The day dragged on rather slowly. It was still a learning experience, it was just not as enjoyable without your pro hero level skills.

"We will be training your ultimate moves for the provisional license exam." Aizawa explained. "The passing rate is 50% so you will have to work hard so you can be part of that."

"Did Y/N have a signature move?" Midoriya asked as his hand shot up into the air.

"That's right. Of course, she had multiple, but there were the precious few that she always used." Ectoplasm paused for a moment and looked up. "She actually used one of the ones that she never uses on villains in the city during the battle with All For One."

The class went silent. Not the normal silent, but a silence with a certain level of uncomfortableness in the air.

"Anyways." Ectoplasm cleared his throat. "You can each have your own area in the training grounds to create your ultimate moves. That is all."

The class scattered and began practicing.

Todoroki fidgeted around with his ice, being careful not to make a glacier too large that it would break the roof and injure his classmates. But it wasn't hard to tell he was a bit absent minded.

"Todoroki-san?"

He looked over to Yaoyorozu, her face curious as she gazed upon him. "You seem... lost. Is something the matter?" Todoroki responded with silence at first, then turned and answered, "I'm simply being careful not to hurt anybody."

Jirou walked up next to Yaoyorozu and raised a brow with her arms folded in front of her. "He's distracted. Distracted with something else." She observed with her finger digging into her cheek.

Todoroki put his hand on one of the glaciers he made and shut his eyes, trying to copy what you did at the sports festival, but it just langes at his head like a bad memory and he made a hand imprint in the ice. Dammit.

His eyes darted around the room, seeing everyone working very hard, but he wasn't seeing the same energy they had at the camp.

He recalled a moment from back at the camp. It wasn't directed to him, he was sure, but it was beautiful nonetheless. He had heard the withering of the tree behind him and he peered into the forest, c the dried up trunks of the distant wood.

He saw the huge bubble gathered above the tree line, separating and dancing around in the air like butterflies.

You always seemed like you thought of yourself as destruction. As a parasite that destroyed anything in your path. But he saw your creation, and he wanted to see it again. For some strange reason.

"Todoroki."

Todoroki's ears perked up and he looked over at Aizawa. "You're not good at hiding your disturbance..." He eyed Todoroki for a moment before averting his gaze and walking away to another student.

Todoroki's eyes went soft and he looked at his frosted over hand. He wasn't known for showing his emotions so obviously on his face... other than confusion, but he wasn't quite aware of that part. So, why was he now?

Finally, school was over and Todoroki, Uraraka, Iida, and Midoriya met up in front of the school. "I heard you three went to the Development Studio." Todoroki remarked. The three shared awkward glances and shrugged. "Yeah... I wanted to upgrade my costume." Midoriya said.

"So where was that cafe again?" Uraraka wondered as she scanned Midoriya's phone with her brown eyes.

"Kuroiro-san told me it was about a 5 minute walk, so we shouldn't need to pay for a taxi." Todoroki stepped forward and the rest followed.

"There it is. Kizuki Cafe."

They walked inside and heard the jingle of the bell above the glass door, the soft chatter of the customers and workers echoing through their ears.

"Welcome!" A woman with dark hair and friendly eyes smiled at the four. "What would you like today?"

"Um, just four teas please." Midoriya responded. "Also, did Y/N come here sometimes?"

The woman froze, her finger hovering over the 3 on the cash register. "Yes, she did. But after the All For One incident, she simply said this. Well, not said, per se." The woman knelt down, disappearing behind the counter, then stand up again with a small light blue sticky note in her palm.

She held it out in front of them and they leaned over to read it.

Dear Kizuki Cafe,
I'm sorry, but I won't be visiting as often as I usual do. No need for explanation. Stay safe.
Y/N

Iida pursed his lips as he neatly folded his arms in front of him. "She's looking out for you. As any pro hero would and should."

Todoroki examined how you wrote your name. Your signature. The swirly letters curling around each other as you did with autographs. No one was able to ever duplicate it. It was authentic.

"I see."

The woman slid their teas across the counter and Midoriya placed some yen on the counter. "If you like, you can continue coming each day. There's a chance that she'll stop by." The woman paused. "Although, yesterday she ordered something."

"Ordered something? Did the delivery person see her?"

The woman shook her head slowly. "No... It just stated 'second bench left to the Sakura tree in Justice Park.' But when my deliver boy went over there, no one was there. He placed the plastic bag there, but the moment he looked away and looked back again, the bag was gone."

Todoroki put his hand on his chin. The old 'shambles' trick she uses. "I see. Thank you." He bowed his head and walked out with his tea in hand.

"You seem confident about something." Midoriya observed, to which Todoroki nodded.

"We aren't doing room presentations without Y/N, right?" Ashido asked, to which the girls nodded. "It'll be boring without her unintentional humour!" Hagakure exclaimed as her sleeves flapped around in exaggeration.

Tsu looked over at the four that went to the cafe. "You guys went to the cafe Y/N-chan likes, right? Did you figure out anything?"

Uraraka shook her head with a frown. "The woman working there was really nice, and she said we could come everyday if we wanted to. She told us Y/N still ordered drink occasionally, but she sent them an odd address."

"Odd address?" Kaminari looked up in a moment of thought, then back at Uraraka. "Like... 'Dumpster Street' odd?"

"No, no. Like, 'second bench to the right of the All Might statue' odd."

Yaoyorozu tapped her chin. "But they never saw her?" Midoriya sighed. "No. They'd looked away for a singular moment and then look back, seeing the order gone."

Aizawa came into the dorm building, seeing everyone's serious expressions. "What's happened?" He asked in a rather dismissive tone as he assumed that it wasn't really anything important.

"Have you seen Y/N?"

He soon saw that it was. "I actually haven't. At first I assumed she was recovering from her injuries in the hospital, or maybe in her room. But both have been checked and she's at neither. Her room actually in an... odd state."

Kaminari sighed. "Everything about Y/N is odd right now, isn't it?"

Aizawa let his eyes travel to Todoroki, who was half into the conversation, half looking at his phone—no pun intended. "Todoroki, come with me."

Todoroki slowly put down his phone on the coffee table and stood up to follow Aizawa.

He was led into the school and up three sets of stairs. He knew you lived at the school, he just didn't know that you were in such a secluded area. He just assumed that you were just amongst the classes or something along those lines.

"Here." Aizawa motioned to a wooden door with little pieces chipped off. It was at the very top floor of UA, where no student really goes, but it was where one of the faculty rooms were and Principal Nezu's office.

Todoroki reached out for the doorknob but immediately recoiled and held his hand in his other; the door was so cold. He looked into his palm, thankful he didn't get frostbite and reached out to the doorknob again, this time with his right hand.

He slowly twisted the doorknob and once he opened the door, he couldn't believe what he saw.

The entire room was frozen over, starting from the bed and ending right before it touched the light of your room. Beneath the ice encased over your bed, the bed sheet was stained with blood. None of it had melted at all, oddly enough, especially because of the fact that the sun was peeking through the window and hitting the ice.

"What... happened?"
