"People would rather sneak behind your back than ask you a direct question."
- Jason Dilaurentis
I woke up around 7 the next morning. Caleb texted me saying he already left for Montecito after he talked to Hanna. Of course Hanna was upset that he left and so was I, but I knew he wouldn't be gone for long.
I took a shower this morning and got ready for the day. Jason was driving me to school today. We were still keeping our relationship somewhat of a secret from the girls. Mainly because they would never shut up about how Jason might be a killer blah, blah, blah. But I don't think he is. Just because he held the field hockey stick in his hands, doesn't mean he killed Alison with it.
And honestly, now that I think about it, hitting someone in the back of the head with the stick doesn't seem like enough force to dent someone's head. You'd have to be really strong to hit someone that hard to knock them out and Jason and I were half drunk during that summer.
I decided not to think about it anymore and grab my outfit of the day. I wore a simple white hoodie and black leggings. I brushed out my hair, grabbed my bag, keys, and phone and headed out the door for school. As I made my way across the lobby I felt someone's eyes on me. I rolled my eyes as I saw the same "forties guy" stare at me as I walked by. Creep.
I smiled when I saw Jason parked outside waiting for me. I quickly gave him a peck on the lips as he drove me to school. "I'll see you later Jason. I've gotta get to class." I say as I grab my bag and exit the car.
"I'll see you later then." He says as he gives me a kiss before walking towards the school. I part ways with him and head on to my first class.

It was now lunch time and I was in the cafeteria with Aria waiting for the other girls. "Why weren't you answering your phone?" Emily asks as she walks up the table. "Because everyone has decided to call me last night and I was getting sick of it." I say annoyed.
"I need to talk to you about Jason." Emily says getting straight to the point. I scoff and roll my eyes at her. "I'm serious (y/n). Jason has pictures of you. Creepy pictures." Emily says frustrated.
I raise an eyebrow at her confused. "And you know this how?" I ask as I see Spencer walk over to us. "Spencer and I found a darkroom in his woodshed. He developed photos of you sleeping!" Emily exclaims to me.
"You went in his shed?!" I snap as I turn to Spencer. "Look. I had a feeling he was hiding something and I was right!" Spencer snaps back. "Okay how would Jason even get these photos in the first place?" I ask as I look between them. "It doesn't make sense!"
"That's not the point. The point is Jason has pictures of you sleeping or drugged." Emily says annoyed. "Just stop please. Jason wouldn't do that alright?" I ask annoyed. "You really buy his act of hanging around here, pretending to be concerned about at risk youth?" Spencer asks confused.
"Hey. He really does help those kids." I say backing him up. "That's true. He really did help Mike." Aria says backing me up. "And I'm not gonna sit here if you're just gonna be tearing up another relationship of mine!" I say frustrated.
"Hold on. Relationship?" Spencer asks confused. "You're dating him now?" Aria asks as she turns to me confused. I groan as I lean back against my chair. So much for a secret. "(y/n). He's dangerous." Spencer says annoyed. I scoff and roll my eyes as I get up from the table.
"I'm done here." I say before walking away.

It's been a while since that conversation with the girls and I have been constantly avoiding them in the halls. Although I knew Jason wouldn't do something like that, I was still curious to see if those accusations were true.
I made my way to the school court yard where I texted Jason to meet me. "Hey. What's up?" He asks as he walks towards me.
"Why do you have those pictures of me?" I ask getting straight to the point. "Pictures?" He asks confused. "As expected, my friends were the ones who broke into your shed." I say annoyed.
"Why do you have those photos?" I ask impatiently. "Man I swear, this town never changes. People would rather sneak behind your back than ask you a direct question." He says annoyed.
"Well I'm asking you a direct question. For the third time. Why do you have those photos?" I ask annoyed. "Ali had them. She took them of you. Probably during one of your sleepovers." He says as he shrugs his shoulders.
"Why would Ali take photos of me sleeping?" I ask confused. "Got me." He says unsure. "I just found a roll of her film in the house, so I developed it." He explains to me.
I raise an eyebrow at him as I think about it. "So where are they now?" I ask confused. "I moved them. Currently having them framed so I can give them back to you." He explains. I sigh as I cross my arms.
"I wouldn't do any of this without your consent (y/n/n)." He says as he lifts my chin up with his finger. "Yeah I know." I say with a small smile. "If you want I can show them to you later. We can meet up for coffee after school and give them to you." He says as he looks into my eyes.
I take a deep breath and nod my head as I uncross my arms. "Yeah we can do that." I say with a small smile.
I smile as he leans in to kiss me. I happily kiss him back, wrapping my arms around his neck pulling him close to me as he wraps his hands around my waist. I couldn't get enough of him. "Mm Jason later. We're still in school." I breath out as I pull away.
"I'll see you later then." He says as he gives me one last peck on the lips. "Bye Jason."
I sigh as I make my way back to the cafeteria. There was a college fair going on today. I made my way around and checked out some of the tables. I may be smart, but I didn't have money.
I just ended up grabbing a few of the flyers just to make it look like I was interested in them. Not like I could attend any of them.
~
It was the end of school now and I was at the Grille with Jason. "Who knew Ali was so artistic." I say as I take a closer look at them. "Honestly, I can't imagine Ali ever doing something like this." I add on.
