( Lorelai POV )
I woke up to a nightmare and quickly checked the time.
3:56.
I haven't had a nightmare in a while- just talking about that again makes...
Oh no.
I cried, acted vulnerable around him.
No! That can't happen again and I won't let it.
I got from under the blanket and looked at Nalaya one last time before changing into some gym clothes.
I sat the baby monitor down and grabbed my phone and the headphones before making my way to the gym which is also a boxing ring.
I shuffled my library and started doing exercises.
20 squats .
20 push ups .
5 miles on the treadmill .
10 sit-ups .
10 on the jump rope .
10 crunches .
and 10 jumping jacks.
I did some stretches and other exercises on the machines.
Once I finished I moved to the bag and started punching it.

I chanted that in my head until I zoned out.
* YOU'RE WEAK! " a guard said to me.
" I'm ten!! " I yelled which was a mistake because I felt a shock on the back of my neck.
I screamed and there was water poured on me- extremely cold water.
and now i'm shivering.
" GET UP! " I slightly flinched and hesitantly tried to get up.
Apparently I took too long because my shirt was grabbed tightly and I was pushed into a wall.
" you're weak.. say it "
* silence *
I felt him biting my ear.
" STOP!! " I yelled and tried to move away but was grabbed by my waist.
" Say it "
* again silence *
" you asked for it " he said and I heard a belt being taken off.
No not again!! I thought.
I kept punching the bag until I felt my hands being pulled away and I kicked the person under their legs.
I closed my eyes tightly and opened them to see Jace on the ground.
" i'm so sorry " I said helping him up and looked up to see everybody looking at me in shock.
I turned around and the bag was on the ground with sand coming out of it.
When did the bag fall-
or break.
I looked down at my hands and they were bloody and becoming bruised.
" Sorry did I wake anybody? " I asked looking at them and nobody replied so I sat down where I was trying to slightly catch my breath.
" No.. " mom said and I nodded.
" we're going on vacation " she added on excitedly.
" that's nice, have fun " I said smiling at her.
" it's a family vacation " she said.
" where are you guys going? " I asked standing up.
" we're going to Dubai " she said emphasizing the we're.
" Why today? " I asked narrowing my eyes at dad.
" Because we could all use a break and be together as a family " he said and Emilio came next to me cleaned off my hands.
" oh "
" yeah so go pack " Oliver said excitedly.
" Invite your friends and her kid too! oh and Natalie " Jace said.
" I hate you " I said walking past them but purposely bumping his shoulder.
" I love you too! " he yelled to which I heard.
( Third Person POV )
" Who's Natalie? " mom asked Jace.
" That's Aurora's friend " Jace said casually.
" Dad did you go to sleep last night? " Oliver asked seeing the bags under his eyes.
Before he could lie their mom spoke.
" No! and he will when we get on the jet, and when we get there " she said sternly.
They had already packed a little last night after their dad came to them with the news.
Giovanni planned on them being there for about a week.
" why did she have to make me fall so hard " Jace groaned and walked away.
Mom laughed and followed him so she could go make breakfast.
" She killed it " Oliver said wiping fake tears making them look at him weirdly.
He pointed to the punching bag and walked out.
" How are you feeling? " Elias asked him and he was okay- well physically.
He still couldn't get over the news and he didn't know how to tell them.
But it's not his job and he doesn't feel the need to- he wants her to tell them on her account.
" I'm actually doing well " he said after tuning back into the conversation.
Elias and Emilio didn't believe him but didn't speak on it.
They discussed the Mafia as they walked out and made their way to the kitchen.
( Lorelai POV )
I got out of the shower and did my after shower routine before putting on my clothes.
I went to my dresser and pulled out a outfit for the girls and threw it on the bed.
I grabbed a suitcase and a duffel bag for me and the girls clothes.
Wait I don't even know how long we're staying- I'll be sure to ask.
I packed four outfits for all of us and put it by the closet door.
I gently sat on the bed and put Nalaya's clothes on her.
" you are not sleep " I said playfully.
This girl tried it.
I saw her open her eyes.
" and your smiling! " I said tickling her and she started laughing.
" Good morning " I said picking her up and grabbed my phone before going downstairs.
" Ready to go get your sister? "
" No! "
Didn't think she'd reply but okay.
I got downstairs and mom was fixing plates.

It's been thirty minutes and we've been sitting here having different conversations.
I quickly looked at my phone and it was 10:30.
I found out we're leaving in a few hours and we're going to be there for five to seven days which isn't really specific.
" I have to go get Tahani " I said standing up.
" Come on Oliver- you can drive " I said throwing the keys at him and they hit his head.
" sorry " I laughed and walked out with Nalaya in my head.

We had finally pulled up to the house and before we got out i spoke.
" you and Noel aren't even discreet "
Aww he tensed.
" What? "
" Sure let's play dumb " I said sarcastically and got out to get Nalaya.
I started walking to the door and Oliver walked up next to me.
I opened the door and we were greeted with silence.
" Y'ALL FINNA MAKE ME WALK ALL THE WAY BACK THERE? " I yelled questionably and walked to Auroras room.
I handed Oliver Nalaya before he went to wherever he was going and walked into her room.
" LORELAI! "
" Shit "
" what? " I asked confused- ohhh.
" We all have the same body parts but I came to tell you that we're going on a family vacation and I would like to invite you four so.. " I added as they were trying to put their clothes on.
" Lorelai get out "
" Don't nobody wanna look at y'all " i said defensively and left the room.
I went to the kitchen and did me some TikToks- missed doing those.
" now here's my scandal.. I wanna get you home- " I sang along while dancing to the tiktok.
" Lorieeee! " Noel yelled from behind me.
" Hi! " I said turning around and hugged him.
" if you're looking for Tahani she's in her old room with Camila "
" Yeah, thank you "
" oh so we're going on a family vacation and I'm inviting you four so please get packed because we're leaving later " I added on before I made another tiktok.
