The two studying Shamans left to go to the apartment, but not without its own issues. It seemed you found something to be annoyed about. And so you pressed your lips into a thin line as you begrudgingly looked up. The white-haired Senpai was using your head as an armrest.

"Can you... not?" You frowned, obviously troubled by his action. But he didn't seem to care at all, shaking it off entirely. The only response he gave you was,

"Make me."

You were so done with dealing with your Senpai that these two words were all you needed to completely lose your cool. And so you tried to claw up at the boy - but it didn't work. He was significantly taller than you so any attempt you made to reach him was futile. It didn't help that he was pressing your head down, which only made your reach that more limited. It only took a handful of claws before you stopped to whine.

"Senpai pleaseee-!"

Though, this seemed to get his attention. "Now if you say please like that again, I-"

You kicked him in the shin. Shin kick? Pretty successful. You'd give it about an 8/10 with how effective it was.

Meanwhile, Senpai was living with the consequences. As tears stung his eyes, the boy fell down to the ground to sulk. "Y-Y/n! That hurt!!"

"Good," you spat. With no regard for the suffering shaman behind you, you continued to walk ahead. If he's the strongest like he claims he is, he should have no problem catching up!

The boy sulked a while longer, before looking back up to complain some more. But you were already long gone - about 10 meters ahead at this point. "Y/n-Chan where are you going!"

You turned around to stick your tongue out, and then continued your walk.

"You know we were supposed to make a left here, right?"

"..." Curses for not knowing the directions.

Shamefully, you walked back to meet Senpai. Unfortunately you were forced to help him up, since he decided to grab onto you unconsentually. Nevertheless his 'injured leg' was enough to justify the action, plus it gave him an excuse to use you as an armrest again.

You take it back. Shin kick? 2/10, not effective at all!

With his elbow firmly planted in your skull, you walked a bit more until you made it to an apartment building. What's the right word...

Fancy! Fancy. That it! Yeah, there was no doubt that this was Sensei's apartment building. It was over-the-top, luxurious, and was tacky enough to suit him perfectly.

As you digested it all, Senpai took the initiative to drag you inside. You both took an elevator to the 8th floor, before he fiddled with his keys to unlock the apartment door. Without much hassle, the two of you made it back safely.

"I'm home," Senpai grumbled, plopping onto the living room couch like he owned the place. Which he did, but just another version of him. To think that distinction would make him even a little respectful of the space, but you were getting the impression 'rules' and 'regulations' weren't something either Gojo liked to follow.

"Finally back?" Gojo-Sensei turned around for a second before returning to continue whatever he was doing. Preoccupied on his phone, maybe? In all your days studying at Jujutsu Tech you don't think you've ever seen him this casual before, and it surprised you. He was in a black crewneck, jeans, and pitch black sunglasses. "And where's the groceries?"

"..."

You couldn't help chuckle a bit in your head. Hah, Senpai forgot the groceries! What a loser-

"It was Y/n's fault."

Your mood instantly flipped. "What do you mean it's my fault?!" You yelled at him, "They're not my groceries!"

Gojo-Sensei couldn't help but sigh at the two bickering teenagers behind him, and so he ran his hand through his hair. "I guess we're ordering takeout tonight."

Gojo-Senpai snickered.

Was that his plan the whole time? That conniving menace! Where did he even leave the groceries, did he even go grocery shopping in the first place? Now that you think of it, you didn't remember any bags on him.

"I guess I'll get going then," You weakly chuckled. You had no business sticking around now that Senpai was safely home. But as you were about to turn around to walk out of the door, you couldn't help but see a sad look on Senpai's face.

What was he so sad about? You furrowed your brows before sticking your tongue at him. Your Senpai repeated the gesture, sticking his tongue out at you. The sad look was long gone.

"You're always welcome to stay for dinner Y/n-chan," Sensei stated, unaware of the battle-of-tongues happening behind him. Or even if he was, he just didn't care enough to comment.

"She wouldn't stay," Senpai countered. "Intimidated by greatness... can't say I blame her."

"I'm not intimidated!" You quickly retorted, taking a step inside. "I am perfectly capable of dealing with you. Do I need to remind you I made you cry when I kicked you in the shin?! Crybaby!"

Sensei raised his eyebrows as Senpai merely scoffed. "That was a cheap shot and you know it."

"Cheap shot or not you still cried. That's what you get for using me as a headrest!" You retorted back.

Letting off another sigh, Gojo-Sensei put down his phone as he looked back. "I take it you're staying for dinner?" Gojo-Sensei asked. You were about to decline again, but Senpai pointed to his phone and pouted.

That's right. You did promise him you'd come over...

Pressing your lips in frustration, you finally gave up. "I guess I'll stay for dinner."

"Great!" Sensei smiled. Though you sounded defeated, the two Gojo's seemed to be happy with your decision so you got over it. "Do you have any preferences for where to order? Since you're our guest, we'll of course pay for your meal."

"Sensei you're too kind," you muttered, a bit embarrassed of the thought before brushing it off. "I couldn't possibly have you pay for my meal. I-I got it."

"My house, my rules." Gojo-Sensei smiled. "The other students wouldn't hesitate to let me pay, but I guess you've always been this way. I can tell you paying for your meal will not inconvenience me, if that's what you're worried about.

"T-thank you, Gojo-Sensei." You decided it wasn't worth arguing any further, so you just accepted it. That didn't mean you couldn't pay for it in the end- usually when something like this happens you hide money somewhere. Whether or not the recipient knows it was you doesn't matter.

You just hate the feeling of being indebted to someone.

"So what are you in the mood for?"

"Nothing in particular," you muttered nonchalantly. "I trust your judgement. I don't eat out too much, so I don't know what's good."