I sigh as I set them back down on the table. "I'm sorry that my friends broke into your shed." I say as I turn to Jason. "I'm sure they were just looking for answers and thought they'd find them in there." I say unsure.
"Well that's how I found this roll of film in the first place." He explains to me. I raise an eyebrow at him confused. "What do you mean? Where did you find it?" I ask impatiently.
"I was doing some renovations in Ali's room. I pulled up her floorboard and found a box of her stuff." He says as he stares at me. "What else was in there?" I ask curiously.
"Nothing special. Just girl stuff." He says as he shrugs his shoulders. I sigh as I think about it. "Well Ali did say she had hiding spots in the house." I say as I clasp my hands together. "I'm curious though. Why would she hide these?"
"Hiding things became such second nature for her, I don't think she even knew why she was doing it half the time. Something becomes a habit, it's hard to stop, you know?" He asks as he looks up at me.
I sigh and nod my head. "Yeah I know. We had a habit of partying and drinking every time something went wrong." I say recalling the past. "Well. It got rid of the pain." He says with a small smile.
"Yeah it did." I say as I stare at his lips. He must of caught me staring, because the next thing I knew, his lips were on mine. I whine as he pulls away. He chuckles as he holds my hands. "Come on. I can show you the box of her things if you want." He says as he stands up.
I sigh and nod my head as I stand up with him. "Yeah. Let's go see them." I say as I stand up from my seat. I smile and hold his hand as we exit the Grille. The two of us eventually make our way over to Jason's house.
"Actually, the box is in the woodshed." He says as he points to it. I was about to respond when my phone buzzed. "Um. You go ahead Jason. I've gotta take this." I say as I hold up my phone.
He nods in response before going into the shed. I take a deep breath as I see a text from Spencer.
Spencer: Meet us at Hanna's in 30. Emily just got a massage from 'A'.
I sigh as I shut off my phone. 'A' really is going after Emily. I smile as I see Jason walk out with the box. "Is that it?" I ask as I put my phone away. "This is it." He says as he hands it to me.
"Can you drop me off at Hanna's?" I ask as I look up at him. "Yeah sure. No problem."
~
We drove in silence on the way to Hanna's. I couldn't stop thinking about 'A'. I mean was he really going after us one by one? First it was Hanna, then it was Emily. Who's next, me? "Hey. We're here." Jason says as he parks the car in front of Hanna's.
"Thanks. I'll see you tomorrow Jason." I say as I unbuckle my seat belt. "Yeah. I'll see you then. So, I'll pick you up tomorrow at the same time then?" He asks as I grab my stuff.
"Yeah. Same time." I say as I lean in to him giving him a sweet kiss on the lips. I smile as he kisses back not even hesitating for a second. I could tell neither of us wanted to stop, but we had to. I didn't want to end up doing something that I would regret later.
"Jason. I've gotta go." I say as I pull away. "One more kiss for the road?" He asks as he puts his finger on my chin. I giggle as I lean in one last time giving him a peck on the lips. "Bye Jason."
I sigh and grab my stuff as I exit his car giving him one last wave as he drives away.
~
I made my way to Hanna's room where Spencer, Hanna, and Emily were. "Hey. How are you feeling Em?" I ask as I enter the room. "Terrible." She says as she takes a sip from her cup. "If I had just looked up during that massage, we'd know who 'A' is." She says frustrated.
I sigh as I take a seat on the bed. "Em you couldn't have known. Don't beat yourself over it." I say with a small smile. "What did the hands feel like, a guy or girl?" Hanna asks curiously.
"I-I thought it was a girl, but... now I don't know." Emily says disappointed. "Do you need to take another shower?" Hanna asks concerned.
"No. I think five is enough." Emily says exhausted. "I could use one." Spencer says as she looks at us. "I felt gross ever since I discovered Ian's videos might have more than one cameraman."
"This is so creepy." Hanna says disturbed. "What's even creepier is that one of those guys has a gun, and a badge." Spencer says annoyed.
"And a relationship to Jenna, who hates us, and hated Ali even more." Emily points out. I raise an eyebrow at them confused. "Wait back up. What did I miss?" I ask confused.
"It's the videos (y/n)." Spencer says as she gets up from the bed. "Ever since 'A' made Ian's death look like a suicide, we've been thinking that 'A' and the killer are the same person." Spencer explains to me. "What if 'A' is a whole group of people, all playing together for the same team?"
"Or the same club." Emily adds on. I raise an eyebrow at them confused and as I'm about to open my mouth to say something, the door bell rings. "That's probably Aria, and my guess is she has something that she wants to say something." Spencer says as she walks to the door.
"If I'm not back in five minutes, send a rescue team." Spencer jokes before leaving the room. I chuckle as I lean against the bed frame. I suddenly frown as Emily's phone starts ringing. "Guys what did I miss?" I ask as I look at Emily and Hanna.
"Who are these other camera people?" I ask confused. "Spencer found out that Ian was part of something called the "N.A.T. Club." Hanna explains to me. "What's it stand for?" I ask curiously. "It's something in Latin meaning "We see all" and Ian wasn't the only one involved." Hanna explains.
I raise an eyebrow as I sit up confused. "It's Ian, Garrett..." Hanna says as she turns to Emily. "And who?" I ask impatiently.
"And Jason."
