Jordan two delta's pov :
It was another beautiful morning in the island. I woke up and saw 5 a.m. i brushed and took a quick shower . I went out and saw echo out of his room .
"Hi good morning " echo said with a smily face.
"Good morning "i said and he hugged me.
The sun is shining brightly today . I went out and saw some of our people exercising. I started to roam around .
I was roaming around about 30 mins and I went quiet far from our cabins. I heard some sniffles . I took my gun out..I always carry gun for special reasons .I hold it in position. I tiptoed towards the direction from where the sound was coming from. It from.behind bushes. I carefully went there and slowly removed the bushes with my other hand and still keeping the gun pointed to that bush with left hand . (A/N : Scarlett Johansson is left handed 😉)
I saw a small girl crying sitting beside the tree. She looked at me and flinched seeing gun in my hand .I put it in my pocket and she tried to run away. I hold her hand quickly .
"No lewve me. Dwnt kill me...pwlase" the little girl said and cried . I still hold her hand. She looks like 1 year old or 1 and half years old.
"I won't hurt u...whats ur age ?" I asked .
She hold up two little fingers of her . I loosed her hands to see if she runs away but she stood there and sniffled.
"Where is ur mom and dad ?" I asked .
"Thwy lweft mw .And said I am wrthless me swhould die " she said which caused my heart to break.
She is beautiful baby with blue eyes , rosy cheeks , small lips , button nose .
"Ok come with me..I won't hurt u" i said ...And hold out index finger of mine . She hold it with her small hands . It felt so good. She could not walk properly i noticed . I saw a large cut on her knee.
"How did that happen?" I asked .
"I fwell dwon"she said and cried .
I picked her and wiped her tears . She doesn't weigh like 2 years old .She weighs not more than 10 months old...She is frail and very small.
"Don't cry...U are a strong girl" i said which made her stop crying and smile a bit .
Her smile is so angelic . I took her to my cabin . Echo looked at us .She clinged my shirt when she saw echo.
"Hi , who is she ?" He asked and she out her head on my crook of neck .
I told echo everything .
"Oh that's great!! She is cute...She has become so much close to u..So what are u thinking to do with her ?" Echo asked .
"Don't know . For now I am taking her to my room . She has got hurt." I said and took her to my room.
I made her sit on the bed and grabbed medicine box and applied a ointment .
"Ouch !!"She cried in pain.
"Don't cry baby girl" i said and realised what I said...I said her baby girl which made her smile.
"Oww ...It hurts" she said ...I stroked her hair .Her blonde hair was so fluffy .
After doing her bandage . She hugged my neck. I felt so much love with her. Such a small baby...How can someone abandon her?
I again picked her up. Her stomach growled .
"U hungry?" I asked .
"Yeah . " She said while holding her stomach.
"Did they give u enough food?" I asked looking at her small , frail body .
"Nw . Thwy didnt gwve mw food dawily...soem dwys...I didnt eat fwr fwur days . " She said ...
Omg!! She didnt eat for four days...
"So waig ..I will bring u some food ." I said and headed to the kitchen . I made some food.
I came back and fed her. She ate it all slowly. I decided to take her to the doctor .
"Where are u taking me?" She asked .
"To the doctor . To do ur health checkup ." I said
She stretched her arms out and hinted to pick her up . I did that . She hold my neck tight and put her head down. I missed her head .
We then went to the doctor ..He took a test .
And the results came..It said.
"She is not ok. Due to not eating enough from childhood ,she is weak and frail. Maybe her mom didn't take much care of her. She is two year old but has body of 10 months old baby. She needs to feed baby formula or breastmilk which will give her nourishment she needs. So its upto u ma'am. What u want to do with her..Are u even keeping her with u?" The doctor asked .
"Ok..." I said .
I brought some baby food, baby formulas , her shirts , pants ,pacifiers , and breastfeeding tablets too. I wasn't sure about breastfeeding but seeing the baby's face i could not resist myself. If I can make her health and life better why not? I would put her on formulas and when I feel ok i would breastfeed . Wait!! Am I turning into a mom? I was cut off from my thought by the baby's crying .