"I see..." Gojo-Sensei muttered to himself. "You two go work on homework or something. I'll figure out dinner plans in the meantime. When it's here, I'll call you."

Before you could respond, Senpai responded with a quick "Sound's good!" Before dragging you off somewhere. He really was in a hurry, wasn't he?

The room he brought you too wasn't far, but was a bit further down the hallway from the kitchen/living area. Was this... a guest bedroom? Wait, was this Senpai's bedroom?! Your face flushed red as you tried to pull out of his grasp. "What the hell are you trying to do?!"

"I've been in your bedroom, what's the deal if you're in mine?" Senpai frowned. And so you did your best to calm down. Maybe you did overreact a bit, based on some preconceived assumptions. You can tell a lot about a person with what they keep in their bedroom... so you looked around to see what type of stuff Senpai has.

"Wow... you actually don't make your bed, do you?" You pressed your lips before you judging the sorry display of his room. DVD's, bedsheets, books, you name it, it was somewhere scattered in his room. But the books were a surprise, you didn't take Senpai as that type of guy.

"I told you, I make it when I expect a girl over." Senpai frowned.

"Am I not a girl?" You stated at him in disbelief.

"Well, not a worthy one." Senpai retorted back. You were about to go in for another shin kick, but he expected as much and dodged right away. "You know, for someone who was so against coming into my room you sure expect a lot."

"W-well, I," you stuttered, "it's not like that at all! I just don't know why you dragged me in here."

"Simple," Senpai muttered. "You need help with your homework, right?"

You didn't expect that response at all. He was actually gonna help you with your homework? That would be something you could do... but you didn't bring it. To be honest, you didn't expect to stay.

"Senpai, I didn't bring it," you frowned, crossing your arms.

"Didn't bring it?" Senpai raised his eyebrow. "Y/n-chan, I thought you were some goodie two-shoes who'd bring her homework everywhere! Don't tell me... Y/n-Chan's a bad student?"

You pressed your lips together. You... couldn't deny it. The reason you had so much homework to begin with was because you kept putting it off to work on your cursed technique, sparring practice, and going on the odd mission. To be honest, you never felt the need to do homework before. When you were younger, things just made sense to you so you never had to study. Now that topics were getting more complex, you were having a difficult time keeping up since you never made it a habit.

Senpai smirked. "I didn't expect that of you. Could it be you have a secret nightlife? Oo, how scandalous Y/n-chan~!"

"It's not that!" You were quick to protest. "It's just... I've been busy, that's all."

"Busy with...?"

He wasn't gonna let this rest until he knew why. Sighing, you plopped down on his messy bed. "Figuring out my cursed technique."

"Oh yeah!" Senpai exclaimed, plopping down right next to you. "I've been meaning to ask you what your technique even is. I've never seen you fight before... other than the shin-kick of course." He murmured that last bit.

You pressed your lips together. You guess it wouldn't hurt to speak honestly.

"I don't know."

Senpai frowned. "You don't know? How do you not know what your cursed technique is? You have cursed energy; that's for sure. Were you just born without an innate cursed technique then?"

"I was born with one," you clarified. "I just don't know what it is. Not even current Gojo-Sensei was able to figure it out. It's weird."

"Hm." Senpai muttered, getting too close to your face for comfort. "Maybe instead of homework, I can help you practice? I'd say I'm a master at hand to hand combat. I've been learning it even before I could control cursed energy! If you have the basics down, I'm sure you can figure out your cursed technique in no time."

"If you wouldn't mind..." you sheepishly muttered. "I'd like that."

"Ok, do your best fighting stance to the best of your abilities." Gojo-Senpai instructed. "I'm not looking for perfection."

Why did this feel similar to Gojo-Sensei training you? With that realization you felt a bit awkward, so your pose was a bit stiff. You held too fists infront of you, as your feet were positioned in a lunge. This was adequate at best.

Without warning, Senpai held onto your hips. That was most definitely something Sensei would never do! Before you could protest, he turned them 45 degrees. "When you have a stance, the most important thing is your lower body. If you keep a strong centre of gravity on your lower half, you're less likely to fall over in battle. You probably have this issue a lot."

You blushed. He was right.

"Other than that..." he moved his hands to your shoulders. "Relax. No one's gonna fight you. And even if someone was, if you're this tense you're nothing better than a punching bag. You're small, so acting on reflex and speed are to your advantage. You don't have the build for durability and strength."

"I-I see," you stuttered. "Senpai... I'd like your honest opinion. If I were to use a cursed weapon, what type should I go for?"

"Hm..." he pressed his lips in thought. "I'd have to actually see you fight if you want good advice."

"I understand." In a small sigh, you lowered your guard as you heated your arms. Nevertheless, Senpai's hands were still on your shoulders.

"Why a cursed tool?" He couldn't help but ask. "You have a technique right? Even if you don't know what it is, a cursed tool may discredit it completely."

"I know..." you muttered. "I'm just having a hard time figuring out what my cursed technique is. If I don't figure it out, I don't want to be left behind... so..."

"Dinner's here!"

Without warning, Gojo-Sensei opened the door to make his announcement. But what he wasn't prepared to see was how close you and Senpai were with Senpai's hands on your shoulders. Sensei shot Senpai a glance, so he raised his hands off of you in defeat. You just stayed in fighting position.

"Y/n-Chan, your fighting posture's really improved!" Gojo-Sensei complimented. Not gonna lie, that made you feel good.

"T-thank you Sensei," you smiled back, "I couldn't have done it without Senpai!"

Senpai smirked, though it was more genuine than his usual cheekiness.

"Well, as long as that's it, it's fine," Sensei stated, taking a glance back at Senpai before turning to leave the room. "Dinner's on the table for you both when you're ready. I hope you'll enjoy the surprise~!"
