in between my mom and Alex (your in a booth and Alex is on the outside your mom is on the inside your in between them Manuel and Anthony sit across)
M - aren't you cold in that shirt
Y - very but beauty is pain
She grabbed my shirt then pulled it down making me flinch and I felt her touch the bandage. I was hoping she didn't feel it
M - what is that
Y - what
M - under your shirt
Y - my bra
She tried pulling up my shirt but I pulled it down
Y - MOM STOP!
She stared at me then stopped. I looked around and everyone was staring
Y - I'm gonna go to the bathroom
I looked at Alex and he got out so I got out right after him. I speed walked to the bathroom
Alex's POV
All of us were kinda surprised
A - I'm gonna go check on her real quick
I walked to the bathroom and waited outside

I fixed my makeup and hair then took a few pictures. I walked out and stopped when I saw Alex on his phone
A - *puts phone in pocket* are you good baby
Y - *nods*
A - come here
He hugged me so I wrapped my arms around his waist. We rocked back and forward
A - ok come on
He put his arm around me and we went back to the table. We sat down and talked like normal. Our food came so we ate like normal anad my mom paid. We got everything then walked out and thats when my mom pulled up my shirt. I was caught off guard so it took me a minute to pull it down
Y - MOM!
M - WHAT THE FUCK IS ON YOUR STOMACH!
Y - NOTHING!
I started walking away but she pulled me by the wrist and that hurt like hell
Y - OW!
I pulled my arm back and held it
M - YOUR ARM TOO! ARE YOU FUCKING CUTTING YOURSELF?!
She looked at Alex
M - YOUR LETTING HER DO THAT?!-
Y - it's not Alex's fault it's mine
An - what the fuck did you do to her Alex
A - nothing
An - I'm gonna beat your ass
He was walking towards Alex so I pulled Alex behind me
Y - ANTHONY STOP! I CUT MYSELF WHEN ALEX WAS GONE! I WAS OVERWHELMED AND MY MIND WAS BEING FILLED WITH THINGS ALSO JAZZLYN WAS CRYING LIKE CRAZY AND I YELLED AT HER! *cries* I YELLED AT MY DAUGHTER FOR CRYING!
They stared at me
Y - me and Alex are fucking leaving but not with you
I grabbed Alex hand then we walked past them
M - y/n...Y/N! YOUR A FUCKING MINOR I CAN CALL THE COPS AND BRING YOU BACK HOME SINCE YOUR NOT MARRIED TO ALEX!
I stopped walking then turned around and walked up to her. I was in her face
Y - do it and I'll slit my throat in your own god damn house I'd much rather that then live another moment with you
Everyone was quiet so I turned back around and grabbed Alex's hand. We walked away out of there sight
A - now what
Y - we get an uber and stay at your mom's house until our flight
A - or we go to a hotel and have a room to ourselves while Jazz stays with my mom
Y - only if she's ok with it
A - she will be