"Hey hey...What happened ?" I asked .
"Scary dream" she said.
It was 3 p.m. and she was taking a nap on my lap.
"Ok don't worry baby.i am here . No one will hurt u" i said and she snuggled into my chest .
"U no lwve me?" She asked with her face still burying in my chest.
I was a bit confused ...But her innocence made me say this
"No baby . I won't leave u..I am here with u forever..U are mine " i said and she smiled .
"Whats u r name baby?" I asked .
"Mw dwnt have a name" she said .
I felt so bad..They even didn't give her a name.
"So let me name u...Umm...y/n ...U are my y/n " i said and she smiled again . Aww she is a pure angel.
It was 3 :30 p.m. almost and I took the tablet. It would take 3 days the doctor said .
"U pwly with me" she said holding a ball.
"Yeah...Come"i said and we played till the evening.
"Now it's dark baby..Let's go home " i said . She looked at me in shock.
"Hwme?" She asked .
"Yeah our home..." I said and she smiled. I picked her up and kissed her head .
I saw echo while going to my room.
"Hi...So thought anything?" He said.
"Not now..." I said and told him bye and walked to our home.
I washed her hands and mine too and ate some snacks . I turned the tv on and she sat beside me cuddling .
"Are u my new mama?" She asked in the middle of watching movie. Her eyes were glistening with tears.
"Um...Yes...Baby..I am ur mama...U are my daughter from now...U and I will stay" i said out of nowhere ...Which made her happy
Did I just !!...Omg!! .
"U lve me...U no lwvwe me?" She said again..
"No baby...I love u ...I won't leave u.." i said and kissed her head . She happily snuggled into my chest.
"U know...My old mama...Won't let me cwll her mama...shw sawid...Me no hwer baby...She hwte me" she said which made my tears fall now.
"Listen baby..I won't leave u or hurt u...I love u ..U are my baby from u" i said and hold her tight to my chest. My motherly instincts rose . I turned the tv off and
I went to echo's room with y/n in my hand.
"Hi...Girls " he said .
"Hi echo..I have made my decision. I will adopt her ." I said
Echo looked at me with big eyes .
"U sure ?" He asked .
"Yes...I am sure" i said and told him the full story.
"Ok then....Glad to hear ...What's her name?" He asked .
"I named her y/n jordan 2 delta " i said .
It was almost 8 p.m. so I took her to my room and made a decision of giving her bubble bath. I filled the bathtub and formed bubbles and gave toys in it. I then undressed her and put her into the tub. She played with the bubbles and the toys and I felt so happy seeing her happy . After the bath ,i took her to bed and put some lotion on her body and massaged her small body ...She seems to enjoy it and then I made some food with baby formula. I fed her. She didn't want to eat it. But after telling stories she ate it. After dinner we went to our bed . She snuggled into my chest . I rubbed circles on her back. She felt asleep.
"I lwve u mama" she said with most sweet sleepy voice .
"I love u too my baby" i said and kissed her head .
~two days later ~
I adopted her a day ago. She id now fine with me.
I felt a nudge on my hand . I saw it was 2 a.m. and y/n was sitting beside me with a bowl in her hand .I sat up.
"Mama..Mw hungry " she said while passing me the bowl. It sher feeding bowl. I thought of doing something else.
"Come here." I said nd picked her up.
I positioned her and pulled my shirt and bra down . She didn't latch on. She wasn't used to breastfeeding . I rubbed my nipple on her lips. She put in her mouth and suckled . It was slow...The milk didn't came out . So I gently pressed my boob and the the milk oozed out from my nipple and now she understood . She suckled it fast and the milk filled her mouth . I kissed her head and stroked her hair .
"U are my baby" i said and she smiled .
After 30 kina she latched off and I burped her. I placed her on my chest and she fell asleep .
God!! I am so lucky to have this baby ....I am a mom...I will do everything and anything to protect her..My baby...
