Chapter twenty-nine:Twins.
Yu An was humming happily that she got money and did a good job. She stopped and looked at Mo.
❝Let's eat breakfast now. We have money. ❞
❝Alright, there is a big restaurant down this street, let's go there. ❞Mo said.
Yu An nodded her head and they walk to the restaurant.
A little girl walked towards Yu An and grabbed her skirt. Her eyes were filled with tears, but she stubbornly didn't let them fall.
Yu An looked at the girl and asked: ❝Can I help you? ❞
❝You're a psysician, right? ❞ the girl asked and looked up in Yu An's eyes.
❝I am. ❞
❝Can you help my brother? Please, I'll serve you forever if you do. ❞ the little girl said determined and serious.
❝Let's see him first. ❞Yu An said.
The girl took Yu An's hand and guided her trough a small ally to a shed.
Inside, there was a boy that looked very similar to the girl, unconscious.
Yu An bent down and touched the boy's forehead.
❝He has a high fever. ❞
Yu An's eyes moved on the boy's bruises and cuts.
❝Can you save him? ❞the girl asked with a shaky voice.
❝Of course. ❞
Yu An took out some medicinal herbs and a bowl.
❝Mo, find some water to fill this bowl with, please. ❞
Mo took the bowl and left the shed.
❝While we wait... tell me what happened with you two. Your brother was beaten up recently. ❞
The girl got closer to Yu An and whispered:
❝They took our parents and brother tried to fight them and ended up beaten up. After, he fainted and I managed to carry him here, but he won't wake up. ❞
❝Who took your parents? ❞
The girl clenched her fists.

Yu An pat the girl's head and said:

After the concoction was done Yu An feed it to Xiao who coughed and opened his eyes.
❝This spiritual herbs do miracles for things like cold. ❞Yu An thought and looked at the confused boy.
The boy immediately stood up and put his sister behind him protective.
❝Brother, she is a psysician. I asked her to save you. ❞ Xiun said grabbing her brother's hand happy.

❝Your sister's determination to save you moved me. ❞Yu An replied and looked at the cute pair of twins.
Their clothes were ruined and they were dirty, but you can see they are pretty adorable.
❝I heard royal guards took your parents away and you tried to fight them, you're brave. ❞
Xiao looked at Yu An and then at his sister.

Yu An tilted her head and smiled.

Yu An entered the shed and saw Xiun playing trying to reach Mo's hair.
❝Xiun, come here.❞Xiao said and opened his arms.
The girl immediately went in her brother's arms.
❝We will go with miss Yu An front now on. So listen to her and be good from now on. ❞Xiao told his sister as he held her by the shoulders.

Yu An looked at the two and smiled.
❝These two will definitely grow into interesting individuals. ❞
Yu An took the kids to an inn where she helped them wash. When they were done with the bath, Mo came back with new clothes for them.
❝You look adorable in those clothes. ❞Yu An said looking at the beautiful pair of twins.
❝Thank you... ❞Xiun said smiling and admiring her pretty blue dress.
❝Xiun looks like a princess. ❞Xiao said smiling.
❝Brother looks better! Handsome. ❞Xiun said smiling.
❝Let's eat now. ❞Yu An said.
Xiun's stomach growled when food was mentioned. Yu An took the kids to a restaurant and they ate until they were full.
❝I can cure your inability to cultivate now, but it would hurt. Do you still want it? ❞Yu An said looking at the twins.
❝I do! ❞Xiao said determined.
❝Me too, Xiun wants to be strong too! ❞

She instructed them to sit down cross-legged and then she sat next to them.
Yu An put her hand on Xiao's back and forced her spiritual energy into his body. It seemed like his skin blocked him from absorbing spiritual energy from the air, so she decided to force it inside him even if it hurts.
Xiao bit his lip and stood silent even if the pain was big.
Yu An continued to take spiritual energy from the air and transfer it into his body.
Xiao was sweating a lot and endured the pain without crying.
Soon, a black energy surrounded Xiao and the pain disappeared.
❝What is that around brother? ❞Xiun asked.
❝I see. It seems like a great power lives inside you, Xiao. And now it awakened because of the spiritual energy that I transfered you. ❞Yu An said looking amazed at the black aura surrounding Xiao.
❝That is good, right? ❞Xiao asked looking at Yu An.
❝Of course. Let's try something, I will attack you and you command this energy to protect you. ❞Yu An said and stood up.
❝Alright. ❞Xiao replied and stood up as well.
❝Be careful, brother. ❞Xiun said anxious.
❝Don't worry, if the energy doesn't protect him I'll stop my attack. Ready? ❞Yu An said and made a sword from her spiritual energy.
❝Yes. ❞Xiao nodded.
Yu An attacked Xiao.
❝Protect me. ❞Xiao said and the black energy shot and send Yu An flying.
She hit a rock and spit some blood.
❝That's amazing. It even managed to hit me so strong. ❞Yu An said laughing.
Xiao ran to Yu An and asked:
❝Are you alright? ❞
❝I am,don't worry. It seems you are a treasure, Xiao. I bet if you tell the energy to kill me I wouldn't stand a chance. ❞Yu An said smiling.
❝Are you serious? I posses something so strong? With this I can protect Xiun and avenge those who wronged me. ❞Xiao said and smiled, murderous intention all over his face.
❝That's right, you can do all that now. ❞
Xiao looked up at Yu An with a serious face.
❝It's all thanks to you, miss Yu An. Like I promised, I will be forever loyal to you. ❞
❝That's good, let's cure your sister now. ❞Yu An said.
Soon, she finished with Xiun who also took the pain bravely. She didn't posses any unique energy like Xiao, but she is now able to cultivate normally and under Yu An's tutoring she will become a strong cultivator.
