Today is the day of the funeral which I did not want to go to. I slept at my house with Jazzlyn and Alex last night. I got woken up by my mom shaking the life out of me

With black heels. I straightened my hair and did my makeup then woke up Alex

We walked outside to my moms porch SUV. Alex put Jazzlyn in then sat in the middle next to her so I sat on top of him. Manuel sat next to us and Anthony sat in the front with my mom. We started driving then Manuel hit my arm lightly

Y - oh yeah uh guys Manuel wants to go stay with me and Alex in LA for a bit

Ma - when you guys go back then I can fly back home
M - how long are you staying there
Y - a week?

An - isn't it weird that we are going to our dads grandmas funeral

I pushed his head making him laugh. We got to the funeral place so we all got down. As soon as we walked inside everyone came up to us. People that I didn't even know came and congratulated us on our baby

I pulled Alex and we sat 5 rows back from the front. My favorite cousin Asia came and sat by us. I let her hold Jazz then she gave her back. She was telling me about the stuff that had gone down since I left. It was stupid arguments between the parents about who was getting stuff. The ceremony started so of course we were respectful and listened. It was pretty boring and Jazz had woken up so me and Alex walked to the little lounge area. We were on our phones until the service ended then I gave Jazz to Alex. There were a bunch of people crying but I barely even knew this lady so it didn't effect me. I walked to my mom
M - do you guys want to go out to eat

Just then I heard a familiar voice and I looked at my mom

I turned in the direction Anthony was looking in and there he was. The person that left us for another dude without even saying goodbye or anything. I felt my breathing start to increase as we made eye contact. I could see in his eyes that he didn't care about us anymore like he felt nothing. My dad was my best friend for the longest time and to have him just leave really hurts. He started walking towards us and I saw a guy following behind him holding his hand. Hell no. I started getting more mad with every step he took towards us. He stopped in front of me
